1Forest disturbances and the attribution derived from yearly Landsat time series over 1990–2020 in the Hengduan Mountains Region of Southwest China显示文摘Background:Natural forests in the Hengduan Mountains Region(HDMR)have pivotal ecological functions and provide diverse ecosystem services.Capturing long-term forest disturbance and drivers at a regional scale is crucial for sustainable forest management and biodiversity conservation.Methods:We used 30-m resolution Landsat time series images and the LandTrendr algorithm on the Google Earth Engine cloud platform to map forest disturbances at an annual time scale between 1990 and 2020 and attributed causal agents of forest disturbance,including fire,logging,road construction and insects,using disturbance properties and spectral and topographic variables in the random forest model.Results:The conventional and area-adjusted overall accuracies(OAs)of the forest disturbance map were 92.3% and 97.70%±0.06%,respectively,and the OA of mapping disturbance agents was 85.80%.The estimated disturbed forest area totalled 3313.13 km^(2)(approximately 2.31% of the total forest area in 1990)from 1990 to 2020,with considerable interannual fluctuations and significant regional differences.The predominant disturbance agent was fire,which comprised approximately 83.33% of the forest area disturbance,followed by logging(12.2%),insects(2.4%)and road construction(2.0%).Massive forest disturbances occurred mainly before 2000,and the post-2000 annual disturbance area significantly dropped by 55% compared with the pre-2000 value.Conclusions:This study provided spatially explicit and retrospective information on annual forest disturbance and associated agents in the HDMR.The findings suggest that China’s logging bans in natural forests combined with other forest sustainability programmes have effectively curbed forest disturbances in the HDMR,which has implications for enhancing future forest management and biodiversity conservation.Yating Li Zhenzi Wu Xiao Xu Hui Fan Xiaojia Tong Jiang Liu 2021Forest Ecosystems2021,8,4:2

7A MIXED METHOD OF DETERMINING THETHERMAL STRESS FOR COLD ROLLER显示文摘A mixed method which combines the recent developed finite analytical method and the boundary fitting coordinate transformation method was used first to calculate the temperature field and thermal stress field of the cold roller in this paper. The following results are obtained by the calculation: thermal stresses σr=0, σθ=σz are maximum tension stress on the inner surface of the cold roller and σr=0, |σθ|=|σz| are maximum compression stress on the outer surface of the cold roller in the steady and unsteady case. Effectiveness and validity of the mixed method are checked with steady coil roller problems having theoretical solutions. The results show that good agreement is achived between the calculated value and theoretical solution,and the mixed method used in the paper is very workable. 9Biomechanical finite element analysis of typical tibiotalar arthrodesis显示文摘Tibiotalar arthrodesis(TTA)is a common surgical method for post-traumatic arthrosis and primary osteoarthrosis of ankle.Internal screw fixation exhibits such advantages of higher fusion rate and fewer complications that it has become the mainstream surgical procedure in clinics.However,there are still disputes over the choice of screw type,number and nailing method.In this study,a 3D model of tibiotalar joint was established based on CT data.Two representative types of screws were modeled according to their real objects.Preprocessing was done in Hypermesh 2017,and the finite element simulations of different surgical schemes and postoperative ankle joint movements were performed via Abaqus 2016.The stress distribution in tibiotalar joints and screws,interarticular displacement,and screw deformation were extracted for comparative analyses.The results show that:(1)the three-screw fixation scheme with smaller displacements and higher contact pressure is superior to the two-screw one;(2)the relative displacements of the tibia and talus of full-thread screw under all loads were reduced by approximately 50%compared with those of lag screw,showing better stability;(3)the 60scheme is more favorable for joint fusion and more stable under vertical load,while the 75has the best bending resistance;(4)the stress and strain distributions in screws indicate that the screw break is most likely to happen near its contact region with the bone inlet,the maximum stress reaches 212.2 MPa.This study is of great significance for the selection and optimization of the surgical plan.Fangbo Bing Chi Wei Pan Liu Zhenzi Li Yu Deng Zuoqi Zhang Shaobo Zhu 2021Medicine in Novel Technology and Devices2021,,3:0
10Plasmon Bi in-situ anchored on BiOCl nanosheets assembled microspheres towards optimized photothermal-photocatalytic performance显示文摘Interface engineering is of great importance to improve the photocatalytic performance.Herein,in-situ formation plasmon Bi/BiOCl nanosheets assembled heterojunction microspheres are fabricated via facile reductive solvothermal approach.The aldehyde group in the DMF structure is used to exert the weak reducing property of the solvent and thus strip out the metal Bi in BiOCl.The metal Bi is anchored on surface of BiOCl firmly due to in-situ formation engineered interface,which could realize efficient charge transfer channel.The resultant Bi/BiOCl heterojunctions assemblies with narrow bandgap of 3.05 eV and mesoporous structure extend the photoresponse to visible light region and could provide sufficient surface active sites.The visible-light-driven photocatalytic degradation of high-toxic norfloxacin for Bi/BiOCl heterojunctions is up to 95.5%within 20 min,representing several times that of pristine BiOCl nanosheets and the physical mixture.It is attributed to the in-situ formation of Bi/BiOCl heterojunctions and surface plasmon resonance(SPR)effect of plasmon Bi promoting charge transfer,and the obvious photothermal effect promoting the photocatalytic reaction,which are verified by experimental and density functional theory(DFT)calculations.This strategy provides ideal perspectives for fabricating metal/semiconductor heterojunctions photocatalysts with high-performance.Dongxue Song Mingxia Li Fan Yang Menghan Yu Zhenzi Li Jie Chen Xiaoshuang Zhang Wei Zhou 2024Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,2:0

133D flower-like mesoporous Bi_(4)O_(5)I_(2)/MoS_(2)Z-scheme heterojunction with optimized photothermal-photocatalytic performance显示文摘3D flower-like hierarchical mesoporous Bi_(4)O_(5)I_(2)/MoS_(2)Z-scheme layered heterojunction photocatalyst was fabricated by oil bath and hydrothermal methods.The heterojunction with narrow band gap of~1.95 eV extended the photoresponse to near-infrared region,which showed obvious photothermal effect due to the introduction of MoS_(2) with broad spectrum response.MoS_(2) nanosheets were anchored onto the surface of flower-like hierarchical mesoporous Bi_(4)O_(5)I_(2) nanosheets,thereby forming efficient layered heterojunctions,the solar-driven photocatalytic efficiency in degradation of highly toxic dichlorophenol and reduction of hexavalent chromium was improved to 98.5%and 99.2%,which was~4 and 7 times higher than that of the pristine Bi_(4)O_(5)I_(2),respectively.In addition,the photocatalytic hydrogen production rate reached 496.78 μmol h^(-1)g^(-1),which was~6 times higher than that of the pristine Bi_(4)O_(5)I_(2).The excellent photocatalytic performance can be ascribed to the promoted photothermal effect,as well as,the formation of compact Z-scheme layered heterojunctions.The 3D flower-like hierarchical mesoporous structure provided adequate surface active-sites,which was conducive to the mass transfer.Moreover,the high stability of the prepared photocatalyst further promoted its potential practical application.This strategy also provides new insights for fabricating layered Zscheme heterojunctions photocatalysts with highly photothermal-photocatalytic efficiency.Sijia Song Zipeng Xing Ke Wang Huanan Zhao Peng Chen Zhenzi Li Wei Zhou 2023Green Energy & Environment2023,8,1:0
14Adjuvant chemotherapy versus adjuvant concurrent chemoradiotherapy after radical surgery for early-stage cervical cancer:a randomized,non-inferiority,multicenter trial显示文摘We conducted a prospective study to assess the non-inferiority of adjuvant chemotherapy alone versus adjuvant concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) as an alternative strategy for patients with early-stage (FIGO 2009 stage IB–IIA) cervical cancer having risk factors after surgery. The condition was assessed in terms of prognosis, adverse effects, and quality of life. This randomized trial involved nine centers across China. Eligible patients were randomized to receive adjuvant chemotherapy or CCRT after surgery. The primary end-point was progression-free survival (PFS). From December 2012 to December 2014, 337 patients were subjected to randomization. Final analysis included 329 patients, including 165 in the adjuvant chemotherapy group and 164 in the adjuvant CCRT group. The median follow-up was 72.1 months. The three-year PFS rates were both 91.9%, and the five-year OS was 90.6% versus 90.0% in adjuvant chemotherapy and CCRT groups, respectively. No significant differences were observed in the PFS or OS between groups. The adjusted HR for PFS was 0.854 (95% confidence interval 0.415–1.757;P = 0.667) favoring adjuvant chemotherapy, excluding the predefined non-inferiority boundary of 1.9. The chemotherapy group showed a tendency toward good quality of life. In comparison with post-operative adjuvant CCRT, adjuvant chemotherapy treatment showed non-inferior efficacy in patients with early-stage cervical cancer having pathological risk factors.
