1Cu_2ZnSnS_4 thin films prepared by sulfurization of ion beam sputtered precursor and their electrical and optical properties显示文摘Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin films were successfully prepared by sulfurization of ion bean sputtered precursors on soda-lime glass substrate. The single phase of stannite-type structure CZTS films were obtained as revealed in EDS and XRD analysis when the ratios of the constituents of CZTS thin films are close to stoichiometric by optimizing the conditions of precursor preparation and sulfurization. A low sheet resistivity as about 0.156 Ω·cm and a high absorption coefficient as 1×104 cm-1 were achieved in this method by Hall effect measurements and UV-VIS spectrophotometer. 2Cu_2ZnSnS_4 thin films prepared by sulfurizing different multilayer metal precursors显示文摘Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin films were successfully fabricated on glass substrates by sulfurizing Cu-Sn-Zn multilayer precursors, which were deposited by ion beam sputtering and RF magnetron sputtering, respectively. The structural, electrical and optical properties of the prepared films under various processing conditions were investigated in detail. Results showed that the as-deposited CZTS thin films with the precursors by both ion beam sputtering and RF magnetron sputtering have a composition near stoichiometric. The crystallization of the samples, however, has a strong dependence on the atomic percent of constituents of the prepared CZTS films. A single phase stannite-type structure CZTS with a large absorption coefficient of 104/cm in the visible range could be obtained after sulfurization at 520℃ for 2 h. The samples relative to the RF magnetron sputtering showed a low resistivity of 0.073 ?cm and band gap energy of about 1.53 eV. 3Complete loss of RNA editing from the plastid genome and most highly expressed mitochondrial genes of Welwitschia mirabilis显示文摘Comparative genomics among gymnosperms suggested extensive loss of mitochondrial RNA editing sites from Welwitschia mirabilis based on predictive analysis. However, empirical or transcriptome data to confirm this massive loss event are lacking,and the potential mechanisms of RNA site loss are unclear. By comparing genomic sequences with transcriptomic and reversetranscription PCR sequencing data, we performed a comprehensive analysis of the pattern of RNA editing in the mitochondrial and plastid genomes(mitogenome and plastome, respectively) of W. mirabilis and a second gymnosperm, Ginkgo biloba. For W.mirabilis, we found only 99 editing sites located in 13 protein-coding genes in the mitogenome and a complete loss of RNA editing from the plastome. The few genes having high editing frequency in the Welwitschia mitogenome showed a strong negative correlation with gene expression level. Comparative analyses with G. biloba, containing 1,405 mitochondrial and 345 plastid editing sites, revealed that the editing loss from W. mirabilis is mainly due to the substitution of editable cytidines to thymidines at the genomic level, which could be caused by retroprocessing. Our result is the first study to uncover massive editing loss from both the mitogenome and plastome in a single genus. 20A Joint Power and Bandwidth Allocation Method Based on Deep Reinforcement Learning for V2V Communications in 5G显示文摘Vehicular communications have recently attracted great interest due to their potential to improve the intelligence of the transportation system.When maintaining the high reliability and low latency in the vehicle-to-vehicle(V2V)links as well as large capacity in the vehicle-to-infrastructure(V2I)links,it is essential to flexibility allocate the radio resource to satisfy the different requirements in the V2V communication.This paper proposes a new radio resources allocation system for V2V communications based on the proximal strategy optimization method.In this radio resources allocation framework,a vehicle or V2V link that is designed as an agent.And through interacting with the environment,it can learn the optimal policy based on the strategy gradient and make the decision to select the optimal sub-band and the transmitted power level.Because the proposed method can output continuous actions and multi-dimensional actions,it greatly reduces the implementation complexity of large-scale communication scenarios.The simulation results indicate that the allocation method proposed in this paper can meet the latency constraints and the requested capacity of V2V links under the premise of minimizing the interference to vehicle-to-infrastructure communications.Xin Hu Sujie Xu Libing Wang Yin Wang Zhijun Liu Lexi Xu You Li Weidong Wang 2021China Communications2021,18,7:1
