| 1 | The existing time of Sihetun vertebrate in western Liao-ning,China——Evidence from U-Pb dating of zircon显示文摘In different opinions, the stratigraphic time of the feathered dinosaurs and early birds in Sihetun and its neighboring areas in Beipiao, western Liaoning is appointed to different epoches of eras, such as Late Jurassic, Early Cretaceous and Late Jurassic-Early Cretaceous. Even the recently dating data are still very different. This note first reported the U-Pb age of (125.2±0.9) Ma of zircon separated from tuff of Sihetun vertebrates horizon. The age reveals that Sihetun vertebrate belongs to Early Cretaceous. | 2 | mTOR pathway regulates the differentiation of peripheral blood Th2/Treg cell subsets in patients with pemphigus vulgaris显示文摘Pemphigus vulgaris(PV)is a chronic and potentially life-threatening autoimmune blistering disease.Aberrant mTOR pathway activity is involved in many autoimmune diseases.This study investigated the correlation of mTOR pathway(PI3K/AKT/mTOR/p70S6K)activity with the loss of balance in T helper 2/regulatory T(Th2/Treg)cells in the peripheral blood of PV patients.CD4^(+)T cells were isolated from 15 PV patients and 15 healthy controls(HCs),the ratios of Th2/CD4^(+)T cells and Treg/CD4^(+)T cells,the activity of the mTOR pathway(PI3K/AKT/mTOR/p70S6K),the transcription factors and cytokines of Th2 and Treg cells were detected.Primary CD4^(+)T cells from PV patients were cultured under Th2-or Treg-polarizing conditions with or without rapamycin in vitro.We found that PV patients showed significantly elevated serum IL-4 when compared with HCs,and serum IL-4 level was positively correlated with the titer of anti-Dsg1/3 antibody and disease severity,while the serum TGF-βlevel was negatively correlated with the titer of anti-Dsg3 antibody and disease severity.Meanwhile,PV patients showed increased Th2/CD4^(+)T cell ratio;decreased Treg/CD4^(+)T cell ratio;elevated mRNA of PI3K,AKT,mTOR and protein of PI3K(P85),AKT,p-AKT(Ser473),mTOR,p-mTOR(Ser2448),p-p70S6K(Thr389),GATA3;reduced protein of forkhead box protein 3.Rapamycin inhibited Th2 cell differentiation and promoted Treg cell differentiation in vitro.These data suggest a close association between mTOR pathway activation and the loss of balance in Th2/Treg cells in peripheral blood of PV patients.Inhibiting mTORC1 can help restore the Th2/Treg balance. | Kuan Lai Wenjing Zhang Songshan Li Zhiwen Zhang Shuangde Xie Meinian Xu Changxing Li Kang Zeng | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021，53，4： | 4 |

| 13 | Enhanced recovery of high-purity Fe powder from iron-rich electrolytic manganese residue by slurry electrolysis显示文摘Iron-rich electrolytic manganese residue(IREMR)is an industrial waste produced during the processing of electrolytic metal manganese,and it contains certain amounts of Fe and Mn resources and other heavy metals.In this study,the slurry electrolysis technique was used to recover high-purity Fe powder from IREMR.The effects of IREMR and H2SO4 mass ratio,current density,reaction temper-ature,and electrolytic time on the leaching and current efficiencies of Fe were studied.According to the results,high-purity Fe powder can be recovered from the cathode plate,and the slurry electrolyte can be recycled.The leaching efficiency,current efficiency,and purity of Fe reached 92.58%,80.65%,and 98.72wt%,respectively,at a 1:2.5 mass ratio of H2SO4 and IREMR,reaction temperature of 60℃,electric current density of 30 mA/cm^(2),and reaction time of 8 h.In addition,vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)analysis showed that the coercivity of electrolytic iron powder was 54.5 A/m,which reached the advanced magnetic grade of electrical pure-iron powder(DT4A coercivity standard).The slurry electrolytic method provides fundamental support for the industrial application of Fe resource recovery in IRMER. | Wenxing Cao Jiancheng Shu Jiaming Chen Zihan Li Songshan Zhou Shushu Liao Mengjun Chen Yong Yang | 2024 | International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2024，31，3： | 0 |
| 14 | Effects of Different Water Treatment on Yield and Agronomic Traits of Wheat显示文摘In order to make clear the effects of water on yield and agronomic traits of wheat in Cangzhou,18 wheat cultivars from north part of Huanghuai Plain were collected for spring irrigation. The indoor and field surveys were used to analyze the effects of irrigation frequency on stem tiller situation,leaf area coefficient,yield and other traits of different wheat cultivars. The results indicated that the average yield of irrigation 1 increased by 68. 07 kg compared with that of irrigation 0,while the average yield of irrigation 2 increased by 60. 00 kg compared with that of irrigation 1. The survey of flag leaf area of wheat cultivars at the grain filling stage showed that the leaf area of irrigation 0 was the smallest( 18. 15 cm^2 on average),the leaf area of irrigation 1 was 20. 34 cm^2,and the leaf area of irrigation 2 was 24. 05 cm^2. With the increase in the irrigation times,the volume weight of wheat cultivars declined,the number of infertile spikelet dropped,and the plant height gradually increased.
