| 2 | Weighted Multi-sensor Data Level Fusion Method of Vibration Signal Based on Correlation Function显示文摘As the differences of sensor's precision and some random factors are difficult to control,the actual measurement signals are far from the target signals that affect the reliability and precision of rotating machinery fault diagnosis.The traditional signal processing methods,such as classical inference and weighted averaging algorithm usually lack dynamic adaptability that is easy for trends to cause the faults to be misjudged or left out.To enhance the measuring veracity and precision of vibration signal in rotary machine multi-sensor vibration signal fault diagnosis,a novel data level fusion approach is presented on the basis of correlation function analysis to fast determine the weighted value of multi-sensor vibration signals.The approach doesn't require knowing the prior information about sensors,and the weighted value of sensors can be confirmed depending on the correlation measure of real-time data tested in the data level fusion process.It gives greater weighted value to the greater correlation measure of sensor signals,and vice versa.The approach can effectively suppress large errors and even can still fuse data in the case of sensor failures because it takes full advantage of sensor's own-information to determine the weighted value.Moreover,it has good performance of anti-jamming due to the correlation measures between noise and effective signals are usually small.Through the simulation of typical signal collected from multi-sensors,the comparative analysis of dynamic adaptability and fault tolerance between the proposed approach and traditional weighted averaging approach is taken.Finally,the rotor dynamics and integrated fault simulator is taken as an example to verify the feasibility and advantages of the proposed approach,it is shown that the multi-sensor data level fusion based on correlation function weighted approach is better than the traditional weighted average approach with respect to fusion precision and dynamic adaptability.Meantime,the approach is adaptable and easy to use,can be applied to other areas of vibration measurement. | BIN Guangfu JIANG Zhinong LI Xuejun DHILLON B S | 2011 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,5: | 7 |
| 3 | Coordinate scheduling approach for EDS observation tasks and data transmission jobs显示文摘Electromagnetic detection satellite(EDS) is a type of Earth observation satellite(EOS). Satellites observation and data down-link scheduling plays a significant role in improving the efficiency of satellite observation systems. However, the current works mainly focus on the scheduling of imaging satellites, little work focuses on the scheduling of EDSes for its specific requirements.And current works mainly schedule satellite resources and data down-link resources separately, not considering them in a globally optimal perspective. The EDSes and data down-link resources are scheduled in an integrated process and the scheduling result is searched globally. Considering the specific constraints of EDS, a coordinate scheduling model for EDS observation tasks and data transmission jobs is established and an algorithm based on the genetic algorithm is proposed. Furthermore, the convergence of our algorithm is proved. To deal with some specific constraints, a solution repairing algorithm of polynomial computing time is designed. | 4 | Approach for earth observation satellite real-time and playback data transmission scheduling显示文摘The scheduling of earth observation satellites(EOSs)data transmission is a complex combinatorial optimization problem. Current researches mainly deal with this problem on the assumption that the data transmission mode is fixed, either playback or real-time transmission. Considering the characteristic of the problem, a multi-satellite real-time and playback data transmission scheduling model is established and a novel algorithm based on quantum discrete particle swarm optimization(QDPSO)is proposed. | 5 | Effects of SiO_2 and TiO_2 on resistance stabilities of flexible indium-tin-oxide films prepared by ion assisted deposition显示文摘Inorganic buffer layers such as SiO2 or TiO2 and transparent conductive indium-tin-oxide (ITO) films were prepared on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrates by ion assisted deposition (IAD) at room temperature, and the effects of SiO2 and TiO2 on the bending resistance performance of flexible ITO films were investigated. The results show that ITO films with SiO2 or TiO2 buffer layer have better resistance stabilities compared to ones without the buffer layer when the ITO films are inwards bent at a bending radius more than 1.2 cm and when the ITO films are outwards bent at a bending radius from 0.8 cm to 1.2 cm. ITO films with SiO2 buffer layer have better resistance stabilities compared to ones with TiO2 buffer layer after the ITO films are bent several hundreds of cycles at the same bending radius, for the adhesion of SiO2 is stronger than that of TiO2. The compressive stress resulted from inward bending leads to the formation of more defects in the ITO films compared with the tensile stress arising from outward bending. | 6 | Effect of the W-beam central guardrails on wind-blown sand deposition on desert expressways in sandy regions显示文摘Many desert expressways are affected by the deposition of the wind-blown sand,which might block the movement of vehicles or cause accidents.W-beam central guardrails,which are used to improve the safety of desert expressways,are thought to influence the deposition of the wind-blown sand,but this has yet not to be studied adequately.To address this issue,we conducted a wind tunnel test to simulate and explore how the W-beam central guardrails affect the airflow,the wind-blown sand flux and the deposition of the wind-blown sand on desert expressways in sandy regions.The subgrade model is 3.5 cm high and 80.0 cm wide,with a bank slope ratio of 1:3.The W-beam central guardrails model is 3.7 cm high,which included a 1.4-cm-high W-beam and a 2.3-cm-high stand column.The wind velocity was measured by using pitot-static tubes placed at nine different heights(1,2,3,5,7,10,15,30 and 50 cm)above the floor of the chamber.The vertical distribution of the wind-blown sand flux in the wind tunnel was measured by using the sand sampler,which was sectioned into 20 intervals.In addition,we measured the wind-blown sand flux in the field at K50 of the Bachu-Shache desert expressway in the Taklimakan Desert on 11 May 2016,by using a customized 78-cm-high gradient sand sampler for the sand flux structure test.Obstruction by the subgrade leads to the formation of two weak wind zones located at the foot of the windward slope and at the leeward slope of the subgrade,and the wind velocity on the leeward side weakens significantly.The W-beam central guardrails decrease the leeward wind velocity,whereas the velocity increases through the bottom gaps and over the top of the W-beam central guardrails.The vertical distribution of the wind-blown sand flux measured by wind tunnel follows neither a power-law nor an exponential function when affected by either the subgrade or the W-beam central guardrails.At 0.0H and 0.5H(where H=3.5 cm,which is the height of the subgrade),the sand transport is less at the 3 cm height from the subgrade surface than at the 1 and 5 cm heights as a result of obstruction by the W-beam central guardrails,and the maximum sand transportation occurs at the 5 cm height affected by the subgrade surface.The average saltation height in the presence of the W-beam central guardrails is greater than the subgrade height.The field test shows that the sand deposits on the overtaking lane leeward of the W-beam central guardrails and that the thickness of the deposited sand is determined by the difference in the sand mass transported between the inlet and outlet points,which is consistent with the position of the minimum wind velocity in the wind tunnel test.The results of this study could help us to understand the hazards of the wind-blown sand onto subgrade with the W-beam central guardrails. | WANG Cui LI Shengyu LEI Jiaqiang LI Zhinong CHEN Jie | 2020 | Journal of Arid Land2020,12,1: | 2 |
| 7 | Dynamic Characteristics of Rotor System with a Slant Crack Based on Fractional Damping显示文摘The traditional modeling method of rotor system with a slant crack considers only integer-order calculus.However,the model of rotor system based on integer-order calculus can merely describe local characteristics,not historical dependent process.The occur of fractional order calculus just makes up for the deficiency in integer-order calculus.Therefore,a new dynamic model with a slant crack based on fractional damping is proposed.Here,the stiffness of rotor system with a slant crack is solved by zero stress intensity factor method.The proposed model is simulated by Runge-Kutta method and continued fraction Euler method.The influence of the fractional order,rotating speed,and crack depth on the dynamic characteristics of rotor system is discussed.The simulation results show that the amplitude of torsional excitation frequency increases significantly with the increase of the fractional order.With the increase of the rotating speed,the amplitude of first harmonic component becomes gradually larger,the amplitude of the second harmonic becomes smaller,while the amplitude of the other frequency components is almost invariant.The shaft orbit changes gradually from an internal 8-type shape to an ellipse-type shape without overlapping.With the increase of the slant crack depth,the amplitude of the transverse response frequency in the rotor system with a slant crack increases,and the amplitude in the second harmonic component also increases significantly.In addition,the torsional excitation frequency and other coupling frequency components also occur.The proposed model is further verified by the experiment.The valuable conclusion can provide an important guideline for the fault diagnosis of rotor system with a slant crack. | Zhinong Li Yunlong Li Dong Wang Zhike Peng Haifeng Wang | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,2: | 2 |

The thrust bearing abrasion caused by axial movement of the crankshaft will affect the force of timing gears and oil pump gears,which will result in the fracture of gears,abnormal ignition,connecting rod cracking and collision of cylinder. Simulation based on CREO software is done to build three-dimensional models of crankshaft and gears of a WP10 diesel engine. The models are imported into ADAMS to complete multi-body dynamics simulations. The force analysis of gears in different kinds of axial movements is finished and variations rules of gear dynamic load is obtained. The presented results show that the crankshaft axial movement can cause overload and vibration on gears. The Information collected by EDSs plays an important role in some fields, such as industry,science and military. The scheduling of EDSs is a complex combinatorial optimization problem. Current research mainly focuses on the scheduling of imaging satellites and SAR satellites, but little work has been done on the scheduling of EDSs for its specific characteristics. A multi-satellite scheduling model is established,in which the specific constrains of EDSs are considered, then a scheduling algorithm based on the genetic algorithm(GA) is proposed. To deal with the specific constrains of EDSs, a penalty function method is introduced. However, it is hard to determine the appropriate penalty coefficient in the penalty function. Therefore,an adaptive adjustment mechanism of the penalty coefficient is designed to solve the problem, as well as improve the scheduling results.
