| 1 | Effects of Tillage Management on Infiltration and Preferential Flow in a Black Soil, Northeast China显示文摘The impacts of no-tillage (NT) and moldboard plough (MP) managements on infiltration rate and preferential flow were characterized using a combined technique of double-ring device and dye tracer on a black soil (Mollisols) in Northeast China. The objective of this study is to evaluate how tillage practices enhance soil water infiltration and preferential flow in favor of soil erosion control in the study area. The steady infiltration rates under NT management are 1.6 and 2.1 times as high as those under MP management in the 6th and 8th years of the tillage management in place, while the infiltrated water amounts under NT management are 1.4 and 2.0 times as high as those under MP management, respectively. The depth of methylene blue penetrated into NT soil increases from 43cm in the 6th year to 57cm in the 8th year, which are 16cm and 19cm deeper than those in MP soil, respectively. The results of morphologic image show that more biological macro-pores occur in NT soil than in MP soil. These macro-pores play a key role in enhancing preferential flow in NT soil, which in turn promotes water infiltration through preferential pathways in NT soil. | 2 | An Ontology Reasoning Architecture for Data Mining Knowledge Management显示文摘In order to realize the intelligent management of data mining (DM) domain knowledge, this paper presents an architec-ture for DM knowledge management based on ontology. Using ontology database, this architecture can realize intelligent knowl-edge retrieval and automatic accomplishment of DM tasks by means of ontology services. Its key features include: ① Describ-ing DM ontology and meta-data using ontology based on Web ontology language (OWL). ② Ontology reasoning function. Based on the existing concepts and relations, the hidden knowledge in ontology can be obtained using the reasoning engine. | 3 | Boosted photoreduction of diluted CO_(2) through oxygen vacancy engineering in NiO nanoplatelets显示文摘Converting carbon dioxide(CO_(2))to diverse value-added products through photocatalysis can validly alleviate the critical issues of greenhouse effect and energy shortages simultaneously.In particular,based on practical considerations,exploring novel catalysts to achieve efficient photoreduction of diluted CO_(2) is necessary and urgent.However,this process is extremely challenging owing to the disturbance of competitive adsorption at low CO_(2) concentration.Herein,we delicately synthesize oxygen vacancy-laden NiO nanoplatelets(r-NiO)via calcination under Ar protection to reduce diluted CO_(2) through visible light irradiation(>400 nm)assisted by a Ru-based photosensitizer.Benefitting from the strongly CO_(2) adsorption energy of oxygen vacancies,which was confirmed by density functional calculations,the r-NiO catalysts exhibit higher activity and selectivity(6.28×10^(3)µmol·h^(−1)·g^(−1);82.11%)for diluted CO_(2)-to-CO conversion than that of the normal NiO(3.94×10^(3)µmol·h^(−1)·g^(−1);65.26%).Besides,the presence of oxygen vacancies can also promote the separation of electron-hole pairs.Our research demonstrates that oxygen vacancies could act as promising candidates for photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction,offering fundamental guidance for the actual photoreduction of diluted CO_(2) in the future. | Weiyi Chen Xueming Liu Bin Han Shujie Liang Hong Deng Zhang Lin | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,3: | 2 |

| 9 | 不同治疗方案治疗ⅠB2、ⅡA2期宫颈癌预后分析(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to explore the difference of long-term prognosis of different treatment regimens in patients with stage ⅠB2, ⅡA2 cervical cancer. Methods:From August 1995 to September 2005, radical hysterectomy was chosen as primary treatment regimen for 122 patients (group A), 85 patients underwent radical hysterectomy after effective neoadjuvant therapy (group B), and 98 patients received surgery after ineffective preoperative therapy (group C). All patients received postoperative therapy. Results:A total of 305 patients were analyzed. The maximum diameter of tumor was largest in group B, while the pathological risk factors (cervical infiltration, positive surgical margins) were in the lowest proportion. The 5-year mortality rate and relapse rate of group B were the highest, and the overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) were the shortest (P < 0.05). No significant difference of long-term survival was found in group C and group A. No difference was found in the surgical of three groups. Large tumor more than 5.5 cm had higher effective ratio of treatment than those 5.5 cm or less. Patients received effective preoperative radiotherapy had better long-term prognosis than those received chemotherapy or radiochemotherapy. Conclusion:neoadjuvant treatment using for patients with ⅠB2, ⅡA2 cervical cancer is effective in reducing risk factors of pathological, but it could not improve the long-term survival. The indications of adjuvant therapy after surgery should be reconsidered. Those tumors of diameter 5.5 cm or less response poor to neoadjuvant treatment, and no improvement of survival was found, so direct surgical treatment is suggested for these patients. | 10 | Lattice-strained nanotubes facilitate efficient natural sunlight-driven CO_(2) photoreduction显示文摘Photocatalytic reduction of CO_(2) holds tremendous promise for alleviating the energy crisis.Despite the progress that has been,made,there are still some challenges to overcome,such as the realization under real sunlight rather than the simulation condition.In this work,ultrathin Ni_(2)(OH)(PO_(4))nanotubes(NTs)prepared through hydrothermal route are applied as a novel catalyst for photocatalytic reduction of CO_(2) under real sunlight.The prepared Ni_(2)(OH)(PO_(4))NTs exhibit a 11.3 μmol·h^(-1) CO production rate with,96.1% CO selectivity.Interestingly,Ni_(2)(OH)(PO_(4))NTs have a positive impact on the facilitation of photoreduction in diluted CO_(2).Notably,when the system is performed under real sunlight,Ni_(2)(OH)(PO_(4))NTs afford an accumulated CO of ca.26.8 nmol with,96.9% CO selectivity,exceeding most previous inorganic catalysts under simulated irradiation in the laboratory.Our experimental results demonstrate that the multisynergetic effects induced by surface-OH and the lattice strain serve as highly active sites for CO_(2) molecular adsorption and activation as well as electron transfer,hence enhancing photoreduction activity.Therefore,this work provides experimental basis that CO_(2) photocatalysis can be put into practical use. | Shujie Liang Xueming Liu Zuqi Zhong Bin Han Xiaohui Zhong Weiyi Chen Kainan Song Hong Deng Zhang Lin | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,8: | 0 |
| 11 | Conditioned medium from human dental pulp stem cells treats spinal cord injury by inhibiting microglial pyroptosis显示文摘Human dental pulp stem cell transplantation has been shown to be an effective therapeutic strategy for spinal cord injury.However,whether the human dental pulp stem cell secretome can contribute to functional recovery after spinal cord injury remains unclear.In the present study,we established a rat model of spinal cord injury based on impact injury from a dropped weight and then intraperitoneally injected the rats with conditioned medium from human dental pulp stem cells.We found that the conditioned medium effectively promoted the recovery of sensory and motor functions in rats with spinal cord injury,decreased expression of the microglial pyroptosis markers NLRP3,GSDMD,caspase-1,and interleukin-1β,promoted axonal and myelin regeneration,and inhibited the formation of glial scars.In addition,in a lipopolysaccharide-induced BV2 microglia model,conditioned medium from human dental pulp stem cells protected cells from pyroptosis by inhibiting the NLRP3/caspase-1/interleukin-1βpathway.These results indicate that conditioned medium from human dental pulp stem cells can reduce microglial pyroptosis by inhibiting the NLRP3/caspase-1/interleukin-1βpathway,thereby promoting the recovery of neurological function after spinal cord injury.Therefore,conditioned medium from human dental pulp stem cells may become an alternative therapy for spinal cord injury. | Tao Liu Ziqian Ma Liang Liu Yilun Pei Qichao Wu Songjie Xu Yadong Liu Nan Ding Yun Guan Yan Zhang Xueming Chen | 2024 | Neural Regeneration Research2024,19,5: | 0 |
