1新疆望峰金矿成矿流体研究及其成因意义显示文摘新疆望峰金矿,产于中天山结晶基底中的韧性剪切带内。围岩蚀变和流体包裹体研究表明,成矿过程包括了3个阶段,从早到晚有石英黄铁矿阶段、多金属硫化物阶段和石英碳酸盐阶段,温度分别集中在360~520℃、240~360℃和120~240℃;矿化以第Ⅱ阶段为主。成矿流体的δ18O值变化于1.15‰~2.70‰之间,属于变质热液与大气降水热液的混合流体。包裹体成分表明成矿流体来源较浅,但有利于金矿化;CO2/H2O比值多大于0.026,也有利于成矿。而包裹体捕获压力表明成矿作用发生在5.6~1.2km深度范围,主要发生在1.9km左右;矿化过程与地壳抬升伸展的过程一致,自然亦与碰撞造山体制的矿化规律一致。因此,古生代末期的碰撞造山作用导致了望峰金矿的形成,冰达坂断裂两侧是寻找望峰式金矿的有利地带。石英红外光谱分析表明,CO2光密度(D2)及其与H2O光密度(D1)的比值(D2/D1)普遍较高,指示矿化较强;D2>0.55和D2/D10.26是该区富金样品的标志。Chen Yanjing 1) Li Xin 1) Jing Jun 2) Gao Xiuli 1) Chen Huayong 1) Wu Xidan 2) Wu Dehua 2) ( 1) Department of Geology, Peking University 2)Team 15 of Gold Headquarters, MMIC, Urumqi ) 1998地球学报(中国地质科学院院报)1998,19,2:18
2Blocking FSH inhibits hepatic cholesterol biosynthesis and reduces serum cholesterol显示文摘Menopause is associated with dyslipidemia and an increased risk of cardio-cerebrovascular disease.The classic view assumes that the underlying mechanism of dyslipidemia is attributed to an insufficiency of estrogen.In addition to a decrease in estrogen, circulating follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)levels become elevated at menopause.In this study,we find that blocking FSH reduces serum cholesterol via inhibiting hepatic cholesterol biosynthesis.First,epidemiological results show that the serum FSH levels are positively correlated with the serum total cholesterol levels,even after adjustment by considering the effects of serum estrogen,in addition,the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia is significantly higher in peri-menopausal women than that in premenopausal women.Furthermore,we generated a mouse model of FSH elevation by intraperitoneally injecting exogenous FSH into ovariectomized (OVX)mice,in which a normal level of estrogen (E2)was maintained by exogenous supplementation. Consistently,the results indicate that FSH,independent of estrogen,increases the serum cholesterol level in this mouse model. 3Progress and records in the study of endogenetic mineralization during collisional orogenesis显示文摘To develop and perfect the theory of plate tectonics and regional metallogeny, metal-logenesis during collisional orogenesis should be thoroughly studied and will attract increasing at-tention of more and more scientists. This paper presents the main aspects of research and discus-sions on metallogenesis during collisional orogenesis after the development of plate tectonics, and accordingly divides the study history into two stages, i.e. the junior stage during 1971-1990 and the senior stage after 1990. Beginning with the negation of mineralization in the collision regime by Guild (1971), the focus of study was put on whether there occurred any mineralization during collisional orogenesis at the junior stage. 4Genetic and biological characteristics of the globally circulating H5N8 avian influenza viruses and the protective efficacy offered by the poultry vaccine currently used in China显示文摘The H5N8 avian influenza viruses have been widely circulating in wild birds and are responsible for the loss of over 33 million domestic poultry in Europe, Russia, Middle East, and Asia since January 2020. To monitor the invasion and spread of the H5N8 virus in China, we performed active surveillance by analyzing 317 wild bird samples and swab samples collected from 41,172 poultry all over the country. We isolated 22 H5N8 viruses from wild birds and 14 H5N8 viruses from waterfowls. Genetic analysis indicated that the 36 viruses formed two different genotypes: one genotype viruses were widely detected from different wild birds and domestic waterfowls;the other genotype was isolated from a whopper swan. We further revealed the origin and spatiotemporal spread of these two distinct H5N8 virus genotypes in 2020 and 2021. Animal studies indicated that the H5N8 isolates are highly pathogenic to chickens, mildly pathogenic in ducks, but have distinct pathotypes in mice. Moreover, we found that vaccinated poultry in China could be completely protected against H5N8 virus challenge. 8Improved single image dehazing using dark channel prior显示文摘An improved single image dehazing method based on dark channel prior and wavelet transform is proposed. This proposed method employs wavelet transform and guided filter instead of the soft matting procedure to estimate and refine the depth map of haze images. Moreover, a contrast enhancement method based on just noticeable difference(JND) and quadratic function is adopted to enhance the contrast for the dehazed image, since the scene radiance is usually not as bright as the atmospheric light,and the dehazed image looks dim. 9Tetrahedral Framework Nucleic Acid-Based Delivery of Resveratrol Alleviates Insulin Resistance:From Innate to Adaptive Immunity显示文摘Obesity-induced insulin resistance is the hallmark of metabolic syndrome,and chronic,low-grade tissue inflammation links obesity to insulin resistance through the activation of tissue-infiltrating immune cells.Current therapeutic approaches lack efficacy and immunomodulatory capacity.Thus,a new therapeutic approach is needed to prevent chronic inflammation and alleviate insulin resistance.Here,we synthesized a tetrahedral framework nucleic acid(tFNA)nanoparticle that carried resveratrol(RSV)to inhibit tissue inflammation and improve insulin sensitivity in obese mice.The prepared nanoparticles,namely tFNAs-RSV,possessed the characteristics of simple synthesis,stable properties,good water solubility,and superior biocompatibility.The tFNA-based delivery ameliorated the lability of RSV and enhanced its therapeutic efficacy.In high-fat diet(HFD)-fed mice,the administration of tFNAs-RSV ameliorated insulin resistance by alleviating inflammation status.tFNAs-RSV could reverse M1 phenotype macrophages in tissues to M2 phenotype macrophages.As for adaptive immunity,the prepared nanoparticles could repress the activation of Th1 and Th17 and promote Th2 and Treg,leading to the alleviation of insulin resistance.Furthermore,this study is the first to demonstrate that tFNAs,a nucleic acid material,possess immunomodulatory capacity.Collectively,our findings demonstrate that tFNAs-RSV alleviate insulin resistance and ameliorate inflammation in HFD mice,suggesting that nucleic acid materials or nucleic acid-based delivery systems may be a potential agent for the treatment of insulin resistance and obesity-related metabolic diseases.Yanjing Li Shaojingya Gao Sirong Shi Dexuan Xiao Shuanglin Peng Yang Gao Ying Zhu Yunfeng Lin 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,6:4
10COP9 signalosome subunit PfCsnE regulates secondary metabolism and conidial formation in Pestalotiopsis fici显示文摘The COP9 signalosome(CSN) is a highly conserved multiprotein complex in all eukaryotes and involved in regulation of organism development. In filamentous fungi, several lines of evidence indicate that fungal development and secondary metabolism(SM) are mediated by the fifth subunit of CSN, called CsnE. Here we uncover a connection with CsnE and conidial formation as well as SM regulation in the plant endophytic fungus Pestalotiopsis fici. A homology search of the P. fici genome with CsnE, involved in sexual development and SM in Aspergillus nidulans, identified PfCsnE. Deletion of PfcsnE resulted in a mutant that stopped conidial production, but the conidia are recovered in a PfcsnE complemented strain. This indicates that PfCsnE is required for the formation of conidia. Secondary metabolite analysis demonstrated that the ΔPfcsnE strain produced more chloroisosulochrin, less ficiolide A production in comparison to wild type(WT). Transcriptome analysis of WT andΔPfcsnE strains indicated that PfcsnE impacts the expression levels of 8.37% of 14,797 annotated genes. Specifically, nine biosynthetic gene clusters(BGCs) were up-regulated and three BGCs were down-regulated by PfCsnE. The results show that atomic hydrogen induces superabundant vacancies in metals. The superabundant vacancies and hydrogen aggregate into a hydrogen-vacancy cluster (microcavity). The hydrogen atoms in the microcavity become hydrogen molecules which can stabilize the cluster. And the hydrogen blister nucleates. With the entry of vacancies and hydrogen atoms, the blister nucleus grows and the pressure in the cavity increases. 14Besshi-type mineral systems in the Palaeoproterozoic Bryah Rift-Basin, Capricorn Orogen, Western Australia: Implications for tectonic setting and geodynamic evolution显示文摘In this contribution we use VMS mineral systems in the Bryah rift-basin to constrain the tectonic setting of the widespread mafic and ultramafic magmatism that characterises the rift-basin in question.Two distinct,but temporally closely associated,lithostratigraphic sequences,Narracoota and Karalundi Formations,are discussed.The Karalundi Formation is the main host of VMS mineral systems in the region.The Karalundi Formation consists of turbiditic and immature clastic sediments,which are locally intercalated with basaltic hyaloclastites,dolerites and banded jaspilites.We propose that the basaltic hyaloclastites,dolerites and elastics and jaspilites rocks,form a distinct unit of the Karalundi Formation,named Noonyereena Member.The VMS mineral systems occur near the north-east trendingJenkin Fault and comprise the giant and world-class DeCrussa and the Red Bore deposits.The nature of these deposits and their intimate association with terrigenous clastic rocks and dominantly marine mafic volcanic and subvolcanic rocks,as well as the common development of peperitic margins,are considered indicative of a Besshi-type environment,similar to that of present-day Gulf of California.Our Re-Os age data from a primary pyrite yielded a mean model age of 2012 ± 48 Ma,which coincides(within error) with recent published Re-Os data(Hawke et al.,2015) and confirms the timing of the proposed geodynamic evolution.We propose a geodynamic model that attempts to explain the presence of the Narracoota and Karalundi Formations as the result of mantle plume activity,which began with early uplift of continental crust with intraplate volcanism,followed by early stages of rifting with the deposition of the Karalundi Formation(and Noonyereena Member),which led to the formation of Besshi-type VMS deposits.With on-going mantle plume activity and early stages of continental separation,an oceanic plateau was formed and is now represented by mafic-ultramafic rocks of the Narracoota Formation.Franco Pirajno Yanjing Chen Nuo Li Chao Li Limin Zhou 2016Geoscience Frontiers2016,7,3:2
15Power allocation and mode selection methods for cooperative communication in the rectangular tunnel显示文摘For the multipath fading on electromagnetic waves of wireless communication in the confined areas,the rectangular tunnel cooperative communication system was established based on the multimode channel model and the channel capacity formula derivation was obtained.On the optimal criterion of the channel capacity,the power allocation methods of both amplifying and forwarding(AF) and decoding and forwarding(DF) cooperative communication systems were proposed in the limitation of the total power to maximize the channel capacity.The mode selection methods of single input single output(SISO) and single input multiple output(SIMO) models in the rectangular tunnel,through which the higher channel capacity can be obtained,were put forward as well.The theoretical analysis and simulation comparison show that,channel capacity of the wireless communication system in the rectangular tunnel can be effectively enhanced through the cooperative technology;channel capacity of the rectangular tunnel under complicated conditions is maximized through the proposed power allocation methods,and the optimal cooperative mode of the channel capacity can be chosen according to the cooperative mode selection methods given in the paper.Zhai Wenyan Sun Yanjing Xu Zhao Li Song 2015International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2015,25,2:2

18Precoder Design and Impulsive Noise Mitigation Scheme for Industrial Wireless Communications显示文摘In industrial wireless scenarios,the impulsive noise(IN)incurred by machine running or operation causes a serious influence on the powerlimited industrial wireless communications.It is challenging to ensure efficient and reliable transmission with quality of service(QoS)guarantee for machinetype communication devices(MTCDs).Considering the IN in the industrial process,this paper establishes the multiuser multiple-input single-output(MU-MISO)orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)system model,which combines transmitter and receiver design.Two precoding schemes are designed to improve communication effectiveness at the transmitter.More specifically,the precoder design scheme which combines semi-definite relaxation(SDR)with difference-of-two-convex-function(D.C.)iterative algorithm,is developed by utilizing the Dinkelbach method to improve the system effectiveness.To decrease the computational complexity,we devise the quadratic-based fractional programming(QFP)algorithm,which decouples the variables by using a quadratic transform method.On this basis,the IN mitigation scheme is studied to reduce the system error rate(SER)at the receiver.With the goal of improving the reliability of industrial wireless communications,we propose a hybrid nonlinear IN mitigation(HNINM)scheme and then derive its closed-form expression of SER.The simulation results show that the proposed QFP algorithm achieves superior performance while the HNINM scheme decreases the SER of industrial wireless communications.Yanjing Sun Xinyan Li Jiasi Zhou Ruirui Chen BowenWang Yanfen Wang 2021China Communications2021,18,4:1
