1Melamine-assisted pyrolytic synthesis of bifunctional cobalt-based core–shell electrocatalysts for rechargeable zinc–air batteries显示文摘Designing a highly active-and stable non-noble metal bifunctional oxygen catalyst for rechargeable Znair battery remains a great challenge. Herein, we develop a facile and melamine-assisted-pyrolysis(MAP)strategy for the synthesis of core–shell Co-based electrocatalysts@N-doped carbon nanotubes(Co@CNTs)derived from metal–organic frameworks. The Co@CNTs exhibited excellent bifunctional electrocatalytic performance for both oxygen evolution and reduction. DFT calculations demonstrated that the Gibbs free energy of the rate-determining step was small enough to improve ORR activities. As a result, a Zn-air battery assembled with Co@CNTs proves a lager power density, low voltage gap between charge–discharge and excellent stability. 4Effect of Different Combined Treatments on Tomato Seedling Growth in High-temperature Season显示文摘The study on raising of strong tomato seedlings in high-temperature season is of great practical significance,because high-temperature condition in summer and autumn causes excessive growth of tomato seedlings easily. ‘Fenniya'variety was selected as an experimental material,an orthogonal experiment was designed with rhizospheric temperature( A),light intensity( B) and nutrient salt concentration( C) as three factors which were designed with three levels,so as to study the effects of different treatments on root activity,strong seedling index,hypocotyl length and average internode length. The results showed that the most important factor for tomato seedling's root activity,hypocotyl length and internode length was nutrient salt concentration. In terms of effect on seedling index,substrate temperature should be reduced properly,to avoid excessive shading. It was primarily determined that the effects of three factors on the raising of strong tomato seedlings ranked as factor C,factor B and factor A from high to low; and the screened optimal seedling raising conditions were the rhizospheric temperature at( 3 + 1)℃,the shading rate of( 50 + 5) % and the EC value of( 5. 0 + 0. 5) mS/cm.Caixia MA Ke LIU Yiming ZHANG Jiqing WANG 2018Agricultural Biotechnology2018,7,3:2

6Sulforaphane attenuates dextran sodium sulphate induced intestinal inflammation via IL-10/STAT3 signaling mediated macrophage phenotype switching显示文摘Innate immunity,particularly macrophages,is critical for intestinal homeostasis.Sulforaphane,a dietary isothiocyanate from cruciferous vegetables,has been reported to protect against intestinal inflammation.However,the role of macrophages in sulforaphane mediated intestinal inflammation and the underlying molecular mechanisms have not been studied yet.In this study,sulforaphane effectively attenuated dextran sodium sulphate(DSS)induced intestinal inflammation in murine model.Of note,sulforaphane skewed the switching from classically(M1)to alternatively(M2)activated phenotype both in intestinal and bone marrow-derived macrophages(BMDMs).The expression levels of M1 associated maker genes induced by DSS or lipopolysaccharide(LPS)plus interferon gamma-γ(IFN-γ)were suppressed by sulforaphane while M2 marker gene expression levels were improved.This resulted in alteration of inflammatory mediators,particularly interleukin-10(IL-10),both in colon tissues and culture medium of BMDMs.Subsequently,IL-10 was found to mediate the sulforaphane induced M2 phenotype switching of BMDMs through the activation of STAT3 signaling.This was confirmed by immunofluorescence analysis with increased number of p-STAT3-positive cells in the colon sections.Moreover,anti-IL-10 neutralizing antibody significantly interfered M2 phenotyping of BMDMs induced by sulforaphane with reduced STAT3 phosphorylation.Findings here introduced a potential utilization of sulforaphane for intestinal inflammation treatment with macrophages as the therapeutic targets.Yuyang Sun Jiqing Tang Cui Li Jun Liu Haijie Liu 2022Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,1:2

11Energetic electron detection packages on board Chinese navigation satellites in MEO显示文摘Energetic electron measurements and spacecraft charging are of great significance for theoretical research in space physics and space weather applications.In this paper,the energetic electron detection package(EEDP)deployed on three Chinese navigation satellites in medium Earth orbit(MEO)is reviewed.The instrument was developed by the space science payload team led by Peking University.The EEDP includes a pinhole medium-energy electron spectrometer(MES),a high-energy electron detector(HED)based onΔE-E telescope technology,and a deep dielectric charging monitor(DDCM).The MES measures the energy spectra of 50−600 keV electrons from nine directions with a 180°×30°field of view(FOV).The HED measures the energy spectrum of 0.5−3.0 MeV electrons from one direction with a 30°cone-angle FOV.The ground test and calibration results indicate that these three sensors exhibit excellent performance.Preliminary observations show that the electron spectra measured by the MES and HED are in good agreement with the results from the magnetic electron-ion spectrometer(MagEIS)of the Van Allen Probes spacecraft,with an average relative deviation of 27.3%for the energy spectra.The charging currents and voltages measured by the DDCM during storms are consistent with the highenergy electron observations of the HED,demonstrating the effectiveness of the DDCM.The observations of the EEDP on board the three MEO satellites can provide important support for theoretical research on the radiation belts and the applications related to space weather.YuGuang Ye Hong Zou Qiu-Gang Zong HongFei Chen JiQing Zou WeiHong Shi XiangQian Yu WeiYing Zhong YongFu Wang YiXin Hao ZhiYang Liu XiangHong Jia Bo Wang XiaoPing Yang XiaoYun Hao 2021Earth and Planetary Physics2021,5,2:1

15Self-Navigated 3D Acoustic Tweezers in Complex Media Based on Time Reversal显示文摘Acoustic tweezers have great application prospects because they allow noncontact and noninvasive manipulation of microparticles in a wide range of media.However,the nontransparency and heterogeneity of media in practical applications complicate particle trapping and manipulation.In this study,we designed a 1.04 MHz 256-element 2D matrix array for 3D acoustic tweezers to guide and monitor the entire process using real-time 3D ultrasonic images,thereby enabling acoustic manipulation in nontransparent media.Furthermore,we successfully performed dynamic 3D manipulations on multiple microparticles using multifoci and vortex traps.We achieved 3D particle manipulation in heterogeneous media(through resin baffle and ex vivo macaque and human skulls)by introducing a method based on the time reversal principle to correct the phase and amplitude distortions of the acoustic waves.Our results suggest cutting-edge applications of acoustic tweezers such as acoustical drug delivery,controlled micromachine transfer,and precise treatment.Ye Yang Teng Ma Sinan Li Qi Zhang Jiqing Huang Yifei Liu Jianwei Zhuang Yongchuan Li Xuemin Du Lili Niu Yang Xiao Congzhi Wang Feiyan Cai Hairong Zheng 2021Research2021,,1:1
