| 1 | 不同年龄组和不同性别间正常中央角膜厚度的差异显示文摘目的:探讨10岁以上正常人群中央角膜厚度(central corneal thickness,CCT)在不同年龄组和不同性别间的差异。方法:用角膜内皮细胞显微镜对700名1329眼CCT进行测量。研究对象根据年龄分为7组或根据性别分为2组以研究CCT的分布特点和变化规律。结果:平均CCT为537±39μm,在11~50岁的调查对象,CCT随年龄增大而显著降低(P=0.002,r=-0.192),平均每年降低约0.63μm;在>50岁的调查对象,CCT有渐增厚的趋势(P=0.332,r=0.056),平均每年增厚约0.27μm。男性CCT(540±39μm)显著大于女性CCT(535±38μm)(T-test,P=0.01)。结论:CCT在正常人群不同年龄组、不同性别间的特点表明年龄因素对CCT的影响较小,CCT在个体之间差异较大,男性CCT大于女性CCT。 | 邵运良 张铭志 宋跃 黄育强 SK Rao Dennis Lam | 2009 | 国际眼科杂志2009，9，6： | 8 |
| 2 | 右美托咪定自控镇静用于老年白内障合并高血压手术的临床研究显示文摘目的探讨右美托咪定自控镇静用于老年白内障合并高血压手术的应用效果。方法分析2017年6~12月于我院眼科白内障超声乳化术的患者40例,采用随机法进行分组,对照组20例和右美托咪定组20例。观察两组患者给负荷量前(T0)、负荷量结束时(T1)、手术开始时(T2)、术中5min(T3)、术中10min(T4)、术中15min(T5)、术毕(T6)时的平均动脉压、心率、血氧饱和度、Ramsay镇静评分情况,观察两组患者合作度评分和满意度评分情况。结果两组患者T0平均动脉压、心率、血氧饱和度比较,两组患者T1、T2、T3、T4、T5、T6的血氧饱和度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),右美托咪定组T2、T3、T4、T5、T6平均动脉压,T1、T2、T3、T4、T5、T6心率均低于对照组,对照组组内比较,T1、T2、T3、T4、T5、T6的平均动脉压、心率均高于T0,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),右美托咪定组组内比较,T1、T2、T3、T4、T5、T6的心率均低于T0,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),T2、T3、T4、T5、T6的平均动脉压均低于T0,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。右美托咪定组患者T2、T3、T4、T5、T6Ramsay镇静评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组组内比较,T1、T2、T3、T4、T5、T6Ramsay镇静评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),右美托咪定组组内比较,T2、T3、T4、T5、T6的Ramsay镇静评分均高于T0,右美托咪定组患者合作度评分、术后满意度评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论右美托咪定自控镇静用于老年白内障合并高血压手术患者,可以稳定血流动力学指标,镇静效果较好,值得临床推广应用。 | 高新明 Dennis Lam 尉洋 | 2019 | 中国医药科学2019，9，13： | 6 |
| 3 | 青年型开角型青光眼的中国家系的新型Myocilin基因突变显示文摘目的:探讨某中国家系青年型开角型青光眼(JOAG)的致病基因。

| 4 | 右美托咪定自控镇静在眼科斜视手术中的应用效果显示文摘目的探讨右美托咪定用于眼科斜视手术自控镇静的效果及安全性。方法选取2016年10月~2017年10月于我院眼科行斜视手术的40例患者作为研究对象,年龄16~35岁,ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级,将其随机分为对照组(C组)和自控镇静组(PCS组),每组各20例。C组患者恒速泵注(10 ml/h)生理盐水。PCS组患者局麻前静脉泵注负荷量右美托咪定0.2μg/kg,10 min注完,局麻后给予维持量右美托咪定0.1μg/(kg·h),单次量1.0 ml/次(4μg/ml),锁定时间60 s。比较两组患者的泵注负荷量前(T0)、负荷量结束时(T1)、手术开始时(T2)、术中5 min(T3)、术中10 min(T4)、术中20 min(T5)、术中30 min(T6)、术毕(T7)时的MAP、HR、Sp O_2、Ramsay镇静评分,患者的合作度、满意度及不良反应发生情况,并观察PCS组患者的按压次数。结果 PCS组患者T2~T7的MAP均低于T0,且均低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PCS组患者T1~T7的HR均明显低于T0,且均低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组患者T1~T7的MAP、HR与T0比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者T0、T1、T7的Ramsay镇静评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PCS组患者T2~T7的Ramsay镇静评分均高于T0,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组患者T1~T6的Ramsay镇静评分与T0比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),C组患者T7的Ramsay镇静评分高于T0,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),PCS组患者T2~T6的Ramsay镇静评分均高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PCS组患者的满意度及合作度均优于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PCS组患者术中牵拉不适、躁动和呻吟的发生率显著低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者眼心反射的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PCS组患者给予负荷量后,有效按压次数为(10.7±5.9)次。结论右美托咪定自控镇静可安全有效地应用于眼科斜视手术,能充分体现个体化用药,患者满意度明显增高。 | 高新明 曹贺 邓芬芬 Karthikeyan Arcot Sadagopan Dennis Lam 尉洋 | 2018 | 中国当代医药2018，25，24： | 4 |
| 5 | Submerged flexible vegetation impact on open channel flow velocity distribution: An analytical modelling study on drag and friction显示文摘In this paper,an analytical model that represents the streamwise velocity distribution for open channel flow with submerged flexible vegetation is studied.In the present vegetated flow modelling,the whole flow field has been separated into two layers vertically: a vegetated layer and a non-vegetated free-water layer.Within the vegetated layer,an analysis of the mechanisms affecting water flow through flexible vegetation has been conducted.In the non-vegetated layer,a modified log-law equation that represents the velocity profile varying with vegetation height has been investigated.Based on the studied analytical model,a sensitivity analysis has been conducted to assess the influences of the drag (CD) and friction (Cf ) coefficients on the flow velocity.The investigated ranges of CD and Cf have also been compared to published values.The findings suggest that the CD and Cf values are non-constant at different depths and vegetation densities,unlike the constant values commonly suggested in literature.This phenomenon is particularly clear for flows with flexible vegetation,which is characterised by large deflection. | Jaan H.
