1Development of the triazole-fused pyrimidine derivatives as highly potent and reversible inhibitors of histone lysine specific demethylase1(LSD1/KDM1A)显示文摘Histone lysine specific demethylase 1(LSD1) has been recognized as an important modulator in post-translational process in epigenetics. Dysregulation of LSD1 has been implicated in the development of various cancers. Herein, we report the discovery of the hit compound 8 a(IC50=3.93 μmol/L) and further medicinal chemistry efforts, leading to the generation of compound 15 u(IC50=49 nmol/L, and Ki= 16 nmol/L), which inhibited LSD1 reversibly and competitively with H3 K4 me2, and was selective to LSD1 over MAO-A/B. Docking studies were performed to rationalize the potency ofcompound 15 u. Compound 15 u also showed strong antiproliferative activity against four leukemia cell lines(OCL-AML3, K562, THP-1 and U937) as well as the lymphoma cell line Raji with the IC50 values of 1.79, 1.30, 0.45, 1.22 and 1.40 μmol/L, respectively. In THP-1 cell line, 15 u significantly inhibited colony formation and caused remarkable morphological changes. 2The functional evolution and system equilibrium of urban and rural territories显示文摘The coordinated development of urban and rural territorial systems has long been a scientific issue of concern in geography and socioeconomic development in China.Based on Territorial Function Theory,this paper establishes a theoretical framework to support the coordinated development of urban and rural territorial systems,analyzes the trend of functional evolution,discusses the impact of efficient allocation and orderly element flow on system equivalence development,and puts forward approaches and policy suggestions for equilibrium development in the future.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The evolution of urban and rural territorial functions has experienced four stages:rural to rural,rural to urban transition,rural to urban,and urban to urban.In this process,territorial functions have been developed to be hierarchical and advanced.(2)Functional evolution enables urban and rural comparative advantages to be transformed from value difference to value equivalence.Increasing the flow intensity and reconstructing the flow space have become the necessary conditions for the coordination of development.(3)Land is the most important resource in China,and land system reform is the key to achieving equivalence development of urban and rural territorial systems,thereby determining the future equilibrium development of the two systems.FAN Jie LI Sisi SUN Zhongrui GUO Rui ZHOU Kan CHEN Dong WU Jianxiong 2022Journal of Geographical Sciences2022,32,7:3

6Rapid CO_(2)-laser scribing fabrication of an electrochemical sensor for the direct detection of Pb^(2+) and Cd^(2+)显示文摘Laser-induced graphene(LIG)is a highly promising preparation material for electrochemical sensors;however,its preparation speed and nanomaterial modification steps significantly limit its mass production.Herein,this study proposed a new laser printing strategy that considerably improved the preparation speed of LIG with excellent electrochemical performance.Using the optimal parameters(laser power of 1%,scribing spacing of 0.12 mm,scribing speed of 100 mm·s^(−1)),it took only 14.2 s to complete the preparation of the detection electrode.Thus,we successfully detected Cd^(2+)and Pb^(2+)without any toxic reagents or electrode modification steps.The limits of detection of the sensor were 0.914 and 0.916μg·L^(−1)for Cd^(2+)and Pb^(2+),respectively,which are significantly lower than the required values for drinking-water quality,according to the World Health Organization guidelines.This study provides a novel approach for the rapid detection of heavy-metal ions.Guanglei Chu Yanyan Zhang Zhongrui Zhou Weixuan Zeng Dongfei Chen Siping Yu Jiemin Wang Yemin Guo Xia Sun Ming Li 2023Nano Research2023,16,5:1
7Relationship between the stoichiometric characteristics and leaf functional traits of Castanopsis hystrix in different ages显示文摘Both the stoichiometric characteristics and leaf functional traits can reflect the adaptability of plants to changes in the external living environment.In particular,for varying aged forest plants,the study of stoichiometric characteristics and leaf functional traits can reflect the plant’s life history strategy and its resource investment and allocation methods.In this paper,the 1.5-year-old,5-year-old,15-year-old and 20-year-old Castanopsis hystrix were selected as the research objects to investigate the trends of stoichiometry and leaf functional traits,and their synergistic changes were verified.The results showed that with the increase of age,the stability of C.hystrix stoichiometry gradually increased,and the functional traits also tended to invest in security.However,there was no synergistic change between the two,which might be attributed to the different sensitivity of the C.hystrix leaf to the environment at the life history level of 1.5-year-old to 20-year-old.Zhang Zhongrui Qi Ye Ding Xiaogang Yang Haiyan Wei Dan Zhang Geng Zhu Hangyong Chen Li 2020林业与环境科学2020,36,2:1

16The nearest neutron star candidate in a binary revealed by optical time-domain surveys显示文摘The near-Earth(within~100 pc)supernova explosions in the past several million years can cause the global deposition of radioactive elements(e.g.,60Fe)on Earth.The remnants of such supernovae are too old to be easily identified.It is therefore of great interest to search for million-year-old near-Earth neutron stars or black holes,the products of supernovae.However,neutron stars and black holes are challenging to find even in our Solar neighbourhood if they are not radio pulsars or X-ray/γ-ray emitters.Here we report the discovery of one of the nearest(127.7±0.3 pc)neutron star candidates in a detached single-lined spectroscopic binary LAMOST J235456.73+335625.9(hereafter J2354).Utilizing the time-resolved ground-based spectroscopy and space photometry,we find that J2354 hosts an unseen compact object with M_(inv)being 1.4-1.6 M_(⊙).The follow-up Swift ultraviolet(UV)and X-ray observations suggest that the UV and X-ray emission is produced by the visible star rather than the compact object.Hence,J2354 probably harbours a neutron star rather than a hot ultramassive white dwarf.Two-hour exceptionally sensitive radio follow-up observations with Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope fail to reveal any pulsating radio signals at the 6σflux upper limit of 12.5μJy.Therefore,the neutron star candidate in J2354 can only be revealed via our time-resolved observations.Interestingly,the distance between J2354 and our Earth can be as close as~50 pc around 2.5 million years(Myrs)ago,as revealed by the Gaia kinematics.Our discovery demonstrates a promising way to unveil the hidden near-Earth neutron stars in binaries by exploring the optical time domain,thereby facilitating understanding of the metal-enrichment history in our Solar neighbourhood.Ling-Lin Zheng Mouyuan Sun Wei-Min Gu Tuan Yi Zhi-Xiang Zhang Pei Wang Junfeng Wang Jianfeng Wu Shan-Shan Weng Song Wang Sen-Yu Qi Jia Zhang Chun-Qian Li Jian-Rong Shi Yong Shao Xiang-Dong Li Jin-Bo Fu Fan Yang Zhongrui Bai Yu Bai Haotong Zhang Jifeng Liu 2023Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,12:0

19A New Fiber Detection Method for LAMOST Based on the Front-illuminated Method显示文摘The double revolving fiber positioning technology is one of the key technologies for the success of the Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope(LAMOST).The accuracy of fiber positioning will directly affect the observation efficiency of LAMOST.To achieve higher fiber positioning accuracy,the original open-loop controlled fiber positioning system urgently needs to be upgraded into a closed-loop control system.The fiber detection is the most important part of the closed-loop controlled fiber positioning system.The back-illuminated detection method is usually used to detect the fiber position by directly detecting the light spot generated at the fiber end in the multi-fiber spectral surveys.In this paper,we introduce a new method to measure the fiber position based on the image of the front-illuminated LAMOST focal plane.The front-illuminated image does not require lighting devices inside the spectrograph,and it could reduce the instability and light pollution in the spectrograph end.Our method measures the fiber position by fitting the profile of the fiber pinhole with a 2D Gaussian function.A series of tests show that the relative position measurement precision of the front-illuminated method is about 012,and the method could have the same accuracy as the back-illuminated method once the system bias is calibrated by a simple radial correction function.The required fiber positioning accuracy of LAMOST is 04,and the new method satisfies the requirement of LAMOST fiber detection accuracy and could be used in the closed-loop fiber control system.Ming Zhou Yong Zhang Guanru Lv Jian Li Zengxiang Zhou Zhigang Liu Jianping Wang Zhongrui Bai Yuan Tian Mengxin Wang Shuqing Wang Hongzhuan Hu Chao Zhai Jiaru Chu Zhijie Han Mingxu Liu Yiqiao Dong Hailong Yuan Yongheng Zhao Yaoquan Chu Haotong Zhang 2022Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics2022,22,6:0
