Intermetallic PtBi core/ultrathin Pt shell nanoplates for efficient and I stable methanol and ethanol electro-oxidization显示文摘The development of Pt-based core/shell nanoparticles represents an emerging class of electrocatalysts for fuel cells, such as methanol oxidation reaction (MOR) and ethanol oxidation reaction (EOR). Here, we present a one-pot synthesis approach to prepare hexagonal PtBi/Pt core/shell nan ostructure composed of an in termetallic PtiBii core and an ultrathi n Pt shell with well-defined shape, size, and composition. The structure and the synergistic effect among different components enhanced their MOR and EOR performanee. The optimized Pt2Bi nanoplates exhibit excellent mass activities in both MOR (4,820 mA·mgpt^-1) and EOR (5,950 mA·mgpt^1) conducted in alkaline media, which are 6.15 times and 8.63 times higher than those of commercial Pt/C, respectively. Pt2Bi nan opiates also show superior operati on durability to commercial Pt/C. This work may inspire the rational design and synthesis of Pt-based nanoparticles with improved performance for fuel cells and other applications.Xiaolei Yuan Xiaojing Jiang Muhan Cao Lei Chen Kaiqi Nie Yong Zhang Yong Xu Xuhui Sun Yanguang Li Qiao Zhang 2019Nano Research2019,12,2:7

NEW METHOD OF FORMATION DESIGN FOR BOTH GMTI AND INSAR USING DISTRIBUTED SATELLITES显示文摘This letter proposes a method for designing a specific formation of satellites where the flying motion only exists in a circle orbit plane of the reference satellite, which means that the orbit eccen- tricity is zero. This method combines the Hill equation, the Kepler equation, and the geometrical meaning of orbit elements. It creates the redundancy condition to simplify the deducing process, utilizes multiple conditions to solve the orbit elements for the satellite formation, and obtains the analytical relationship of the orbit elements for the formation satellites with the formation parameters and the orbit elements of the reference satellite. Using these formulations, the orbit elements and formation parameters for the formation satellites can be solved for the given orbit elements of the reference satellite. The letter describes the proposed double-ellipse formation for both GMTI and InSAR, and the validity of the formation is demonstrated via simulation.Yuan Hao Zhou Yinqing Li Jingwen Sun Muhan 2007Journal of Electronics(China)2007,24,6:1
Maintenance of cooperation in a public goods game:A new decision-making criterion with incomplete information显示文摘Hardin's 'The Tragedy of the Commons' prophesies the inescapable collapse of many human enterprises. The emergence and abundance of cooperation in animal and human societies is a challenging puzzle to evolutionary theory. In this work,we introduce a new decision-making criterion into a voluntary public goods game with incomplete information and choose successful strategies according to previous payoffs for a certain strategy as well as the risk-averse benefit. We find that the interest rate of the common pool and the magnitude of memory have crucial effects on the average welfare of the population. The appropriate sense of individuals' innovation also substantially influences the equilibrium strategies distribution in the long run.LI MuHan SONG HongPeng ZHANG Li ZHANG LianZhong 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,6:1
New genetic and epigenetic insights into the chemokine system: the latest discoveries aiding progression toward precision medicine显示文摘Over the past thirty years, the importance of chemokines and their seven-transmembrane G protein-coupled receptors(GPCRs)has been increasingly recognized.Chemokine interactions with receptors trigger signaling pathway activity to form a network fundamental to diverse immune processes, including host homeostasis and responses to disease.Genetic and nongenetic regulation of both the expression and structure of chemokines and receptors conveys chemokine functional heterogeneity.Imbalances and defects in the system contribute to the pathogenesis of a variety of diseases, including cancer, immune and inflammatory diseases, and metabolic and neurological disorders, which render the system a focus of studies aiming to discover therapies and important biomarkers. The integrated view of chemokine biology underpinning divergence and plasticity has provided insights into immune dysfunction in disease states, including, among others, coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).In this review,by reporting the latest advances in chemokine biology and results fromanalyses of a plethora of sequencing-based datasets,we outline recent advances in the understanding of the genetic variations and nongenetic heterogeneity of chemokines and receptors and provide an updated view of their contribution to the pathophysiological network, focusing on chemokine-mediated inflammation and cancer.Clarification of the molecular basis of dynamic chemokine-receptor interactions will help advance the understanding of chemokine biology to achieve precision medicine application in the clinic.Hanli Xu Shuye Lin Ziyun Zhou Duoduo Li Xiting Zhang Muhan Yu Ruoyi Zhao Yiheng Wang Junru Qian Xinyi Li Bohan Li Chuhan Wei Keqiang Chen Teizo Yoshimura Ji Ming Wang Jiaqiang Huang 2023Cellular & Molecular Immunology2023,20,7:0
Site-Selective Polyolefin Hydrogenolysis on Atomic Ru for Methanation Suppression and Liquid Fuel Production显示文摘Catalytic hydrogenolysis of end-of-life polyolefins can produce value-added liquid fuels and therefore holds great promises in plastic waste reuse and environmental remediation. The major challenge limiting the recycling economic benefit is the severe methanation(usually>20%)induced by terminal C–C cleavage and fragmentation in polyolefin chains. Here,we overcome this challenge by demonstrating that Ru single-atom catalyst can effectively suppress methanation by inhibiting terminal C–C cleavage and preventing chain fragmentation that typically occurs on multi-Ru sites. The Ru single-atom catalyst supported on CeO_(2)shows an ultralow CH_(4)yield of 2.2%and a liquid fuel yield of over 94.5%with a production rate of 314.93 gfuels gRu^(−1)h^(−1)at 250℃for 6 h.Such remarkable catalytic activity and selectivity of Ru single-atom catalyst in polyolefin hydrogenolysis offer immense opportunities for plastic upcycling.Mingyu Chu Xianpeng Wang Xuchun Wang Xiangxi Lou Congyang Zhang Muhan Cao Lu Wang Youyong Li Sibao Liu Tsun-Kong Sham Qiao Zhang Jinxing Chen 2023Research2023,,3:0
The nonstructural protein 2C of Coxsackie B virus has RNA helicase and chaperoning activities显示文摘RNA-remodeling proteins, including RNA helicases and chaperones, play vital roles in the remodeling of structured RNAs.During viral replication, viruses require RNA-remodeling proteins to facilitate proper folding and/or re-folding the viral RNA elements.Coxsackieviruses B3(CVB3)and Coxsackieviruses B5(CVB5),belonging to the genus Enterovirus in the family Picornaviridae, have been reported to cause various infectious diseases such as hand-foot-and-mouth disease, aseptic meningitis, and viral myocarditis. However, little is known about whether CVB3 and CVB5 encode any RNA remodeling proteins. In this study,we showed that 2C proteins of CVB3 and CVB5 contained the conserved SF3 helicase A,B,and C motifs, and functioned not only as RNA helicase that unwound RNA helix bidirectionally in an NTP-dependent manner, but also as RNA chaperone that remodeled structured RNAs and facilitated RNA strand annealing independently of NTP.In addition,we determined that the NTPase activity and RNA helicase activity of 2C proteins of CVB3 and CVB5 were dependent on the presence of divalent metallic ions. Our findings demonstrate that 2C proteins of CVBs possess RNA-remodeling activity and underline the functional importance of 2C protein in the life cycle of CVBs.Ziyu Chen Xiaobei Xiong Yiyang Li Muhan Huang Yujie Ren Di Wu Yang Qiu Mingzhou Chen Ting Shu Xi Zhou 2022Virologica Sinica2022,37,5:0
