2Reinforcement Learning-Based Joint Task Offloading and Migration Schemes Optimization in Mobility-Aware MEC Network显示文摘Intelligent edge computing carries out edge devices of the Internet of things(Io T) for data collection, calculation and intelligent analysis, so as to proceed data analysis nearby and make feedback timely. Because of the mobility of mobile equipments(MEs), if MEs move among the reach of the small cell networks(SCNs), the offloaded tasks cannot be returned to MEs successfully. As a result, migration incurs additional costs. In this paper, joint task offloading and migration schemes in mobility-aware Mobile Edge Computing(MEC) network based on Reinforcement Learning(RL) are proposed to obtain the maximum system revenue. Firstly, the joint optimization problems of maximizing the total revenue of MEs are put forward, in view of the mobility-aware MEs. Secondly, considering time-varying computation tasks and resource conditions, the mixed integer non-linear programming(MINLP) problem is described as a Markov Decision Process(MDP). Then we propose a novel reinforcement learning-based optimization framework to work out the problem, instead traditional methods. 3Effects of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction drug serum on gastric antrum smooth muscle cells from rats with functional dyspepsia by regulating gastrointestinal hormones显示文摘Objective:To observe the effect and mechanism of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction(XSLJZD)drug serum on gastric antrum smooth muscle cells(SMCs)in rats with functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:Gastric antrum SMCs from rats with FD were isolated,cultured,and then divided into six groups as follows:control,model,domperidone,low-dose XSLJZD(LXSLJZD),medium-dose XSLJZD(MXSLJZD),and high-dose XSLJZD(HXSLJZD).Each group was administered the corresponding drug serum for intervention.Drug serum intervention conditions and proliferative activity of SMCs were tested by cholecystokinin octapeptide.Ghrelin,gastrin,somatostatin,and substance P(SP)levels were measured by ELISA.Somatostatin and SP mRNA expression was measured by real-time PCR.Results:A concentration of 10%drug serum for 24 h was decided to be the best intervention condition for later study.The mean optical density value in the model group was lower than that in the control group(P紏.001).Optical density values in the domperidone and HXSLJZD groups were higher than those in the model group(P?.025,P?.032,respectively).Gastrin,SP,and ghrelin levels in the model group were lower(P?.007,P?.037,P?.005,respectively),but somatostatin levels were higher,compared with those in the control group(P?.031).Gastrin,SP,and ghrelin levels in the domperidone,MXSLJZD,and HXSLJZD groups were higher than those in the model group(all P<.05).Somatostatin levels in the four drug-treated groups were lower than those in the model group(P?.002,P?.007,P?.001,P?.009,respectively).SP mRNA levels in the model group were lower than those in the control,domperidone,MXSLJZD,and HXSLJZD groups(P?.037 P?.016,P?.025,P?.002,respectively).Somatostatin mRNA levels in the model group were higher than those in the control and MXSLJZD groups(P紏.042,P紏.035).Conclusions:XSLJZD and domperidone drug serum effectively promote proliferative activity of gastric antrum SMCs in an FD model.The mechanism of this activity may be regulated by gastrointestinal hormones.Ning Dai Jinghong Hu Yan Liu Dongyu Ge Ruijuan Dong Fengzhi Wu Jiaojiao Yu Mindan Chen Deborah CMa Feng Li 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2020,7,1:6
4Quantitative features of myoelectric signals in the orbicularis oculi muscle during different motion states显示文摘Artificial facial nerve prostheses are thought to restore eye-closed function in peripheral facial paralysis patients. At present,however,there is no adequate quantitative or qualitative information regarding myoelectric signal(MES) features for healthy orbicularis oculi muscle(OOM) . The present study analyzed MES features of normal OOM in rabbits during the natural continuous eye-opening(N1) state,natural continuous eye-closing(N2) state,natural blink(N3) state,and evoked eye-closing(E) state according to time domain and frequency domain analysis. Results showed that OOM electrical activities in N1 and N2 states,as well as myoelectric amplitude,were low and stable. Nevertheless,during N3 and E states,OOM electrical activities were significantly increased and amplitude was much higher in the E state than in the N3 state. In the time domain,differences in MES peak absolute potential were not significant between N1 and N2 states. In the frequency domain,differences in power spectral density peak frequency of electromyogram signals were significant between two sets of four OOM movement states. These results suggest that OOM significantly contracts and induces eyelid-closing action. In addition,OOM is diastolic during the N1 state. A N2 state does not require continuous intensive OOM contraction. 6Stabilizing effects of atomic Ti doping on high-voltage high-nickel layered oxide cathode for lithium-ion rechargeable batteries显示文摘High-voltage high-nickel lithium layered oxide cathodes show great application prospects to meet the ever-increasing demand for further improvement of the energy density of rechargeable lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)mainly due to their high output capacity.However,severe bulk structural degradation and undesired electrode-electrolyte interface reactions seriously endanger the cycle life and safety of the battery.Here,2 mol%Ti atom is used as modified material doping into LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2O2)(NCM)to reform LiNi_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.18)Ti_(0.02)O_(2)(NCM-Ti)and address the long-standing inherent problem.At a high cut-off voltage of 4.5 V,NCM-Ti delivers a higher capacity retention ratio(91.8%vs.82.9%)after 150 cycles and a superior rate capacity(118 vs.105 mAh·g^(-1))at the high current density of 10 C than the pristine NCM.The designed high-voltage full battery with graphite as anode and NCM-Ti as cathode also exhibits high energy density(240 Wh·kg^(-1))and excellent electrochemical performance.The superior electrochemical behavior can be attributed to the improved stability of the bulk structure and the electrode-electrolyte interface owing to the strong Ti-O bond and no unpaired electrons.The in-situ X-ray diffraction analysis demonstrates that Ti-doping inhibits the undesired H2-H3 phase transition,minimizing the mechanical degradation.The ex-situ TEM and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy reveal that Ti-doping suppresses the release of interfacial oxygen,reducing undesired interfacial reactions.This work provides a valuable strategic guideline for the application of high-voltage high-nickel cathodes in LIBs.Yong Cheng Yan Sun Changting Chu Limin Chang Zhaomin Wang Dongyu Zhang Wanqiang Liu Zechao Zhuang Limin Wang 2022Nano Research2022,15,5:5

9Aggregation-induced emission luminogen-assisted stimulated emission depletion nanoscopy for super-resolution mitochondrial visualization in live cells显示文摘Aggregation-induced emission luminogens (AIEgens) are fluorescent agents thatare ideal for bioimaging and have been widely used for organeUe targeting, cellularmapping, and tracing. Owing to their promising characteristics, AIEgen-basednanoparticles have recently been used for the stimulated emission depletion(STED) super-resolution imaging of fixed cells. In the present study, and for thefirst time, we used an AIEgen for dynamic STED nanoscopic imaging of a specificorganelle in live cancer cells. TPA-T-CyP is a synthetic red&NIR-emittingluminogen with AIE features that can spontaneously and specifically aggregateon mitochondria without the need for encapsulation or surface modification.The STED efficiency of aggregated TPA-T-CyP can reach more than 80%, andsuper-resolution imaging of TPA-T-CyP-stained mitochondria in live HeLa cellsis possible, with a lateral spatial resolution of 74 nm. 10Very-High Color Rendering Index Hybrid White Organic Light-Emitting Diodes with Double Emitting Nanolayers显示文摘A very-high color rendering index white organic light-emitting diode(WOLED) based on a simple structure was successfully fabricated. The optimized device exhibits a maximum total efficiency of 13.1 and 5.4 lm/W at 1,000 cd/m2. A peak color rendering index of 90 and a relatively stable color during a wide range of luminance were obtained. 11Ultracompact dual-mode waveguide crossing based on subwavelength multimode-interference couplers显示文摘We propose and experimentally demonstrate a novel ultracompact dual-mode waveguide crossing based on subwavelength multimode-interference couplers for a densely integrated on-chip mode-division multiplexing system.By engineering the lateral-cladding material index and manipulating phase profiles of light at the nanoscale using an improved inverse design method, a subwavelength structure could theoretically realize the identical beat length for both TE_0 and TE1, which can reduce the scale of the device greatly. The fabricated device occupied a footprint of only 4.8 μm× 4.8 μm. The measured insertion losses and crosstalks were less than 0.6 d B and-24 d B from 1530 nm to 1590 nm for both TE0 and TE1 modes, respectively. 12Epidemiological Characteristics of Plague in the Meriones unguiculatus Plague Focus--Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,China,1950−2019显示文摘From 1950 to 2019,a total of 267 plague cases in humans were reported in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region with 133 deaths and 10,710 Yersinia pestis isolates;21 of these cases were reported from the Meriones unguiculatus(M.unguiculatus)plague focus with 6 deaths and 6,771 isolates.According to the plague situation in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the implementation of local preventive measures,the prevalence of plague in humans in the M.unguiculatus plague focus of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region could be divided into four stages.The first stage was the initial stage of plague prevention and control(1950–1959),with 0.80 cases annually and a case fatality rate of 37.50%.The second stage was the plague eradication stage(1960–1979),with 0.15 cases annually and a case fatality rate of 33.33%.The third stage was the plague surveillance stage(1980-1999),with 0.25 cases annually and a case fatality rate of 20.00%.The fourth stage is the comprehensive prevention and control stage under the emergency system(2000-2019),with 0.25 cases annually and a case fatality rate of 20.00%.The surveillance of rodent density(1981-2019)and studies on plague-related factors among M.unguiculatus have shown that the higher the M.unguiculatus density,the higher the nocturnal rodent capture rate(r=0.670,p<0.05)and the higher the indirect hemagglutination assay(IHA)positive rate of M.unguiculatus(r=0.344,p<0.05);the higher the percentage of hosts infected,the lower the M.unguiculatus density(r=-0.361,p<0.05)and the lower the IHA positive rate of M.unguiculatus(r=-0.337,p<0.05);the higher the percentage of nests infected with fleas,the lower the IHA positive rate of M.unguiculatus(r=-0.348,p<0.05).Together,these results suggest that it is necessary to simultaneously monitor the pathogens,serology,and vector index of M.unguiculatus to accurately reflect the plague prevalence among local animals.Although bubonic plague is the main plague type of the M.unguiculatus plague focus,severe pneumonic plague or septic plague may be secondary when the bubonic plague is misdiagnosed or not treated in time.In addition,the plague in animals is relatively virulent in the M.unguiculatus plague focus,and the risk of spreading to humans is higher.For plague in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,comprehensive control efforts should be aimed at the M.unguiculatus focus,covering host animals,vector insects,and humans.Boxi Liu Dayu Zhang Yuhuang Chen Zhaokai He Jun Liu Dongyue Lyu Weiwei Wu Ran Duan Shuai Qin Junrong Liang Huaiqi Jing Xin Wang 2020China CDC weekly2020,2,49:3
13Artificial facial nerve reflex restores eyelid closure following orbicularis oculi muscle denervation显示文摘To date,treatment of peripheral facial paralysis has focused on preservation of facial nerve integrity.However,with seriously damaged facial nerve cases,it is difficult to recover anatomical and functional integrity using present therapies.Therefore,the present study utilized artificial facial nerve reflex to obtain orbicularis oculi muscle(OOM) electromyography signals on the uninjured side through the use of implanted recording electrodes.The implanted electrical chips analyzed facial muscle motion on the uninjured side and triggered an electrical stimulator to emit current pulses,which resulted in stimulation of injured OOM contraction and maintained bilateral symmetry and consistency.Following signal recognition,extraction,and computer analysis,electromyography signals in the uninjured OOM resulted in complete eyelid closure,which was consistent with the voltage threshold for eye closure.These findings suggested that artificial facial nerve reflex through the use of implanted microelectronics in unilateral peripheral facial paralysis could restore eyelid closure following orbicularis oculi muscle denervation.Yujuan Wang Keyong Li Jingquan Liu Dongyue Xu Yuefeng Rui Chunsheng Yang 2010Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,22:3

15The Characteristics of the Drug Composition in the Treatment of Insomnia by External Bath Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine显示文摘[Objectives]The research aimed to carry out a retrospective analysis on the characteristics of the drug composition in the treatment of insomnia by external bath prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,to provide ideas for the research and development of new Chinese medicine for insomnia.[Methods]The external bath prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine related to insomnia were collected,and the appearance frequency of drug was analyzed,and statistical analysis of drug with high appearance frequency was conducted.[Results]In the external bath prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine related to insomnia,the top ten herbs with high appearance frequency were as follows:Chaozaoren,Drgonsbones,Margaritifera,Yejiaoteng,Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus,Lilii Bulbus,Platycladi Semen,Poria,Coptidis Rhizoma,and Scutellariae Radix.According to the classification by efficacy,these herbs mostly have the effects of calming,nourishing and heat clearing.[Conclusions]Traditional Chinese medicine is most closely related to heart,kidney,liver and other viscera.Tranquilizing and sedative drugs should be chosen,which corresponds with the understanding on pathogenesis of insomnia in traditional Chinese medical science,and embodies the characteristics of external bath prescription of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of insomnia.Xiong CHEN Xi WANG Lizhu LIU Dongyu XIA Gang LI Chunqi AI 2020Medicinal Plant2020,11,4:2
16Random seismic noise attenuation by learning-type overcomplete dictionary based on K-singular value decomposition algorithm显示文摘The transformation of basic functions is one of the most commonly used techniques for seismic denoising,which employs sparse representation of seismic data in the transform domain. The choice of transform base functions has an influence on denoising results. We propose a learning-type overcomplete dictionary based on the K-singular value decomposition( K-SVD) algorithm. To construct the dictionary and use it for random seismic noise attenuation,we replace fixed transform base functions with an overcomplete redundancy function library. Owing to the adaptability to data characteristics,the learning-type dictionary describes essential data characteristics much better than conventional denoising methods. The sparsest representation of signals is obtained by the learning and training of seismic data. By comparing the same seismic data obtained using the learning-type overcomplete dictionary based on K-SVD and the data obtained using other denoising methods,we find that the learning-type overcomplete dictionary based on the K-SVD algorithm represents the seismic data more sparsely,effectively suppressing the random noise and improving the signal-to-noise ratio.XU Dexin HAN Liguo LIU Dongyu WEI Yajie 2016Global Geology2016,19,1:2
17Origin of the springtime South China Sea Warm Current in the southwestern Taiwan Strait: Evidence from seawater oxygen isotope显示文摘Oxygen isotope(δ^18O)of seawater is an excellent proxy for tracing the origins of water masses and their mixing processes.Combining with hydrographic observation,hybrid coordinate ocean model(HYCOM)analysis data,and seawater oxygen isotope,we investigated the source of the South China Sea Warm Current(SCSWC)in the southwestern Taiwan Strait and its underlying mechanism.Results show that the Kuroshio subsurface water(KSSW)can intrude the continental slope in the southwestern Taiwan Strait,and thereby climb up the continental slope coupled with upwelling.Theδ^18O-salinity relationship further indicates that in spring,the SCSWC in the southwestern Taiwan Strait originates from the upslope deflection of the slope current formed by the KSSW intrusion into the South China Sea,rather than from the west segment of the SCSWC formed to the east of Hainan Island.In addition,the southward flowing Zhe-Min Coastal Current(ZMCC)can reach as far as the Taiwan Bank(TB)and deflects offshore over the western TB at approximately 23.5°N,to some extent affecting the SCSWC.Moreover,this study reveals that seawaterδ^18O is exquisitely sensitive to the determination of the origin and transport of water masses as compared with traditional potential temperature-salinity plot(θ-S)and HYCOM analysis data.In addition,their coupling can more reliably interpret the mixing processes of shelf water masses.Dongyu CHEN Ergang LIAN Yeqiang SHU Shouye YANG Yalong LI Chao LI Pengfei LIU Ni SU 2020Science China Earth Sciences2020,63,10:2
18Online Decision-Making and Control of Power System Stability Based on Super-Real-Time Simulation显示文摘During power grid cascading failure,the operating point changes frequently,resulting in a mismatch or inaccuracy of online pre-decision making emergency control strategy.To solve this problem,an online power system stability decisionmaking and control method based on super-real-time simulation is presented in this paper.A decision-making and control system is developed in which the three main operation modes,offline pre-decision-making,online pre-decision-making,and real-time control,are all coordinated.To verify the method,ADPSS(advanced digital power system simulator)is used to simulate a digital power grid with about 20,000 buses.The closed-loop operation of the digital power grid and the online decisionmaking and control system are implemented.Test results show that when online pre-decision making control strategies are mismatched,aided real-time control works well and can prevent power grid stability loss.Fang Tian Xing Zhang Zhihong Yu Weijiang Qiu Dongyu Shi Jian Qiu Min Liu Yalou Li Xiaoxin Zhou 2016CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2016,2,1:2
19Clinical Observation of Huatanjieyu Granule in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression显示文摘[Objectives]To observe the clinical effect of Huatanjieyu granule on patients with post-stroke depression.[Methods]Total 76 patients with confirmed post-stroke depression were randomly divided into two groups(treatment group and control group)according to the double-blind principle.The treatment group(38 cases)was treated with Huatanjieyu granule combined with escitalopram,and the control group(38 cases)was treated with escitalopram alone.The course of treatment was 6 weeks.Through clinical efficacy,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)scores were compared,and blood,liver function,renal function and electrocardiogram were examined.[Results]The scores of HAMD and TESS in patients with post-stroke depression were significantly decreased by Huatanjieyu granule,and there were no obvious side effects.The total effective rate was 92.1%in the treatment group and 76.3%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).[Conclusions]Huatanjieyu granule was effective in the treatment of post-stroke depression with little side effects and was easy to be accepted by patients.Xi WANG Chunqi AI Lizhu LIU Dongyu XIA Qin GONG 2020Medicinal Plant2020,11,3:2
20The effect of spacer in hybrid white organic light emitting diodes显示文摘Two kinds of highly efficient,bright hybrid white organic light emitting diodes have been fabricated by utilizing ambipolar material 4,4-N,N-dicarbazolebiphenyl(CBP)and unipolar material N,N0-di(naphthalene-1-yl)-N,N0-diphenyl-benzidine(NPB)as the spacer,respectively.By adjusting the thickness of spacers together with effectively utilizing combinations of exciton-harnessed orangephosphorescence/blue-fluorescence,the current efficiency of optimal device with CBP spacer and device with NPB spacer are 31.0 and 38.9 cd/A,the maximum power efficiency are 23.9 and 29.1 lm/W,the maximum brightness are 87,249 and 75,501 cd/m2,and the Commission Internationale de l’Eclairage(CIE)coordinates are(0.42,0.43)and(0.47,0.44)at a voltage of 11 V,respectively.Furthermore,systematic investigations focused on the effects of spacers on device performance have been performed.By virtue of the multifunctional spacer,energy transfer between the phosphorescent and fluorescent emitters can be avoided while the carriers still can pass through this spacer bridge,which is important to realize such high device performance.In addition,a novel concept that both ambipolar materials and unipolar materials can be the promising candidates for spacers has been proposed if the thickness of spacers with high triplet energy is optimized.Baiquan Liu Miao Xu Hong Tao Yueju Su Dongyu Gao Jianhua Zou Linfeng Lan Junbiao Peng 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,25:2
