| 1 | Ni-Co/Mg-Al catalyst derived from hydrotalcite-like compound prepared by plasma for dry reforming of methane显示文摘Ni-Co bimetallic catalysts with different Ni/Co content were derived from cold plasma jet decomposition and reduction of hydrotalcite-like compounds containing Ni,Co,Mg and Al,and their catalytic performance was investigated with dry reforming of methane.Experimental results showed that the hydrotalcite-like precursors could be completely decomposed and partly reduced by cold plasma jet,and the Nicontained catalysts exhibited much higher activity than the catalyst without Ni.Especially,the catalyst with Ni/Co ratio of 8/2 achieved not only the highest conversions of 80.3%and 69.3%for CH4 and CO2,respectively,but also the best stability in 100 h testing.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,XPS,TEM and N2 adsorption techniques,and the results showed that the better performance of the 8Ni2Co bimetallic catalyst was attributed to its higher metal dispersion,smaller metal particle size,as well as the interaction effect between Ni and Co,which were brought by the special catalyst preparation method. | Huali Long Yan Xu Xiaoqing Zhang Shijing Hu Shuyong Shang Yongxiang Yin Xiaoyan Dai | 2013 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2013,22,5: | 8 |
| 2 | Ni/MgO catalyst prepared using atmospheric high-frequency discharge plasma for CO_2 reforming of methane显示文摘A new type of Ni/MgO catalyst was prepared using atmospheric high-frequency discharge cold plasma. The influences of conventional method, plasma method, and plasma plus calcination method on the catalytic activity were studied and the CO2 reforming of methane was chosen as the probe reaction. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and CO2 temperature-programmed surface reaction techniques. The results suggested that the nickel-based catalyst prepared by plasma plus calcination method possessed a smaller particle size and a higher dispersion of active component, better low-temperature activity and enhanced anti-coking ability. | 3 | Identification and characterization of human neuronal voltage-gated calcium channel gamma 3 subunit gene显示文摘By homologous expressed sequence tag (EST) searching, one EST (GenBank: W29095) was obtained, which shows 75% identity in 435 bp overlap with the coding sequence of mouse Cacng2 gene. A 1 545 bp cDNA fragment was obtained from the nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and rapid applification of cDNA end (RACE) reaction in the human brain prefrontal cortex cDNA library and the human brain Ready cDNA with the primers designed on W29095. The fragment contained a 948-bp open reading frame (ORF) encoding 315 amino acids, and was named CACNG3. As it was identical to a BAC clone (GenBank: AC004125) from chromosome 16p12-p13.1, the CACNG3 gene was mapped to human chromosome 16p12-p13.1, and the coding region was composed of 4 exons. Reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) analysis showed that the CACNG3 gene expressed in human adult brain and fetal brain. | 4 | KNEMAG:Key Node Estimation Mechanism Based on Attack Graph for IoT Security显示文摘With the rapid development and widespread application of the IoT,the at-tacks against IoT vulnerabilities have become more complex and diverse.Most of the previous research focused on node vulnerability and its risk analysis.There is little information available about the importance of the location of the node in the system.Therefore,an estimation mechanism is proposed to assess the key node of the IoT system.The estimation of the key node includes two parts:one is the utilization relationship between nodes,and the other is the impact on the system after the node is conquered.We use the node importance value and the node risk value to quantify these two parts.First,the node importance value is calculated by considering the attack path that pass through the node and the probability that the attacker will abandon the attack.Second,in addition to node vulnerabilities and the consequences of being attacked,two quantitative indicators are proposed to comprehensively assess the impact of nodes on the system security,and the node risk value is calculated based on the grey correlation analysis method.Third,the key node in the IoT system could be obtained by integrating the node importance value and risk value.Finally,the simulation experiment result shows that the presented method could find the key node of the system quickly and accurately. | Bichen Che Long Liu Huali Zhang | 2020 | Journal on Internet of Things2020,2,4: | 1 |
| 5 | Targeted trace ingredients coupled with chemometric analysis for consistency evaluation of Panax notoginseng saponins injectable formulations显示文摘Evaluating the consistency of herb injectable formulations could improve their product quality and clinical safety,particularly concerning the composition and content levels of trace ingredients.Panax notoginseng Saponins Injection(PNSI),widely used in China for treating acute cardiovascular diseases,contains low-abundance(10%-25%)and trace saponins in addition to its five main constituents(notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rb1,and ginsenoside Rd).This study aimed to establish a robust analytical method and assess the variability in trace saponin levels within PNSI from different vendors and formulation types.To achieve this,a liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)method employing multiple ions monitoring(MIM)was developed.A“post-column valve switching”strategy was implemented to eliminate highly abundant peaks(NR_(1),Rg_(1),and Re)at 26 min.A total of 51 saponins in PNSI were quantified or relatively quantified using 18 saponin standards,with digoxin as the internal standard.This study evaluated 119 batches of PNSI from seven vendors,revealing significant variability in trace saponin levels among different vendors and formulation types.These findings highlight the importance of consistent content in low-abundance and trace saponins to ensure product control and clinical safety.Standardization of these ingredients is crucial for maintaining the quality and effectiveness of PNSI in treating acute cardiovascular diseases. | ZHANG Jingxian ZHANG Zijia WANG Zhaojun ZHANG Tengqian ZHOU Yang CHEN Ming HUANG Zhanwen HE Qingqing LONG Huali HOU Jinjun WU Wanying GUO Dean | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2023,21,8: | 0 |
