2Phylogenetic diversity of bacteria associated with the marine sponge Agelas robusta from South China Sea显示文摘It is well known that marine sponges harbor large numbers of bacteria,some of which have been proved to be sponge-specific.The diversity of bacteria in marine sponges distributed along the coast of South China Sea has been previously studied but that of bacteria in sponges inhabiting the open sea has been rarely investigated.In this report,the diversity of bacteria associated with the marine sponge Agelas robusta from a remote coral reef in the South China Sea was documented employing 16S rDNA library construction,amplified ribosomal DNA restriction analysis(ARDRA) and phylogenetic analysis.A total of 32 phylotypes were finally categorized in nine phyla including Cyanobacteria,Proteobacteria,Chloroflexi,Firmicutes,Actinobacteria,Acidobacteria,Planctomycetes,Bacteroidetes and Gemmatimonadetes.The dominant phylum was Proteobacteria whereas the dominant genus was Synechococcus in Cyanobacteria.Some spongespecific bacteria were also found in the bacteria population,but the proportion(5 OTUs/32 OTUs) was much lower than other sponges.This study reveals the phylogenetic diversity of bacteria in A.robusta and confirms the presence of some sponge-specific bacteria in the South China Sea.Understanding the diversity of sponge-associated bacteria in China assists to exploit the bacteria resources for biotechnology.SUN We DAI Shikun WANG Guanghua XIE Lianwu JIANG Shumei LI Xiang 2010Acta Oceanologica Sinica2010,29,5:1

4Formation and influence analysis of electrolytic corrosion products on insulator surface显示文摘Nowadays,end fitting corrosion reduces the mechanical strength and flashover voltage of insulators,forming a huge threat to high‐voltage direct current transmission lines.At present,the parameters of electrolytic corrosion inhibition measures are selected based on the premise of the constant annual corrosion rate.However,with the development of corrosion,corrosion products accumulate on the insulator surface,which may impact the corrosion rate.In order to clarify the influence of corrosion products,this work studied how corrosion products influence the corrosion rate from the corrosion phenomenon,corrosion current,feature and formation of corrosion products.The results showed that corrosion products of iron and zinc were excellent in adhesion on the insulator surface and could not be cleaned by rain,which was able to increase the corrosion rate.In future,in the selection of the quality of the zinc ring bonded on insulator fittings,there will be a demand to consider the influence of corrosion products on the corrosion rate.Bin Cao Zong Li Daiming Yang Lei Mu Peng Liu Liming Wang Lianwu Yang Yankun Wu 2021High Voltage2021,6,6:0

6Orange-red emitting Sr_3LaTa_3O_(12):Sm^(3+) phosphors with perovskite structure and high thermal stability for w-LEDs显示文摘A novel layered perovskite tantalate phosphor Sr_(3)LaTa_(3)O_(12):Sm^(3+)(SLTO:Sm^(3+)) with orange-red emission was obtained for the first time via the solid-phase synthetic method. The phase purity, surface morphology,element distribution and luminescent properties of the SLTO:xSm^(3+)(x= 0.01 mol%-0.30 mol%) phosphors were investigated. Under 408 nm excitation, the optimum doped SLTO:0.10Sm^(3+) phosphor emits orangered light at 598 nm with the highest emission peak(4G_(5/2)→6H_(7/2)). The critical energy transfer distance is 1.687 nm. The prepared SLTO:0.10Sm^(3+)phosphor has excellent thermal stability with temperature quenching temperature(T_(0.5)> 500 K) and high activation energy(E_(a)= 0.25 e V). Through calculation, the chromaticity coordinates of all samples are concentrated in the orange-red area, and the color purity reaches 99%. The fabricated white light-emitting diode(w-LED) has a good correlated color temperature(5132 K), a high R_(a)(89), and the CIE chromaticity coordinates(0.340, 0.327).
