| 1 | Minimum Load-curtailment in Transmission Network Planning Considering Integrated Wind Farms显示文摘提出应用鲁棒线性优化理论来研究电网规划中含多个风电场的最小切负荷量计算问题,为含多个风电场的系统安全性研究提供了一条新的思路。根据Seng-Cheol Kang提出的鲁棒线性优化理论,建立电网规划中考虑风电场影响的最小切负荷量模型。该模型以出力上下限和出力期望值来描述风电场的出力,最终转化为一确定性的线性规划问题并进行求解。在计及或不计及发电机调整的情况下,该模型均能够给出最安全的切负荷方案,除此以外还能给出更多介于最可靠与最经济之间的切负荷方案,实现灵活决策;在计及发电机出力可调的情况下,该模型能够给出相应的发电机出力方案;该模型能够初步给出各种切负荷方案下电网规划方案的可靠程度。基于修正的Garver’s 6节点系统和修正的巴西南部46节点系统算例测试结果验证了该方法的有效性。 | CHEN Yan WEN Jinyu CHENG Shijie | 2011 | 中国电机工程学报2011,31,34: | 14 |
| 2 | Minimum energy storage for power system with high wind power penetration using p-efficient point theory显示文摘Minimum energy storage(ES)and spinning reserve(SR)for day-ahead power system scheduling with high wind power penetration is significant for system operations.A chance-constrained energy storage optimization model based on unit commitment and considering the stochastic nature of both the wind power and load demand is proposed.To solve this proposed chance-constrained model,it is first converted into a deterministic-constrained model using p-efficient point theory.A single stochastic net load variable is developed to represent the stochastic characteristics of both the wind power and load demand for convenient use with the p-efficient point theory.A probability distribution function for netload forecast error is obtained via the Kernel estimation method.The proposed model is applied to a wind-thermal-storage combined power system.A set of extreme scenarios is chosen to validate the effectiveness of the proposed model and method.The results indicate that the scheduled energy storage can effectively compensate for the net load forecast error,and the increasing wind power penetration does not necessarily require a linear increase in energy storage. | LI JingHua WEN JinYu CHENG ShiJie WEI Hua | 2014 | Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,12: | 9 |
| 3 | Generalized gradient projection neural networks for nonsmooth optimization problems显示文摘Generalized gradient projection neural network models are proposed to solve nonsmooth convex and nonconvex nonlinear programming problems over a closed convex subset of R n . By using Clarke’s generalized gradient, the neural network modeled by a differential inclusion is developed, and its dynamical behavior and optimization capabilities both for convex and nonconvex problems are rigorously analyzed in the framework of nonsmooth analysis and the differential inclusion theory. First for nonconvex optimization problems, the quasi convergence results similar to those achieved by previous work are proved. For convex optimization problems, the global convergence results are proved, i.e. any trajectory of the neural network converges to an asymptotically stable equilibrium point, which is an optimal solution of the primal problem whenever it exists. This result remains valid even if the initial condition is chosen outside the feasible set. In addition, an asymptotic control result involving a Tykhonov like regularization shows that any trajectory of the revised neural network can be forced to converge toward a particular optimal solution of the primal problem. | 4 | Probabilistic small signal stability analysis of power system with wind power and photovoltaic power based on probability collocation method显示文摘Recently, with increasing improvements in the penetration of wind power and photovoltaic power in the world, probabilistic small signal stability analysis(PSSSA) of a power system consisting of multiple types of renewable energy has become a key problem. To address this problem, this study proposes a probabilistic collocation method(PCM)-based PSSSA for a power system consisting of wind farms and photovoltaic farms. Compared with the conventional Monte Carlo method, the proposed method meets the accuracy and precision requirements and greatly reduces the computation; therefore, it is suitable for the PSSSA of this power system. Case studies are conducted based on a 4-machine 2-area and New England systems, respectively. The simulation results show that, by reducing synchronous generator output to improve the penetration of renewable energy, the probabilistic small signal stability(PSSS) of the system is enhanced. | 6 | High temperature SMES for improving power system stabilities显示文摘Superconducting magnetic energy storage (SMES) system has been proven very effective to improve power system stabilities. It is realized with superconductivity technology, power electronics and control theory. In order to promote the applica-tion of such kind control device and to further investigate the properties of the controller, a detail mathematic model of such control device is developed. Based on the developed model, extensive analysis including time domain simulation is carried out to investigate the characteristic of the SMES to compensate the unba- lanced dynamic active and reactive power of AC power system. The capability of SMES to increase power system transient and small signal perturbation stabilities are analyzed. A prototype SMES is developed, in which the conduction cooling and the high temperature superconductive techniques are used. The performance of the prototype is experimentally investigated in a laboratory environment. Very en-couraging results are obtained. | 8 | Bifurcation analysis for an SMIB power system with series capacitor compensation associated with sub-synchronous resonance显示文摘In this paper,an introduction to the bifurcation theory and its applicability to the study of sub-synchronous resonance (SSR) phenomenon in power system are presented. The continuation and bifurcation analysis software AUTO97 is adopted to investigate SSR for a single-machine-infinite-bus power system with series capacitor compensation. The investigation results show that SSR is the result of unstable limit cycle after bifurcation. When the system exhibits SSR, some complex periodical orbit bifurcations, such as torus bifurcation and periodical fold bifurcation, may happen with the variation of limit cycle. Furthermore, the initial operation condition may greatly influence the ultimate state of the system. | 9 | Subgradient-based feedback neural networks for non-differentiable convex optimization problems显示文摘This paper developed the dynamic feedback neural network model to solve the convex nonlinear programming problem proposed by Leung et al. and introduced subgradient-based dynamic feedback neural networks to solve non-differentiable convex optimization problems. For unconstrained non-differentiable convex optimization problem, on the assumption that the objective function is convex coercive, we proved that with ar- bitrarily given initial value, the trajectory of the feedback neural network constructed by a projection subgradient converges to an asymptotically stable equilibrium point which is also an optimal solution of the primal unconstrained problem. For constrained non-differentiable convex optimization problem, on the assumption that the objective function is convex coercive and the constraint functions are convex also, the energy func- tions sequence and corresponding dynamic feedback subneural network models based on a projection subgradient are successively constructed respectively, the convergence theorem is then obtained and the stopping condition is given. | 13 | Correlation between cold and hot pattern in traditional Chinese medicine and gene expression profiles in rheumatoid arthritis显示文摘Clinical manifestations of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)are diversified,and based on the manifestations,the patients with RA could be classified into different patterns under traditional Chinese medicine.These patterns decide the selection of herbal prescription,and thus they can help find a subset of rheumatoid arthritis patients for a type of therapy.In the present study,we combine genome-wide expression analysis with methods of systems biology to identify the functional gene networks for the sets of clinical symptoms that comprise the major information for pattern classification.Clinical manifestations in rheumatoid arthritis were clustered with factor analysis,and two factors(similar to cold and hot patterns in traditional Chinese medicine)were found.Microarray technology was used to reveal gene expression profiles in CD4^(+)T cells from 21 rheumatoid arthritis patients.Protein-protein interaction information for these genes from databases and literature data was searched.The highly-connected regions were detected to infer significant complexes or pathways in this protein-protein interaction network.The significant pathways and function were extracted from these subnetworks using the Biological Network Gene Ontology tool.The genes significantly related to hot and cold patterns were identified by correlations analysis.MAPK signalling pathway,Wnt signaling pathway,and insulin signaling pathway were found to be related to hot pattern.Purine metabolism was related to both hot and cold patterns.Alanine,aspartate,and tyrosine metabolism were related to cold pattern,and histindine metabolism and lysine degradation were related to hot pattern.The results suggest that cold and hot patterns in traditional Chinese medicine were related to different pathways,and the network analysis might be used for identifying the pattern classification in other diseases. | Miao Jiang Cheng Xiao Gao Chen Cheng Lu Qinglin Zha Xiaoping Yan Weiping Kong Shijie Xu Dahong Ju Pu Xu Youwen Zou Aiping Lu | 2011 | Frontiers of Medicine2011,5,2: | 2 |

| 17 | Ethynyl-linked perylene bisimide based electron acceptors for non-fullerene organic solar cells显示文摘In this work, star-shaped perylene bisimide(PBI) derivatives with spiro-aromatic cores linked with ethynyl units were developed as electron acceptors for non-fullerene organic solar cells. The ethynyl linkers were found to enhance the planarity of the conjugated backbone, resulting in high electron mobilities and near-infrared absorption. The ethynyl-linked PBI acceptors showed high power conversion efficiencies(PCEs) up to 4.27% due to the high short-circuit current density(J_(sc)) of 8.52 mA/cm^2 and fill factor(FF) of 0.59, while the PBI acceptor without ethynyl units provided a low PCE of 3.57% in nonfullerene solar cells.
