| 1 | The long non-coding RNA expression profile of Coxsackievirus A16 infected RD cells identified by RNA-seq显示文摘Coxsackievirus A16(CVA16) is one of major pathogens of hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD) in children. Long non-coding RNAs(Inc RNAs) have been implicated in various biological processes, but they have not been associated with CVA16 infection. In this study, we comprehensively characterized the landscape of Inc RNAs of normal and CVA16 infected rhabdomyosarcoma(RD)cells using RNA-Seq to investigate the functional relevance of Inc RNAs. We showed that a total of 760 Inc RNAs were upregulated and 1210 Inc RNAs were downregulated. Out of these dysregulated Inc RNAs, 43.64% were intergenic, 22.31% were sense, 15.89% were intronic, 8.67% were bidirectional, 5.59% were antisense, 3.85% were s RNA host Inc RNAs and 0.05% were enhancer. Six dysregulated Inc RNAs were validated by quantitative PCR assays and the secondary structures of these Inc RNAs were projected. Moreover, we conducted a bioinformatics analysis of an Inc RNAs(ENST00000602478) to elucidate the diversity of modification and functions of Inc RNAs. In summary, the current study compared the dysregulated Inc RNAs profile upon CVA16 challenge and illustrated the intricate relationship between coding and Inc RNAs transcripts. These results may not only provide a complete picture of transcription in CVA16 infected cells but also provide novel molecular targets for treatments of HFMD. | Yingying Shi Huilin Tu Xiong Chen Yingying Zhang Liujun Chen Zhongchun Liu Jiqun Sheng Song Han Jun Yin Biwen Peng Xiaohua He Wanhong Liu | 2016 | Virologica Sinica2016,31,2: | 4 |
| 2 | Preemptive analgesia with butorphanol in psychotic patients following modified electroconvulsive therapy A randomized controlled trial显示文摘BACKGROUND: Preemptive analgesia involves introducing an analgesic prior to the onset of pain stimulation to prevent sensitizing the nervous system to subsequent stimuli that could amplify pain. OBJECTIVE: To treat psychiatric patients with intravenous (i.v.) injection of butorphanol prior to modified electroconvulsive therapy, and to observe its effect on alleviating myalgia after treatment and adverse reactions. DESIGN: A randomized controlled observation. SETTING: Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University. PARTICIPANTS: A total of 120 psychiatric patients, who accepted modified electroconvulsive therapy, were selected from the Mental Health Center of Wuhan University from June to September in 2006. All patients corresponded to the Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria of Mental Disorders, and those with diseases of heart, liver, lung and kidney, glaucoma, intracranial hypertension, hyperthyreosis, and hyperkalemia were excluded. The patients were randomly divided into a control group (n = 60) and treatment group (n = 60). In the control group, there were 42 males and 18 females, aged 17-50 years, with a mean age of (34 ± 11) years. The patients weighed 50-70 kg, with a mean body mass of (63 ± 18) kg. In the treatment group, there were 40 males and 20 females, aged 20-54 years, with a mean age of (36 ± 13) years. The patients weighed 48-72 kg, with a mean body mass of (64 ± 16) kg. Approval was obtained from the Hospital's Ethics Committee. Informed consents were obtained from the patients' relatives. A SPECTRUM5000Q multifunctional mobile electroconvulsive therapy apparatus (CORPERATION, USA) was used. METHODS: ① Treatments: In the control group, the patients were anesthetized by i.v. injection of propofol (AstraZeneca, Italy, No.CN309) containing 0.075% efedrina, and then modified electroconvulsive therapy was performed. Circulation, respiration, and firing of brain electrical activity were continuously monitored. In the treatment group, the patients were i.v. injected with 1 mg of butorphanol tartrate parenteral solution (Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine Co., Ltd., No.05100732) 5 minutes prior to anesthesia; the remaining treatments were the same as in the control group. ② Evaluations: myalgia conditions were assessed 6 hours after the patients opened their eyes. The patients were evaluated by a visual analogue scale and Ramsay sedation scale immediately, and at 3 minutes and 6 hours after they opened their eyes. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ① Conditions of myalgia. ② Scores of visual analogue scale and Ramsay sedation scale. RESULTS: All 120 psychiatric patients were involved in the final analysis. ① Conditions of myalgia: 6 hours after modified electroconvulsive therapy, 22 patients in the control group and 1 patient in the treatment group complained of myalgia, which resulted in a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). ② Scores of visual analogue scale and Ramsay sedation scale: the scores of visual analogue scale at 30 minutes and 6 hours after opening eyes were significantly lower in the treatment group than the control group (P < 0.05), and the scores of Ramsay sedation scale were not significantly different between the two groups (P > 0.05). CONCLUSION: Preemptive analgesia by butorphanol can effectively alleviate modified electroconvulsive therapy-induced myalgia, without adverse reactions. | Lingxi WU Handong ZOU Qingshan Zhou Zhongchun Liu Bangchang Cheng | 2008 | Neural Regeneration Research2008,3,1: | 2 |

| 14 | Controlling factors of remaining oil distribution after water flooding and enhanced oil recovery methods for fracturecavity carbonate reservoirs in Tahe Oilfield显示文摘Based on comprehensive analysis of core, well logging, seismic and production data, the multi-scale reservoir space, reservoir types, spatial shape and distribution of fractures and caves, and the configuration relationship with production wells in fracture-cavity carbonate reservoirs were studied systematically, the influence of them on the distribution of residual oil was analyzed, and the main controlling factors mode of residual oil distribution after water flooding was established. Enhanced oil recovery methods were studied considering the development practice of Tahe oilfield. Research shows that the main controlling factors of residual oil distribution after water flooding in fracture-cavity carbonate reservoirs can be classified into four categories: local high point, insufficient well control, flow channel shielding and weak hydrodynamic. It is a systematic project to improve oil recovery in fracture-cavity carbonate reservoirs. In the stage of natural depletion, production should be well regulated to prevent bottom water channeling. In the early stage of waterflooding, injection-production relationship should be constructed according to reservoir type, connectivity and spatial location to enhance control and producing degree of waterflooding and minimize remaining oil. In the middle and late stage, according to the main controlling factors and distribution characteristics of remaining oil after water flooding, remaining oil should be tapped precisely by making use of gravity differentiation and capillary force imbibition, enhancing well control, disturbing the flow field and so on. Meanwhile, backup technologies of reservoir stimulation, new injection media, intelligent optimization etc. should be developed, smooth shift from water injection to gas injection should be ensured to maximize oil recovery. | ZHENG Songqing YANG Min KANG Zhijiang LIU Zhongchun LONG Xibin LIU Kunyan LI Xiaobo ZHANG Shiliang | 2019 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2019,46,4: | 0 |
