1Longitudinal parameter identification of a small unmanned aerial vehicle based on modified particle swarm optimization显示文摘This paper describes a longitudinal parameter identification procedure for a small unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)through modified particle swam optimization(PSO).The procedure is demonstrated using a small UAV equipped with only an micro-electro-mechanical systems(MEMS)inertial measuring element and a global positioning system(GPS)receiver to provide test information.A small UAV longitudinal parameter mathematical model is derived and the modified method is proposed based on PSO with selective particle regeneration(SRPSO).Once modified PSO is applied to the mathematical model,the simulation results show that the mathematical model is correct,and aerodynamic parameters and coefficients of the propeller can be identified accurately.Results are compared with those of PSO and SRPSO and the comparison shows that the proposed method is more robust and faster than the other methods for the longitudinal parameter identification of the small UAV.Some parameter identification results are affected slightly by noise,but the identification results are very good overall.Eventually,experimental validation is employed to test the proposed method,which demonstrates the usefulness of this method.Jiang Tieying Li Jie Huang Kewei 2015Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2015,28,3:10
2Transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells improves cognitive deficits and alleviates neuropathology in animal models of Alzheimer’s disease: a meta-analytic review on potential mechanisms显示文摘Background Alzheimer’s disease is a neurodegenerative disorder.Therapeutically,a transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMMSCs)can play a beneficial role in animal models of Alzheimer’s disease.However,the relevant mechanism remains to be fully elucidated.Main body Subsequent to the transplantation of BMMSCs,memory loss and cognitive impairment were significantly improved in animal models with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Potential mechanisms involved neurogenesis,apoptosis,angiogenesis,inflammation,immunomodulation,etc.The above mechanisms might play different roles at certain stages.It was revealed that the transplantation of BMMSCs could alter some gene levels.Moreover,the differential expression of representative genes was responsible for neuropathological phenotypes in Alzheimer’s disease,which could be used to construct gene-specific patterns.Conclusions Multiple signal pathways involve therapeutic mechanisms by which the transplantation of BMMSCs improves cognitive and behavioral deficits in AD models.Gene expression profile can be utilized to establish statistical regression model for the evaluation of therapeutic effect.The transplantation of autologous BMMSCs maybe a prospective therapy for patients with Alzheimer’s disease.Chuan Qin Yalan Lu Kewei Wang Lin Bai Guiying Shi Yiying Huang Yongning Li 2020Translational Neurodegeneration2020,9,2:9

6Minimum Cost Multi-Path Parallel Transmission with Delay Constraint by Extending Openflow显示文摘Sometimes user has the requirement to run a high bandwidth application over a low bandwidth network. But its implementation is not easy as the traditional network transmits data with only one path where its bandwidth is lower than the demand. Although the current network technology like SDN has the ability to precisely control the data transmission in the network, but till now the standard openflow protocol does not support splitting one flow to multiple flows. In this paper, a flow splitting algorithm is proposed. The algorithm splits a data flow to multiple sub-flows by extending the openflow protocol. A multiple paths routing algorithm is also proposed to implement the multi-path parallel transmission in the paper. The algorithm selects multiple paths and minimizes the cost of transmission under the constraint of maximum delay and delay variance. 9Power-to-Hydrogen by Electrolysis in Carbon Neutrality: Technology Overview and Future Development显示文摘Power-to-hydrogen by electrolysis(PtHE)is a promising technology in the carbon-neutral evolution of energy.PtHE not only contributes to renewable energy integration but also accelerates decarbonization in industrial sectors through green hydrogen production.This paper presents a comprehensive review of PtHE technology.First,technical solutions in PtHE technology are introduced to clarify pros and cons of one another.Besides,the multiphysics coupling and the multi-energy flow are investigated to reveal the insight mechanism during operation of compactly assembled industrial PtHE plants.Then,the development trends of core components in PtHE plants,including electrocatalysts,electrode plates and operation strategy,are reviewed,respectively.Research thrusts needed for PtHE in carbon-neutral transition are also summarized.Finally,three configurations of the PtHE plant in energy system integration are introduced,which can achieve renewable energy integration and efficient energy utilization.Index Terms-Carbon neutrality,power-to-hydrogen nby electrolysis(PtHE),multiphysics coupling,multidisciplinary.Zhiyao Zhong Jiakun Fang Kewei Hu Danji Huang Xiaomeng Ai Xiaobo Yang Jinyu Wen Yuan Pan Shijie Cheng 2023CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,4:1

16Dislocations interaction induced structural instability in intermetallic Al_(2)Cu显示文摘Intermetallic precipitates are widely used to tailor mechanical properties of structural alloys but are often destabilized during plastic deformation.Using atomistic simulations,we elucidate structural instability mechanisms of intermetallic precipitates associated with dislocation motion in a model system of Al_(2)Cu.Interaction of non-coplanar <001> dislocation dipoles during plastic deformation results in anomalous reactions-the creation of vacancies accompanied with climb and collective glide of <001> dislocation associated with the dislocation core change and atomic shuffle-accounting for structural instability in intermetallic Al_(2)Cu.This process is profound with decreasing separation of non-coplanar dislocations and increasing temperature and is likely to be operative in other non-cubic intermetallic compounds as well.Qing Zhou Jian Wang Amit Misra Ping Huang Fei Wang Kewei Xu 2017npj Computational Materials2017,,1:1
