1南京城郊蔬菜基地土壤有效态铅、锌、铜和镉的空间分异及其驱动因子研究显示文摘利用地统计学和地理信息系统相结合的方法,从小尺度区域角度上研究了南京城郊土壤中铅(Pb)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)和镉(Cd)4 种重金属有效态含量的空间分布特征及其主要的影响因子。结果表明:(1) 研究区土壤中有效 Zn 变异程度相对较大,有效 Pb 的变异程度相对较小,而有效 Cu 和 Cd 为中等程度变异。(2) 研究区有效 Pb、Zn 含量空间分布具有中等程度的空间自相关性,而 Cu、Cd 空间分布具有强烈的空间自相关性;有效 Zn、Cd 的空间自相关尺度相对较大,而有效 Cu、Pb 相对较小。(3) 研究区土壤中有效 Pb 的空间分布主要受交通影响,交通量越大的道路附近土壤中有效 Pb 含量越高;有效 Zn 主要受城市生活废水的影响,城市生活污水灌溉和城市地表径流是土壤中有效 Zn 积累的主要原因;有效 Cu 主要与蔬菜种植过程中有机肥(主要是牛粪)施用关系密切,有机肥施用量越大,土壤中有效 Cu 含量越高;有效 Cd 受地形影响较大,地形低洼处土壤中有效 Cd 含量相对较高。张庆利 史学正 黄标 于东升 王洪杰 Karin Blombaeck Ingrid Oboern 2005土壤2005,37,1:63
2小尺度土壤养分的空间变异及其影响因素探讨—以江苏省无锡市典型城乡交错区为例显示文摘以江苏省无锡市城乡交错区为例,在8km2范围内,采集102个土壤表层样,利用地统计学和G IS相结合的方法,研究了土壤全量和速效氮、磷、钾的空间变异特征,并对其影响因素进行了探讨。结果表明土壤养分空间变异程度从大到小依次为:土壤全氮>土壤全磷>土壤速效磷>土壤速效氮>土壤速效钾>土壤全钾。土壤全氮空间变异受到土壤类型的影响,土壤全磷的空间变异与居民点分布有关,土壤全钾空间变异与土壤粘粒关系最密切。土壤全量养分和相应的速效养分具有显著相关关系,在空间分布上,也分别存在不同程度的相似性。同时土壤全磷和土壤速效养分受土地利用影响也较大。研究还表明,城乡交错区土壤氮、磷流失风险增加,需要实施有效措施控制氮、磷肥料的过度施用。赵彦锋 史学正 于东升 黄标 王洪杰 赵永存 Ingrid born Karin Blombck 2006土壤通报2006,37,2:48
3WOMBAT—A tool for mixed model analyses in quantitative genetics by restricted maximum likelihood (REML)显示文摘WOMBAT is a software package for quantitative genetic analyses of continuous traits, fitting a linear, mixed model; estimates of covariance components and the resulting genetic parameters are obtained by restricted maximum likelihood. A wide range of models, comprising numerous traits, multiple fixed and random effects, selected genetic covariance structures, random regression models and reduced rank estimation are accommodated. WOMBAT employs up-to-date numerical and computational methods. Together with the use of efficient compilers, this generates fast executable programs, suitable for large scale analyses. Use of WOMBAT is illustrated for a bivariate analysis. 6MicroRNAs as a potential prognostic factor in gastric cancer显示文摘AIM:To compare the microRNA (miR) profiles in the primary tumor of patients with recurrent and non-recurrent gastric cancer.METHODS:The study group included 45 patients who underwent curative gastrectomies from 1995 to 2005 without adjuvant or neoadjuvant therapy and for whom adequate tumor content was available.Total RNA was extracted from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tumor samples,preserving the small RNA fraction.Initial profiling using miR microarrays was performed to identify potential biomarkers of recurrence after resection.The expression of the differential miRs was later verified by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR).Findings were compared between patients who had a recurrence within 36 mo of surgery (bad-prognosis group,n=14,31%) and those who did not (good-prognosis group,n=31,69%).RESULTS:Three miRs,miR-451,miR-199a-3p and miR-195 were found to be differentially expressed in tumors from patients with good prognosis vs patients with bad prognosis (P<0.0002,0.0027 and 0.0046 respectively).High expression of each miR was associated with poorer prognosis for both recurrence and survival.Using miR-451,the positive predictive value for non-recurrence was 100% (13/13).The expression of the differential miRs was verified by qRT-PCR,showing high correlation to the microarray data and similar separation into prognosis groups.CONCLUSION:This study identified three miRs,miR-451,miR-199a-3p and miR-195 to be predictive of recurrence of gastric cancer.Of these,miR-451 had the strongest prognostic impact.Baruch Brenner Moshe B Hoshen Ofer Purim Miriam Ben David Karin Ashkenazi Gideon Marshak Yulia Kundel Ronen Brenner Sara Morgenstern Marisa Halpern Nitzan Rosenfeld Ayelet Chajut Yaron Niv Michal Kushnir 2011World Journal of Gastroenterology2011,17,35:31
7口腔幽门螺杆菌感染与胃幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性探讨显示文摘目的分析口腔和胃幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的检测结果,探讨口腔Hp感染与胃Hp感染的相关性,及口腔Hp感染对Hp根除治疗的影响。方法采用唾液测定螺旋杆菌抗原技术(HPS)和^13C/^14C尿素呼气试验(UBT)同步检测的方法,对114例有上消化道症状的初诊患者(第1组),129例确诊为胃Hp感染经根除治疗后4周复查的患者(第2组)和33例无消化道症状的健康志愿者(第3组),进行口腔和胃Hp检测。结果第1组、第2组和第3组HPS阳性检出率分别为77.19%、75.97%和81.82%,3组比较差异无统计学意义(x^2=0.47,P值均〉0.05);UBT阳性检出率第1组(52.63%)比第2组(34.11%)和第3组(21.21%)高,第1组与第2组和第3组比较,差异有统计学意义(x^2=8.48和10.19,P均〈0.05),第2组与第3组之间差异无统计学意义(x^2=2.03,P〉0.05);在UBT阳性者中,HPS阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(3组分别为81.67%、88.64%和100%,x^2=2.25,P值均〉O.05)。结论唾液中存在高Hp抗原检出现象,口腔可能是Hp在胃以外的“第二定居地”。口服药物治疗对口腔Hp感染几乎无效,口腔Hp的存在可能是胃病发病和复发的一个重要和直接的原因。叶国钦 Karin Everett Noriko Taylor 2011中华消化杂志2011,31,7:30

10男性不育的生理和社会层面:心理治疗效果和未来研究发展趋势的综述显示文摘目前,对于男性不育症心理学治疗的研究远不及对女性的研究。本文主要综合分析了当前男性不育的心理和社会因素的研究结果,同时讨论了这些研究结果对男性不育治疗方案和今后研究方向的启示。本文系统检索到73篇研究,主要报道了男性成为父亲的意愿以及辅助生殖治疗、不育治疗失败和男性不育症诊断的心理和社会学研究。尽管这些研究的概念、方案、参数设置和数据收集千差万别,但是其结果具有合理的一致性。结果显示无论可育与否,无子女的育龄男性与同年龄段的女性一样渴望有自己的孩子。不育症诊断和就诊意愿都与不育引发的焦虑有关,同时无效的治疗能导致患者持续地情绪低迷,但是患严重精神疾病的可能性并不比正常人群高。与社会隔离的不育男性,采取逃避的社交模式,抗压能力弱,比没有这些情况的男性更容易焦虑。相较之文字信息,不育症男性更青睐面对面的交流治疗,同时他们更愿意接受专业的不育临床医生的感情支持,而不愿意寻求精神科医生、自助组织和朋友的帮助。然而,那些有组织的专业心理教育团体,尽管会经常进行说教式治疗,但还是可以给患者轻松随意地倾诉和交流自身不育经历的机会,可能会有一定的帮助。关于男性不育症的心理和社会层面,还存在很多的知识空白,比如导致不育症患者寻求、坚持和最终放弃治疗的心理因素;侵入式治疗过程的经验;辅助生殖治疗受孕后心理状况;收养和不育引起的伤心和羞辱。资源缺乏的国家基本没有任何关于不育男性心理的研究数据。Jane RW Fisher Karin Hammarberg 2012Asian Journal of Andrology2012,14,1:19
11多聚赖氨酸复合体治疗口腔幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效观察显示文摘目的观察多聚赖氨酸和甘油单月桂酸酯Glycerol Monolaurate(GML,存在人体分泌的乳汁之中)的复合体(LGMI)治疗口腔幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效。方法经'胃幽门螺杆菌唾液测试板'(HPS)检测(1,2,3,4),唾液幽门螺杆菌抗原两次阳性的口腔幽门螺杆菌感染志愿者150例。随机分为治疗组105例,使用以LGMI配置的漱口液和口腔喷雾剂喷射牙齿与口腔黏膜,每日2次,疗程2个月;对照组45例,不用任何治疗。金标比色卡:1-2:阴性。3-5:弱阳性。6-10:阳性。11-15:强阳性。结果受试者105人的HPS阳性程度从3到15,也就是说他们口腔感染螺旋杆菌的程度不一。强阳性41人占39%。阳性54人占51%。弱阳性10人占9.5%。治疗组于治疗结束后2周,经2次HPS检测考核疗效,86例转阴,治愈率为81.91%;对照组45例,观察10周后复查HPS,无1例转阴。结论以LGMI配置的漱口液和口腔喷雾剂,用于口腔幽门螺杆菌感染的治疗有显著疗效。叶国钦 叶小钦 叶小培 Noriko Hazeki-Taylor Karin Everett Hyun-Hee Shin 2010中国医疗前沿2010,,1:17

15Endoscopic and histologic characteristics of serrated lesions显示文摘In recent years , a second pathway for colonic carcinogenesis , distinct from the adenomatous pathway, has been explored. This is referred to as serrated pathway and includes three types of polyp,characterised by a serrated appearance of the crypts:hyperplastic polyps(HP),sessile serrated adenomas(SSA)or lesions,and traditional serrated adenomas.Each lesion has its own genetic,as well as macroscopic and microscopic morphological features.Because of their flat aspect,their detection is easier with chromoendoscopy(carmin indigo or narrow-band imaging).However,as we show in this review,the distinction between SSA and HP is quite difficult.It is now recommended to resect in one piece as it is possible the serrated polyps with a control in a delay depending on the presence or not of dysplasia.These different types of lesion are described in detail in the present review in general population,in polyposis and in inflammatory bowel diseases patients.This review highlights the need to improve characterization and understanding of this way of colorectal cancerogenesis.Driffa Moussata Gilles Boschetti Marion Chauvenet Karine Stroeymeyt Stéphane Nancey Franoise Berger Thierry Lecomte Bernard Flourié 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,10:14
16太湖典型河网区地表水与沉积物氮、磷和重金属含量空间分异显示文摘将无锡城乡交错区河网分为城镇生活区水巷、工业区主河道、农业区主河道、农业区支流和鱼塘5种类型区。通过秋季(旱季)和夏季(雨季)2次采样,研究氮、磷和Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr、Cd在地表水和沉积物中的含量及其空间变化。结果表明:(1)城乡交错区地表水氮、磷来源于生活污染和工业污染的比例大于农田,同时具有来源分散、污染面广的特征。(2)由于城镇地表径流和工业活动影响,各类型区地表水重金属含量均有不同程度提高。但地表水重金属主要沿主河道迁移,旱季和雨季主河道重金属含量均大于农业区支流,而且随着与城镇距离增加,主河道沉积物重金属含量迅速降低,重金属污染影响范围较小。(3)与重金属相比,地表水氮、磷污染仍是太湖水网区主要的环境问题。但城镇及其周围河流沉积物中富集的重金属含量很高,其潜在环境风险不容忽视。赵彦锋 史学正 于东升 黄标 王洪杰 Ingrid born Karin Blombck 2007生态与农村环境学报2007,23,1:13

18Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal colonization of Glycyrrhiza glabra roots enhances plant biomass,phosphorus uptake and concentration of root secondary metabolites显示文摘Arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi penetrate the cortical cells of the roots of vascular plants,and are widely distributed in soil.The formation of these symbiotic bodies accelerates the absorption and utilization of mineral elements,enhances plant resistance to stress,boosts the growth of plants,and increases the survival rate of transplanted seedlings.We studied the effects of various arbuscular mycorrhizae fungi on the growth and development of licorice(Glycyrrhiza glabra).Several species of AM,such as Glomus mosseae,Glomus intraradices,and a mixture of fungi(G.mosseae,G.intraradices,G.cladoideum,G.microagregatum,G.caledonium and G.etunicatum)were used in our study.Licorice growth rates were determined by measuring the colonization rate of the plants by the fungi,plant dry biomass,phosphorus concentration and concentration of secondary metabolites.We established two cloned strains of licorice,clone 3(C3)and clone 6(C6)to exclude the effect of genotypic variations.Our results showed that the AM fungi could in fact increase the leaf and root biomass,as well as the phosphorus concentration in each clone.Furthermore,AM fungi significantly increased the yield of certain secondary metabolites in clone 3.Our study clearly demonstrated that AM fungi play an important role in the enhancement of growth and development of licorice plants.There was also a significant improvement in the secondary metabolite content and yield of medicinal compounds from the roots.HongLing LIU Yong TAN Monika NELL Karin ZITTER-EGLSEER Chris WAWSCRAH Brigitte KOPP ShaoMing WANG Johannes NOVAK 2014Journal of Arid Land2014,6,2:13
19Improved outcome with standardized plan for clinical management of acute decompensated chronic heart failure显示文摘Background Our overall goal is to improve clinical care for inpatients with chronic heart failure(CHF).A retrospective assessment of CHF patients admitted to our hospital over the past decade(2005 vs.2014)indicated a need for better strategies to evaluate clinical treatment,implement best practices and achieve optimal patient outcome.To that purpose,we developed a standardized plan to improve in-hospital treatment of acute decompensated CHF patients.Methods&Results Retrospective chart reviews were conducted to compare three cohorts of CHF patients admitted to the University Hospital of Lund at different time points over a 12-year period:2005(365 patients),2014(172 patients)and 2017-2018(57 patients).Little improvement was seen between 2005 and 2014 with respect to one-year mortality(35%vs.34%)and adequate treatment with recommended medications,e.g.,use of renin-angiotensin system blockers(45%vs.51%).A standardized treatment plan was devised to improve outcomes.A third cohort,treated under the plan(2017-2018),was compared with the 2014 cohort.One-year mortality(18%vs.34%)and 30-day readmission(5%vs.30%)were dramatically decreased,and adherence to medication guidelines was achieved.Key elements of the plan included well-defined treatment procedures,enhanced communication and teamwork,education,adequate time for treatment(5 days)and post-discharge follow-up as necessary.Natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)levels were useful for assessing patient status,prognosis and response to treatment.Conclusion Developmeof a standard plan for clinical management of acute decompensated CHF patients resulted in significant improvements in patient outcome,as reflected in decreased rates of 30-day readmission and one-year mortality.Marie-Louise Edvinsson Albin Stenberg Karin Astrom-Olsson 2019Journal of Geriatric Cardiology2019,16,1:13
20新型农村合作医疗筹资水平与筹资能力分析显示文摘2006年,全国新型农村合作医疗制度对住院费用的平均补偿水平为23.2%,补偿水平低是新型农村合作医疗制度普遍缺乏吸引力的原因之一。提高补偿水平的基础是提高筹资水平,文章研究的目的是探索目前年人均10.0元的个人筹资标准进一步增加的可行性与可能性。研究在山东和宁夏的各3个县中进行,定量调查6147户居民,定性访谈127组对象。研究发现,人均10.0元的筹资水平占居民人均纯收入的0.2%~0.3%;各县分别有20.8%~63.9%的参合家庭愿意多缴纳参合费,这部分家庭愿意缴纳的参合费平均额为24.5~63.5元;各县人均愿意缴纳参合费的最高额为200.0~1000.0元;各县购买商业医疗保险的人口比例为5.7%~28.0%,年人均缴纳的商业保险费用为280.1~844.2元。不同的利益相关者都认为进一步提高个人筹资额是可行的,作者认为将参合费提高到50.0元是可行的。于保荣 孟庆跃 严非 程晓明 Dobberschuetz Karin 2008中国卫生经济2008,27,9:13
