| 1 | Study on the relationship between waste classification,combustion condition and dioxin emission from waste incineration显示文摘Domestic waste in China is mainly collected as a combination of different types of materials.The components are variable and complex,with very different combustion characteristics making it difficult to optimize the burning to reduce pollution.There are still some controversies about the accuracy of using carbon monoxide(CO)emission to characterize waste incineration performance.Here,we investigated the relationship between waste classification,incineration conditions and dioxin emission and concluded that the concentration of CO in flue gas could not be used as the only criterion of combustion efficiency and safety.Considering the close relationship between the formation of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans(PCDD/Fs)and products of incomplete combustion,the relatively low concentrations of CO are not a reliable indicator that an incinerator equipped with an activated carbon injection system and fabric filter could achieve the national standards for PCDD/F emission.The goal,therefore,is not only to lower the emission of PCDD/Fs and other pollutants through clas-sifying the waste components at the source,but also to reduce the need for the treatment of incinerated waste to protect the environment and to increase the power generation efficiency of municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI)plants.As the demand for waste disposal continues to rapidly increase,the need for a safe waste incineration system with dioxin emission controls makes the classification of waste an indispensable part of future MSWI systems. | Xiaodong Li Yunfeng Ma Mengmei Zhang Mingxiu Zhan Peiyue Wang Xiaoqing Lin Tong Chen Shengyong Lu Jianhua Yan | 2019 | Waste Disposal and Sustainable Energy2019,1,2: | 3 |

| 10 | Two potentially specific but relevant patterns of proteomic change Response of SH-SY5Y cells to differentiation with retinoic acid followed by phorbol ester 12-O-tetradecanoyl-phorbol-13-acetate, and susceptibility of differentiated cells to dopamine显示文摘Dopamine (DA) exposure at a dose of 100 μmol/L for 24 hours causes oxidative stress in SH-SY5Y cells with induction of neuronal differentiation by retinoic acid (RA,10 μmol/L, 72 hours) followed by phorbol ester 12-O-tetradecanoyl-phorbol-13-acetate (TPA, 80 nmol/L, 72 hours). However, it remains unclear whether the alteration of phenotype observed in response to oxidative stress is associated with protein regulation in this cellular model for Parkinson's disease. The present study detected protein regulation affected by oxidative stress at a proteomic level: selection of differentially altered proteins using two dimensional difference in-gel electrophoresis and identification of these proteins using matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry. The results demonstrated significant alterations in expression of six proteins in SH-SY5Y cells following the differentiation and fourteen proteins in the differentiated cells following the exposure, exemplified by an increase of tubulin alpha1 in the former but a decrease of tubulin alpha-ubiquitous chain in the latter. | 11 | Anthocyanin Profiles in Grape Berry Skins of Different Species ofWine Grapes in Shanxi,China显示文摘To understand the anthocyanin characteristics of wine grape varieties,the anthocyanin composition and content of 31 wine grape varieties were analyzed to explore the use of anthocyanins as chemical fingerprints to distinguish varieties.Results showed that a total of 21 anthocyanins were detected in the skins,including cyanidin,delphinidin,petunidin,peonidin and malvidin 3-monoglucosides(or 3,5-diglucosides)along with the corresponding acetyl and p-coumaroyl derivatives.The highest and lowest total amount of anthocyanins were detected in‘Ruby Cabernet’and‘Muscat Rouge’,respectively.In the 21 Vitis vinifera grapes,there were 3~11 monoglucoside anthocyanins detected,however,there were 4 to 9 monoglucoside anthocyanins and 1~7 diglucoside anthocyanins detected in the 10 other species of grapes.Except for‘Zhesexiang’‘Seibel Noir’,‘44-6-7-1’and‘Beibinghong’,the contents of diglucoside anthocyanins in the other six varieties accounted for more than 52%of the total anthocyanins.Except for‘Zhesexiang’,‘Muscat Rouge’and‘Beibinghong’,the content of methylated anthocyanins accounted for more than 75%of total anthocyanins.There were significant differences in the anthocyanin types and contents in the skins among V.vinifera and other grapes.The results of the principal component analysis and the cluster classification of 31 grape varieties(lines)were nearly consistent,which suggested that anthocyanins can be used as chemical fingerprints to distinguish wine grape varieties. | Wei Tan Mingxiu Xu Siqi Xie Yan Zhang Shuai Wu Qinyan Zou Qifeng Zhao Qingliang Li | 2021 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2021,90,2: | 0 |

| 14 | Synthetic protease inhibitor-induced inclusions in PC12 cells Potential proteomic characterization of six subunits in the 26S proteasome显示文摘Proteasome dysfunction during dopaminergic degeneration induces proteolytic stress, and is a contributing factor for the onset and formation of Lewy bodies. Results from our previous studies showed that synthetic proteasome inhibitor-induced inclusions in PC12 cells contained six subunits in the 26S proteasome. In the present study, mass spectrometry analysis of single protein spots resolved by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and identified by bioinformatic analysis of peptide mass fingerprint (PMF) data were performed to comprehensively characterize the proteomic profile of the proteasome subunits. Results showed that six subunits in the 26S proteasome were characterized through accurate assignment by PMF data-specific protein identification in protein databases. Additionally, identification of one of the proteasome subunits was further confirmed using a subunit-specific antibody against non-adenosine triphosphatase subunit 11 of the 19S regulatory particle. | 15 | Boosting alkaline hydrogen evolution performance by constructing ultrasmall Ru clusters/Na^(+),K^(+)-decorated porous carbon composites显示文摘The construction of efficient and durable electrocatalysts with highly dispersed metal clusters and hydrophilic surface for alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)remains a great challenge.Herein,we prepared hydrophilic nanocomposites of Ru clusters(~1.30 nm)anchored on Na^(+),K^(+)-decorated porous carbon(Ru/Na^(+),K^(+)-PC)through hydrothermal method and subsequent annealing treatment at 500℃.The Ru/Na^(+),K^(+)-PC exhibits ultralow overpotential of 7 mV at 10 mA·cm^(-2),mass activity of 15.7 A·mgRu^(-1)at 100 mV,and long-term durability of 20,000 cycles potential cycling and 200 h chronopotentiometric measurement with a negligible decrease in activity,much superior to benchmarked commercial Pt/C.Density functional theory based calculations show that the energy barrier of H-OH bond breaking is efficiently reduced due to the presence of Na and K ions,thus favoring the Volmer step.Furthermore,the Ru/Na^(+),K^(+)-PC effectively employs solar energy for obtaining H_(2)in both alkaline water and seawater electrolyzer.This finding provides a new strategy to construct high-performance and cost-effective alkaline HER electrocatalyst. | Mingxiu Duan Tie Shu Jingwei Li Daliang Zhang Li-Yong Gan Ke Xin Yao Qiang Yuan | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,7: | 0 |
