1Recent Progress in Dual-Polarization Radar Research and Applications in China显示文摘Dual-polarization(dual-pol)radar can measure additional parameters that provide more microphysical information of precipitation systems than those provided by conventional Doppler radar.The dual-pol parameters have been successfully utilized to investigate precipitation microphysics and improve radar quantitative precipitation estimation(QPE).The recent progress in dual-pol radar research and applications in China is summarized in four aspects.Firstly,the characteristics of several representative dual-pol radars are reviewed.Various approaches have been developed for radar data quality control,including calibration,attenuation correction,calculation of specific differential phase shift,and identification and removal of non-meteorological echoes.Using dual-pol radar measurements,the microphysical characteristics derived from raindrop size distribution retrieval,hydrometeor classification,and QPE is better understood in China.The limited number of studies in China that have sought to use dual-pol radar data to validate the microphysical parameterization and initialization of numerical models and assimilate dual-pol data into numerical models are summarized.The challenges of applying dual-pol data in numerical models and emerging technologies that may make significant impacts on the field of radar meteorology are discussed.Kun ZHAO Hao HUANG Mingjun WANG Wen-Chau LEE Gang CHEN Long WEN Jing WEN Guifu ZHANG Ming XUE Zhengwei YANG Liping LIU Chong WU Zhiqun HU Sheng CHEN 2019Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2019,36,9:12
2Genome-wide association study and transcriptome analysis reveal new QTL and candidate genes for nitrogen-deficiency tolerance in rice显示文摘The development of rice cultivars with improved nitrogen use efficiency(NUE)is desirable for sustainable agriculture.Achieving this goal depends in part on understanding how rice responds to low soil nitrogen(N)and identifying causative genes underlying this trait.To identify quantitative trait loci(QTL)or genes associated with low N response,we conducted a genome-wide association study(GWAS)using a diverse panel of 230 rice accessions and performed a transcriptomic investigation of rice accessions with differential responses to low N stress at two N levels.We detected 411 GWAS-associated genes in 5 QTL and 2722 differentially expressed genes in response to low N,of which 24 were identified by both methods and ranked according to gene annotations,literature queries,gene expression,and genetic diversity analysis.The large-scale datasets obtained from this study reveal low N-responsive characteristics and provide insights towards understanding the regulatory mechanisms of N-deficiency tolerance in rice,and the candidate genes or QTL would be valuable resources for increasing rice NUE via molecular biotechnology.Qing Li Xueli Lu Changjian Wang Lan Shen Liping Dai Jinli He Long Yang Peiyuan Li Yifeng Hong Qiang Zhang Guojun Dong Jiang Hu Guangheng Zhang Deyong Ren Zhenyu Gao Longbiao Guo Qian Qian Li Zhu Dali Zeng 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,4:3
3Pattern characteristics in patients with primary liver cancer in different clinical stages显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To explore the characteristics of primary liver cancer in terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) by analyzing the variations of the patterns along with the clinical stages.METHODS: The patients who were hospitalized in the Changhai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine dated from March 1999 to December 2008 were included in this retrospective study. The patients were grouped according to their cancer stages, and their patterns were judged and quantified according to the 'Standard diagnosis and quantitative criteria of the common patterns in primary liv-er cancer' formulated by the Changhai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Statistics methods included ANOVA and nonparametric test, among others.RESULTS: The data of the 398 newly diagnosed patients showed that Qi Stagnation, Blood Stasis, and Dampness patterns were more frequent than the other basic patterns with relatively high scores; patterns of Liver Qi Stagnation, Liver Blood Stasis, and Dampness Heat were more than the other complex patterns and scored relatively high. Scores of Dampness and Liver Qi Stagnation patterns varied among the groups at different stages and the differences were statistically significant(PDampness= 0.002,PLiver Qi Stagnation= 0.020). The highest scores of Dampness pattern and Liver Qi Stagnation pattern corresponded with Stage Ⅲb, and Stage equency wⅢ a, respectively. 4A fluorescent sensing membrane for iodine based on intramolecular excitation energy transfer of anthryl appended porphyrin显示文摘A single anthryl appended meso-tetraphenylporphyrin (TPP) dyad has been synthesized and applied in fluorescence sensing of iodine based on the intramolecular excitation energy transfer. The molecular recognition of the sensor is based on the interaction of iodine with inner anthracene moiety of the dyad, while the signal reporter for the recognition process is the TPP fluorescence quenching. Because the emission spectrum of anthracene is largely overlapped with the Soret band absorption of TPP, intramolecular excitation energy transfer interaction occurs between the donor, anthracene and acceptor, TPP. This energy transfer leads to TPP fluorescence emission by excitation of anthracene. The sensor was constructed by immobilizing the dyad in a plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) membrane. The sensing membrane shows higher sensitivity compared to the sensors by using anthracene, TPP, or a mixture of anthracene and TPP as sensing materials. Under the optimum conditions, iodine in a sample solution can be determined from 2.04 to 23.6 mmol·L-1 with a detection limit of 33 nmol·L-1. The sensing membrane shows satisfactory response characteristics including good reproducibility, reversibility and stability, as well as the short response time of less than 60 s. Except for Cr2O72- and MnO4-, other common metal ions and anions in foodstuff do not interfere with iodine determination. The proposed method was applied in the determination of iodine in table salt samples. 6Investigation of High Catalyteal Durability for Porous Pt Films Deposited via Magnetron Sputtering显示文摘Porous Pt thin films were prepared on carbon papers by a single-step ultra-high dc magnetron sputtering method to obtain ideal electrodes for proton exchange membrane fuel cells.The platinum loading of the electrocatalyst layer is controlled at about 0.1 mg·cm^(-2).Structural characteristics and catalytic activities of the films were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,atomic force microscopy,X-ray diffraction,cyclic voltammetry,and stress durability testing methods.The effect of treatment conditions of a substrate on the structural and performance characteristics of the catalytic films was shown as well.Films produced on acid-treated carbon papers at the argon pressure of 0.01 mbar possessed a homogeneous,highly developed surface along with a porous structure.Compared to Pt/TCPW(Toray carbon papers soaked in ultrapure water)electrodes,the film obtained on the acid-treated substrate had a larger electrochemical surface area(163.33 m^(2)·g^(-1))and exhibited better catalytic stability and durability due to a porous structure as a result of Pt particle accumulation.刘广权 PENG Liping FAN Long WANG Jin FU Yajun XIONG Zhengwei REN Xuetan 曹林洪 吴卫东 2022Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2022,37,2:1

15Types, distribution and play targets of Lower Cretaceous tight oil in Jiuquan Basin, NW China显示文摘Based on drilling and laboratory data, the formation conditions of tight oil reservoirs in the Jiuquan basin were comprehensively analyzed and the exploration domains were sorted out. The Jiuquan basin underwent three cycles of lake level fluctuation in early Cretaceous, leaving three sets of high-quality source rocks, the Zhonggou, Xiagou and Chijinbao Formations in the Lower Cretaceous. There are two types of reservoir assemblages, source-reservoir in one type and source below reservoir type, and two types of tight reservoirs, argillaceous dolomite and conglomerate. The 'sweet spots' control the enrichment of oil and gas. Argillaceous dolomite tight oil reservoirs have the characteristic of 'integrated source-reservoir', with fractures connecting the matrix micro-pores, pore-fracture type and fracture-pore type 'sweet spots' distributed in large scale. The sandy conglomerate tight oil reservoirs were formed by source-reservoir lateral connection, and can be divided into source below reservoir type, source-reservoir side by side type and 'sandwich' type. The overlapping areas of the favorable facies belts of fan-delta front and the secondary pore developing belts are the 'sweet spot' sites. 17Analysis and Regionalization of Climate Ecological Conditions for Blueberry in Nanchong City Based on GIS显示文摘By using the meteorological data,GIS data and blueberry production data of Nanchong and the surrounding areas in Nanchong from 1991 to 2022,the climate ecological suitability of blueberry was analyzed based on the growth habit of blueberry,and the restrictive and high-impact factors were selected as zoning indicators to carry out climate ecological zoning.The results show that Nanchong has a humid climate,and the annual average temperature in most parts is 15.0-17.8℃;the cold temperature duration in winter is more than 770 h,and the average maximum temperature in July is more than 30.0℃,so it is suitable for planting southern high-bush blueberry,rabbit-eye blueberry and a hybrid of northern and southern high-bush blueberry.Sunshine,high temperature in midsummer,daily temperature range at the fruiting stage and terrain slope are the main limiting or high-impact ecological factors of blueberry production in Nanchong,among which the adverse effect of insufficient sunshine is the largest.The meteorological disasters affecting blueberry production in Nanchong mainly include rainy weather,rainstorm and flood,high temperature and drought.High temperature and heavy heat damage in midsummer in areas at an altitude below 400 m have a great impact on the production of late-maturing blueberry.High temperature and summer drought are often accompanied in the southeast,which will aggravate the adverse effects.The suitable area of blueberry in Nanchong is mainly distributed in the shallow hilly area and the low-mountain deep hilly and gentle slope area at an altitude of 350-700 m.The less suitable area is mainly distributed in the flat dam area of shallow hill-valley at an altitude of below 350 m,the low-mountain area at an altitude of above 700 m,and other hilly areas with a slope of 15-30°.The unsuitable area is mainly distributed in hills with slope>30°,some sporadic shallow hills and flat dams at an altitude of below 300 m,river banks,water wetland buffer zones,etc.In order to make full use of the climate resources and the advantages of blueberry varieties,early-and medium-maturing southern high-bush varieties should be mainly planted in the low-altitude area below 400 m in Nanchong,and medium-and late-maturing varieties should be mainly planted in the medium-altitude area above 400 m.Qiqin ZHONG Liping ZHANG Peng YAO Juntian LONG Yanqiu CAO Peng YANG 2022Meteorological and Environmental Research2022,13,5:1

20Effect of niobium content on irradiation microstructure and hardening in FeCrAl-based alloys显示文摘Iron-chromium-aluminum(FeCrAl)alloys with different content of niobium(Nb)—0,0.4 wt%,0.8 wt%,and 1.2 wt%—were designed and prepared.All samples were then irradiated with 2.4 MeV Fe^(2+)ion to the dose of 1 and 15 displacements per atom(dpa)at 400℃.The formations of dislocation loops induced by self-ion irradiation in these alloys were investigated by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Nano-indentation tests were used to assess the hardness and irradiation hardening of samples.For the samples before irradiation,the(Fe,Cr)_(2)(Nb,Mo)Laves phases density and the nano-indentation hardness increased with increasing Nb content of the samples.After irradiation to 1 and 15 dpa,both of a/2<111>and a<100>dislocation loops were produced but no voids orα’phase were found in all samples.With increasing Nb content of the samples,the size of dislocation loops increased first and then decreased,while the total volume number density decreased and then increased.The fraction of a<100>dislocation loops increased first and then decreased with increasing Nb content,and increased with increasing irradiation dose.Dislocation networks and the amorphization of the Laves phases were observed in the samples with irradiation dose of 15 dpa.Irradiation hardening of Nb free samples was two to four times that of Nb containing samples,and the irradiation hardening increased with increasing Nb content of Nb containing samples.The experimental results indicate that the increase of Nb content in Fe Cr Al alloys can increase the density of Laves phases,leading to the decrease of Mo content and increase of Cr content in the matrix.The competition between the two types of solutes affects the nucleation and growth of the dislocation loops.Xiong Zhou Hui Wang Liping Guo Yiheng Chen Fang Li Yunxiang Long Cheng Chen Ziyang Xie Hongtai Luo Shaobo Mo 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,36:0
