| 4 | Structure Identification for Force-Induced Reaction Using Single-Molecule Conductance Measurement显示文摘Spiropyran derivatives are prototype mechanophores with a promising application as molecular sensors because of their changeable structure under external force stimuli.However,the chemical structure evolution under external stimuli remains unclear due to the uncertainty and difficulty in distinguishing the structures of different ring-opened merocyanine isomers generated in the force-induced reaction.Here we identify the structure of isomers produced by the force-induced reaction of spiropyran derivatives using a single-molecule conductance measurement and an unsupervised clustering algorithm.We found that the original data from the single-molecule conductance measurement can be divided into four clusters through unsupervised clustering.By introducing a photoinduced reaction and theoretical calculation,we identified and attributed the four clusters of data to the multiple states of the molecular junctions.Our work demonstrates that a single-molecule break junction measurement can distinguish the isomers in the force-induced reaction,suggesting the great potential of single-molecule conductance measurement and unsupervised clustering approaches for structural analysis. | Jueting Zheng Wenli Gao Taige Lu Lijue Chen Luchun Lin Ruiyun Huang Yongxiang Tang Gang Dong Junyang Liu Yifei Pan Wengui Weng Wenjing Hong | 2023 | CCS Chemistry2023,5,8: | 0 |

| 6 | Multidisciplinary team for the diagnosis and treatment of 2cases of primary intestinal yolk sac tumor显示文摘Extragonadal primary yolk sac tumor of the intestinal tract origin is exceedingly rare. Through a multiple disciplinary team, the diagnosis and treatment of primary intestinal yolk sac tumor were further defined. We report 2 such cases with detailed histologic and immunohistochemical analysis. The two patients were a 7-year-old girl and a 29-year-old woman. Both of them preoperatively had an elevated serum alpha fetoprotein(AFP) level(≥ 1,210 ng/mL). The tumors are located in the intestine and imaging examination indicated the rectum as the primary site. Grossly the mass was grey-white and crisp texture. Microscopic examination featured reticular, microcystic, macrocystic, papillary, solid, and some glandular patterns. Immunohistochemically,tumor cells of both cases were positive for SALL4, AFP, pan-cytokeratin(AE1/AE3), and glypican-3. Simultaneously, a stain for EMA, OCT4, CD30, HCG, vimentin and CK20 were negative in all 2 neoplasms.
