| 2 | Bi-level Coordinated Planning of Active Distribution Network Considering Demand Response Resources and Severely Restricted Scenarios显示文摘Due to the uncertainty and fluctuation of distributed generation(DG)and load,the operation of active distribution network(ADN)is affected by multi-dimension factors which are described by massive operation scenarios.Efficient and accurate screening of severely restricted scenarios(SRSs)has become a new challenge in ADN planning.In this paper,a novel bi-level coordinated planning model which combines the short-time-scale operation problem with the long-time-scale planning problem is proposed.At the upper level,the demand response(DR)resource,an effective non-component planning resource characterized by low capacity price,high energy price,and short contract term,is co-optimized with the configuration of lines and energy storage systems(ESSs)to achieve the economic trade-off between the investment cost and the operation cost under SRSs.At the lower level,with the planning scheme obtained from the upper level,massive operation problems are optimized to minimize the daily operation cost;and the SRSs are provided to the upper level through a shadow-price-based scenario screening method,which simulates the planning information(i.e.,the restricted degrees of operation scenarios)feedback process from ADN operators to ADN planners.Case studies on a 62-node distribution system in Jianshan New District,Zhejiang Province,China,illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed bi-level coordinated planning model considering DR resources and SRSs. | Huang Yixin Lin Zhenzhi Liu Xinyi Yang Li Dan Yangqing Zhu Yanwei Ding Yi Wang Qin | 2021 | Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2021,9,5: | 3 |
| 3 | Longitudinal virological changes and underlying pathogenesis in hospitalized COVID-19 patients in Guangzhou,China显示文摘Prolonged viral RNA shedding and recurrence of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)in coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)patients have been reported.However,the clinical outcome and pathogenesis remain unclear.In this study,we recruited 43 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 patients.We found that prolonged viral RNA shedding or recurrence mainly occurred in severe/critical patients(P<0.05).The average viral shedding time in severe/critical patients was more than 50 days,and up to 100 days in some patients,after symptom onset.However,chest computed tomography gradually improved and complete absorption occurred when SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR was still positive,but specific antibodies appeared.Furthermore,the viral shedding time significantly decreased when the A1,430G or C12,473T mutation occurred(P<0.01 and FDR<0.01)and increased when G227A occurred(P<0.05 and FDR<0.05).High IL1R1,IL1R2,and TNFRSF21 expression in the host positively correlated with viral shedding time(P<0.05 and false discovery rate<0.05).Prolonged viral RNA shedding often occurs but may not increase disease damage.Prolonged viral RNA shedding is associated with viral mutations and host factors. | Zhengtu Li Yinhu Li Ruilin Sun Shaoqiang Li Lingdan Chen Yangqing Zhan Mingzhou Xie Jiasheng Yang Yanqun Wang Airu Zhu Guoping Gu Le Yu Shuaicheng Li Tingting Liu Zhaoming Chen Wenhua Jian Qian Jiang Xiaofen Su Weili Gu Liyan Chen Jing Cheng Jincun Zhao Wenju Lu Jinping Zheng Shiyue Li Nanshan Zhong Feng Ye | 2021 | Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,12: | 1 |

| 7 | Rapid construction of highly-dispersed cobalt nanoclusters embedded in hollow cubic carbon walls as an effective polysulfide promoter in high-energy lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘The ultrahigh specific energy density and low cost of lithium-sulfur batteries are suitable for the next generation of energy storage.However,the shuttle issue and sluggish conversion kinetics of polysulfides remain unsolved.Confining metal nanoclusters with strong polarity in conductive porous carbon is an effective strategy for tackling such knotty issues.Herein,we design and synthesize hollow cubic carbon embedded with highly dispersed cobalt nanoclusters as an effective sulfur reservoir for lithium sulfur batteries.The large cavity structure and well-dispersed cobalt nanoclusters,with uniform sizes near 11 nm,enable the hosting structure to hold the high sulfur loading,70%capacity retention after 500 cycles at 2 C with a high sulfur loading of 6.5 mg·cm^(−2),effective stress release,accelerated polysulfide conversion,superior rate performance,strong physical confinement and chemical absorption capability.Further density functional theoretical calculations demonstrate that the welldispersed cobalt nanoclusters in the hosting structure play a critical electrocatalytic role in boosting the capability of absorbing and converting polysulfides. | Lin Sun Yanxiu Liu Kaiqiang Zhang Feng Cheng Ruiyu Jiang Yangqing Liu Jing Zhu Zhong Jin Huan Pang | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,6: | 0 |
| 8 | PRPF19 promotes tongue cancer growth and chemoradiotherapy resistance显示文摘Pre-mRNA processing factor 19(PRPF19)is a multifaceted protein and participates in DNA damage response and pre-mRNA processing.The role of PRPF19 in cancer is unclear.Here,we report that the expression of PRPF19 in human tongue cancer is associated with unfavorable prognosis.Overexpression of PRPF19 promotes while knockdown of PRPF19 inhibits tongue cancer cell migration,proliferation,and tumor growth.Overexpression of PRPF19 increases the resistance of tongue cancer cells to radiation and cisplatin treatment.Furthermore,PRPF19 regulates the expression of solute carrier family 40 member 1(SLC40A1)and mono-ADP ribosylhydrolase 2(MACROD2),knockdown of SLC40A1 or MACROD2 decreases the sensitivity of tongue cancer cells to radiation and cisplatin treatment.Thus,our results establish a key role of PRPF19 in tongue cancer growth and chemoradiotherapy resistance,targeting PRPF19 would be an effective therapeutic strategy for tongue cancer,especially for those resistant to chemoradiotherapy. | Yihong He Changhao Huang Kaimei Cai Pei Liu Xueyan Chen Yi Xu Zhengnan Ming Qingqing Liu Qiongxuan Xie Xue Xia Yangqing Sun Junli Luo Rui Wei | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,7: | 0 |
