| 1 | Textural Evolution of AZ31B Magnesium Alloy Sheets Undergoing Repeated Unidirectional Bending at Room Temperature显示文摘In this paper, repeated unidirectional bending (RUB), was applied to improve the texture of AZ31B magnesium alloy sheets so as to enhance their stamping properties. The samples undergoing RUB were annealed at different temperatures. The mechanical properties, formability, textural components and microstructure of the samples before and after RUB were characterized and compared. It was found that the basal textural component was reduced dramatically by RUB, and that (12ˉ12) and (12ˉ11) textural components appeared. Annealing has a great effect on the mechanical properties of samples undergoing RUB. | 4 | Diterpenoid Tanshinones,the extract from Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae)induced apoptosis in nine human cancer cell lines显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To identify the active anti-tumor constituents in the extract from Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae) and investigate the mechanisms underlying the actions.METHODS:First,we introduced a two-step counter-current chromatography to extract the therapeutically active diterpenoid,tanshinone from Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae).The cholecystokinin(CCK-8) method was used to evaluate the inhibitory effect of diterpenoid tanshinone in liver cancer QGY-7703,lung cancer PC9,lung cancer A549,gastric cancer MKN-45,gastric cancer HGC-27,colon cancer HCT116,myeloma cell U266/RPMI8226,and human breast cancer MCF-7 in vitro.Fluorescence staining was used to observe the cytotoxicity ofditerpenoid tanshinone on PC9 cells.The Western blot was used to detect apoptosis-related protein poly ADP-ribose polymerase(PARP),cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase3/9(caspase3/9),and cleaved-cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase3/9(cleaved-caspase3/9).The endoplasmic reticulum stress-related activating transcription factor 4(ATF4),phosphorylated eukaryotic initiation factor 2α(p-e IF2α),and phosphorylated jun amino-terminal kinase(p-JNK),and caspase-12 were also analyzed using the Western blot.RESULTS:Diterpenoid tanshinone inhibited the nine human tumor cell lines,with an IC50 of4.37-29 μg/m L,with the PC9 and MCF-7 displaying the lowest values.Fluorescence staining showed a lethal effect of diterpenoid tanshinone on PC9 cells.The Western blot showed that the expression of caspase3/9 protein and ATF-4 protein decreased gradually.However,the PARP,cleaved-caspase 3/9and the expression of p-e IF2 α,P-JNK,and caspase-12 increased gradually,in a dose-dependent fashion.CONCLUSION:We successfully introduced a two-step counter-current chromatography method to extract diterpenoid tanshinone,and demonstrated its antitumor activity.Diterpenoid tanshinone can induce apoptosis in nine human cancer cell lines. | Shen Li Lou Zhaohuan Zhang Guangshun Xu Guanhua Zhang Guangji | 2016 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016,36,4: | 6 |

| 6 | Mechanisms and field test of solution mining by self-resonating cavitating water jets显示文摘Rapid solution mining is the key to cavern construction in salt formations. Rapid solution mining technology with self-resonating cavitating water jets is described in this paper. It can generate three main physical effects: helical flow dissolution, self-resonating cavitating jet erosion, and ultrasonic waves. A self-resonating cavitating nozzle was also designed with the principles based on theory of fluid transients and hydro-acoustics. Under ambient pressure, the experimental results show that the impulse amplitude of pressure reaches a peak at a standoff distance of 5-13 times the nozzle outlet diameter and the cutting ability of self-resonating cavitating jets is twice that of conventional jets under the same conditions. | 7 | LSTM-based argument recommendation for non-API methods显示文摘Automatic code completion is one of the most useful features provided by advanced IDEs.Argument recommendation,as a special kind of code completion,is widely used as well.While existing approaches focus on argument recommendation for popular APIs,a large number of non-API invocations are requesting for accurate argument recommendation as well.To this end,we propose an LSTM-based approach to recommending non-API arguments instantly when method calls are typed in.With data collected from a large corpus of open-source applications,we train an LSTM neural network to recommend actual arguments based on identifiers of the invoked method,the corresponding formal parameter,and a list of syntactically correct candidate arguments.To feed these identifiers into the LSTM neural network,we convert them into fixed-length vectors by Paragraph Vector,an unsupervised neural network based learning algorithm.With the resulting LSTM neural network trained on sample applications,for a given call site we can predict which of the candidate arguments is more likely to be the correct one.We evaluate the proposed approach with tenfold validation on 85 open-source C applications.Results suggest that the proposed approach outperforms the state-of-the-art approaches in recommending non-API arguments.It improves the precision significantly from 71.46%to 83.37%. | Guangjie LI Hui LIU Ge LI Sijie SHEN Hanlin TANG | 2020 | Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,9: | 5 |

| 11 | Effect of Y_2O_3 on Cracking Susceptibility of Laser-Clad Ti-Based Composites Coatings显示文摘Ti-based composite coatings reinforced by in situ synthesized TiB and TiC were deposited on Ti6Al4 V substrates by laser cladding. The effects of Y2O3 on the microstructure and cracking susceptibility of the coatings were investigated in details. It is shown that a small amount of Y2O3 addition can significantly refine the microstructure of the coatings by hastening spheroidization of the primary phase structure. The maximum refinement in microstructure was obtained with the optimum(2 wt%) addition of Y2O3. Moreover, it can increase the volume fraction of TiC and reduce the residual stress of the coatings due to the decrease in lattice distortion of the a(Ti) matrix. All of these factors lead to the reduction in cracking susceptibility of the coatings containing Y2O3 on the premise that the hardness of the coatings is improved. The fracture toughness of the coatings without and with Y2O3(2 wt%) is 8.32 and 17.36 MPa?m1/2, respectively.
