1Geochronological,geochemical,and Nd-Hf isotopic studies of the Qinling Complex,central China:Implications for the evolutionary history of the North Qinling Orogenic Belt显示文摘The Qinling Complex of central China is thought to be the oldest rock unit and the inner core of the North Qinling Orogenic Belt(NQOB).Therefore,the Qinling Complex is the key to understanding the prePaleozoic evolution of the NQOB.The complex,which consists of metagraywackes and marbles,underwent regional amphibolite-facies metamorphism.In this study,we constrained the formation age of the Qinling Complex to the period between the late Mesoproterozoic and the early Neoproterozoic(ca.1062-962 Ma),rather than the Paleoproterozoic as previously thought.The LA-ICP-MS data show two major metamorphic ages(ca.499 and ca.420-400 Ma) for the Qinling Complex.The former age is consistent with the peak metamorphic age of the high- and ultra-high pressure(HP-UHP) rocks in the Qinling Complex,indicating that both the HP-UHP rocks and their country rocks experienced intensive regional metamorphism during the Ordovician.The latter age may constrain the time of partial melting in the NQOB between the late Silurian and early Devonian.The Qinling Complex is mostly affiliated with subduction-accretion processes along an active continental margin,and should contain detritus deposited in a forearc basin.The available data indicate that the NQOB was an independent micro-continent at least prior to the Neoproterozoic,and included a portion of the Grenville orogenic belt during the period of 1.2-0.8 Ga.The NQOB has experienced a unique geological history,which is obviously different from that of the North China Craton(NCC) and the Yangtze Craton during the Precambrian.The Neoproterozoic granitoids that intruded the Qinling Complex can be interpreted as the products of assembly of the supercontinent Rodinia.The NQOB was separated from Rodinia at ca.830-740 Ma.Subsequently,the NQOB moved closer to the northern margin of the NCC,and the initial accretion or collision with the NCC occurred from the late Cambrian to the early Ordovician.Chunrong Diwu Yong Sun Yan Zhao BingXiang Liu Shaocong Lai 2014Geoscience Frontiers2014,5,4:27
2Rational cutting height for large cutting height fully mechanized top-coal caving显示文摘Large cutting height fully mechanized top-coal caving is a new mining method that improves recovery ratio and single-pass production. It also allows safe and efficient mining. A rational cutting height is one key parameter of this technique. Numerical simulation and a granular-media model experiment were used to analyze the effect of cutting height on the rock pressure of a fully mechanized top-coal caving work face. The recovery ratio was also studied. As the cutting height increases the top-coal thickness is reduced. Changing the ratio of cutting to drawing height intensifies the face pressure and the top-coal shattering. A maximum cutting height exists under a given set of conditions due to issues with surrounding rock-mass control. An increase in cutting height makes the top-coal cave better and the recovery ratio when drawing top-coal is then improved. A method of adjusting the face rock pressure is presented. Changing the cutting to drawing height ratio is the technique used to control face rock pressure. The recovery ratio when cutting coal exceeds that when caving top-coal so the face recovery ratio may be improved by over sizing the cutting height and increasing the top-coal drawing ratio. An optimum ratio of cutting to drawing height exists that maximizes the face recovery ratio. A rational cutting height is determined by comprehensively considering the surrounding rock-mass control and the recovery ratio. 12ARRHYTHMIA INDUCED BY NICOTINE ACTIVATING CARDIAC INTRINSIC NEURONS IN CANINE ATRIAL AND VENTRICULAR GANGLIAL PLEXUS显示文摘Objective To study the arrhythmia induced by stimulation of nicotine-sensitive neurons in cardiac ganglial plexuses. Methods When nicotine (100 μg ) was injected into canine right atrial ganglial plexus (RAGP) and ganglial plexus between aorta and pulmonary artery (A-PGP) in 33 anesthetized open-chest dog, electrocardiogram, atrial force and ventricular intramyocardial pressures (IMP) were recorded. The responses were also recorded following administration of atropine or propranolol and after heart acute decentralization. Results Ventricular arrhythmia (VA) was induced by injections of nicotine into A-PGP, but not by injections of nicotine into RAGP in 13 dogs. Atrioventricilar (A-V) block was induced by nicotine activating RAGP in 10 dogs, but not by nicotine activating A-PGP. Propranolol could reduce the frequency of VA elicited by stimulating A-PGP, atropine could reduce the frequency of A-V block elicited by stimulating RAGP. After acute decentralization, VA was still induced by activation of A-PGP in 9 dogs, but A-V block elicited by stimulating RAGP was decreased. Conclusion VA is induced by stimulating N receptor in cardiac nicotine-sensitive efferent sympathetic neurons of ventricular ganglial plexus (A-PGP), and then modifying β receptor of ventricles.
