| 1 | Late Pleistocene glaciation of the Changbai Mountains in northeastern China显示文摘The Changbai Mountains (2749 m a.s.l.) in northeastern China are one of the typical mountain regions with glaciation since late Pleistocene as evidenced by well-preserved erosive and accumulative landforms at elevations above 2000 m a.s.l. formed by glaciers around the crater lake, Tianchi Lake. Cirque glaciers developed on both the inner and outer sides of the volcanic cone. Well-preserved cirques, glacial trough valleys, glacial threholds, polished surfaces of the glacial erratics and the moraine ridges indicate that several glaciation processes took place during the last glacial period in this region. Results of optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) dating on the moraine sediments, and the K/Ar, ther- mal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS), electronic spinning resonance (ESR) dating on the volcanic rocks suggest two periods of glacier advances. One is named the Black Wind Mouth glacier advance taking place on the west and north slopes of the volcanic cone at an elevation of 2000―2100 m a.s.l., which is dated to about 20 ka, being the result of the Last Glacial Maximum (LGM). The other is named the Meteorological Station glacier advance at the elevation of 2400―2600 m a.s.l., dated to 11 ka during the late glacial period, and is tentatively correlated to the Younger Dryas stage. The scope of the former glacier advance is larger than that of the latter. | 2 | Joint land-sea seismic survey and research on the deep structures of the Bohai Sea areas显示文摘This paper presents the survey and research work of two land-sea profiles in the Bohai Sea,China,carried out in 2010–2011,including the seismic sources on land and in the sea,the ocean bottom seismographs(OBS)and their recovery,the coupling of OBS and the environment noise in sea area,the data quality of OBSs,and the result of data analysis.We focused on the investigation of crustal structures revealed by the two NE\EW-trending joint land-sea profiles.In combination with the Pn-velocity distribution and gravitymagnetic inversion results in the North China Craton,we propose that the undulation of the Moho interface in the Bohai and surrounding areas is not strong,and the lithospheric thinning is mainly caused by the thinning of its mantle part.The research result indicates that obvious lateral variations of Moho depth and seismic velocity appear nearby all the large-scale faults in Bohai Sea,and there is evidence of underplating and reforming of the lower crust by mantle material in the Bohai area.However,geophysical evidence does not appear to support the'mantle plume'or'delamination'model for the North China Craton destruction.The crustal structure of the Bohai Sea revealed'a relatively normal crust and obviously thinned mantle lid',local velocity anomalies and instability phenomena in the crust.These features may represent a combined effect of North China-Yangtze collision at an early stage and the remote action of Pacific plate subduction at a late stage. | HAO Tianyao YOU Qingyu LIU Lihua LV Chuanchuan XU Ya LI Zhiwei ZHAO Chunlei ZHENG Yanpeng LIU Chenguang HAN Guozhong | 2013 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2013,32,12: | 11 |

| 5 | Dandelion-Like Bi_(2)S_(3)/rGO hierarchical microspheres as high-performance anodes for potassium-ion and half/full sodium-ion batteries显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) and potassium-ion batteries (PIBs) have been considered as attractive alternatives for next-generation battery systems, which have promising application potential due to their earth abundance of potassium and sodium, high capacity and suitable working potential, however, the design and application of bi-functional high-performance anode still remain a great challenge up to date. Bismuth sulfide is suitable as anode owing to its unique laminar structure with relatively large interlayer distance to accommodate larger radius ions, high theoretical capacity and high volumetric capacity etc. In this study, dandelion-like Bi_(2)S_(3)/rGO hierarchical microspheres as anode material for PIBs displayed reversible capacity, and 206.91 mAh·g^(−1) could be remained after 1,200 cycles at a current density of 100 mA·g^(−1). When applied as anode materials for SIBs, 300 mAh·g^(−1) could be retained after 300 cycles at 2 A·g^(−1) and its initial Coulombic efficiency is as high as 97.43%. Even at high current density of 10 A·g^(−1), 120.3 mAh·g^(−1) could be preserved after 3,400 cycles. The Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)@rGO//Bi_(2)S_(3)/rGO sodium ion full cells were successfully assembled which displays stable performance after 60 cycles at 100 mA·g^(−1). | 6 | Pseudo pilot-aided OFDM system with high spectral efficiency for high performance coaxial transmission显示文摘High performance network over coax(HINOC) has become next-generation broadcasting network(NGB) industry standard of China, as well as International Telecommunication Union(ITU) telecommunication standard, which adopts orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) technique and high order modulation formats. As is known, in OFDM system, phase noise destroys the orthogonality of the subcarriers and degrades the performance of the system especially when the data are transmitted in high order modulation formats. In this paper, we propose a high spectral efficiency OFDM system utilizing a novel and almost blind phase noise compensation method mainly used for high performance coaxial transmission. In our system, some subcarriers, which remain to transmit unknown useful data in lower order modulation formats, are selected as pseudo pilots instead of pilots to suppress phase noise effectively and high spectral efficiency can be achieved with the aid of puncturing mechanisms. Environmental change indexes are constructed for each deposit, based on grain size, geochemical and pollen analysis, environmental magnetic susceptibility, and 14C dating. The study of climatic environmental change since the Holocene epoch in this region shows that the climate fluctuated at different stages during the early Holocene, that is, the climate was cool and wet during 8.4-7.7 ka, cold and wet during 7.7-6.5 ka, cold and dry during 6.5-4.7 ka, cool and wet during 4.7-2.1 ka, warm and wet during 2.1-1.0 ka, and warmer and wet since 1 ka. | 15 | Moderated crevice corrosion susceptibility of Ti6Al4V implant material due to albumin-corrosion interaction显示文摘Localized corrosion of metallic biomaterials is a concerning problem for implant applications.In the present work,the interaction between localized corrosion of Ti6Al4V implant material and adsorption of bovine serum albumin(BSA)was investigated by electrochemical tests,surface morphological and compositional analysis.The artificial crevice was set up on the Ti6Al4V surface to simulate the crevice corrosion of metallic implants.The results show that the BSA adsorption is regulated by the heterogeneous metallic ion release resulted from the crevice corrosion.The negatively charged BSA prefers to aggregate at the interior of artificial crevice due to electrostatic interaction with the concentrated metallic cations in the crevice.In return,the non-uniform BSA adsorption can decrease the crevice corrosion susceptibility of the Ti6Al4V implant material,even though the presence of BSA accelerates the dissolution of passive films.For the Ti6Al4V alloys with artificial crevice,stable localized corrosion occurs after 96 h of immersion in the PBS free of BSA while no stable localized corrosion can be determined in the presence of 4%BSA.It is deduced that the presence of BSA can reduce the surface potential discrepancy between the crevice interior and the crevice exterior.The disclosed mechanism of albumin-corrosion interaction is vital to the localized corrosion control of metallic implants in clinical use. | Jing Wu Meng Li Chuanchuan Lin Pengfei Gao Rui Zhang Xuan Li Jixi Zhang Kaiyong Cai | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,14: | 0 |
