1Electrospinning of Flexible Poly(vinyl alcohol)/MXene Nanofiber-Based Humidity Sensor Self-Powered by Monolayer Molybdenum Diselenide Piezoelectric Nanogenerator显示文摘Two-dimensional material has been widely investigated for potential applications in sensor and flexible electronics.In this work,a self-powered flexible humidity sensing device based on poly(vinyl alcohol)/Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx(PVA/MXene)nanofibers film and monolayer molybdenum diselenide(MoSe2)piezoelectric nanogenerator(PENG)was reported for the first time.The monolayer MoSe_(2)-based PENG was fabricated by atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition techniques,which can generate a peak output of 35 mV and a power density of42 mW m^(-2).The flexible PENG integrated on polyethylene terephthalate(PET)substrate can harvest energy generated by different parts of human body and exhibit great application prospects in wearable devices.The electrospinned PVA/MXene nanofiber-based humidity sensor with flexible PET substrate under the driven of monolayer MoSe_(2) PENG,shows high response of~40,fast response/recovery time of 0.9/6.3 s,low hysteresis of 1.8%and excellent repeatability.The self-powered flexible humidity sensor yields the capability of detecting human skin moisture and ambient humidity.This work provides a pathway to explore the high-performance humidity sensor integrated with PENG for the self-powered flexible electronic devices.Dongyue Wang Dongzhi Zhang Peng Li Zhimin Yang Qian Mi Liandong Yu 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,4:4

4Recent genome duplications facilitate the phenotypic diversity of Hb repertoire in the Cyprinidae显示文摘Whole-genome duplications(WGDs)are an important contributor to phenotypic innovations in evolutionary history.The diversity of blood oxygen transport traits is the perfect reflection of physiological versatility for evolutionary success among vertebrates.In this study,the evolutionary changes of hemoglobin(Hb)repertoire driven by the recent genome duplications were detected in representative Cyprinidae fish,including eight diploid and four tetraploid species.Comparative genomic analysis revealed a substantial variation in both membership composition and intragenomic organization of Hb genes in these species.Phylogenetic reconstruction analyses were conducted to characterize the evolutionary history of these genes.Data were integrated with the expression profiles of the genes during ontogeny.Our results indicated that genome duplications facilitated the phenotypic diversity of the Hb gene family;each was associated with species-specific changes in gene content via gene loss and fusion after genome duplications.This led to repeated evolutionary transitions in the ontogenic regulation of Hb gene expression.Our results revealed that genome duplications helped to generate phenotypic changes in Cyprinidae Hb systems.Yi Lei Liandong Yang Haifeng Jiang Juan Chen Ning Sun Wenqi Lv Shunping He 2021Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,7:2
5A dual metal-organic framework strategy for synthesis of FeCo@NC bifunctional oxygen catalysts for clean energy application显示文摘Developing high efficient bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysts for clean energy applications like Zin-air battery(ZAB)is highly desired,because it would reduce the cost and speed up the practical application of ZAB.Here we use a dual metal-organic framework(MOF)synthesis strategy to prepare the N-doped carbon supported bimetallic FeCo nanoparticle catalysts(marked as FeCo@NC)by pyrolysis of Zn CoZIF/MIL-101(Fe)composite.The FeCo@NC exhibits remarkable electrocatalytic activity for ORR with half-wave potential of 0.89 V vs.the reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE)and robust durability for both ORR and OER(oxygen reduction reaction and oxygen evolution reaction),which is attributed to the generation of Fe_(0.26)Co_(0.74) crystalline phase and mesopores due to the dual-MOF synthesis strategy.The rechargeable ZAB based on FeCo@NC air electrode shows a maximum energy density of139.6 mW·cm^(-2) and excellent cyclic stability over 130 h,significantly surpassing the Pt and Ir-based ZAB.The present work provides a useful dual-MOF synthesis strategy for preparing high-performance multifunctional catalysts for ORR,OER and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Jun Chen Liandong Li Liu Yang Chang Chen Shitao Wang Yan Huang Dapeng Cao 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,3:2

14Controllable two-dimensional Kerr and Raman–Kerr frequency combs in microbottle resonators with selectable dispersion显示文摘We report a broadband two-dimensional(2 D) Kerr and Raman–Kerr frequency comb generation in a silica bottle resonator accounting for azimuthal and axial degrees of freedom and pioneer a method that allows for controlled and reversible switching between a four wave mixing(FWM) state and a stimulated Raman scattering state. The repetition rate of the Raman–Kerr comb is not an integer number of the free spectral range, which spans more than 242 nm with hundreds of teeth. We show that, experimentally and numerically, multiple 2 D comb regimes can be selectively accessed via dispersion engineering by exciting different orders of axial modes or modifying the curvature of the axial profile, involving cascaded FWM, Raman lasing, and Raman-assisted FWM. The effect of axial curvature on dispersion is associated with the axial mode number in bottle resonators. 18Programmed albumin nanoparticles regulate immunosuppressive pivot to potentiate checkpoint blockade cancer immunotherapy显示文摘The therapeutic efficacy of programmed cell death protein 1/programmed cell death-ligand 1(PD-1/PD-L1)blockade immunotherapy is extremely dampened by complex immunosuppressive mechanisms including regulatory T cells(Treg),M2 macrophages(M2),and prostaglandin E2(PGE2).The pivotal roles of PGE2 have been recognized by directly inactivating CD8+T cells and indirectly inducing Treg and M2.Therefore,PGE2 abolishment through inactivating cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)could be robust to sensitize tumour toward anti-PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy,which has gone into clinical trials.However,exploring this promising strategy in nanomedicine to enhance immunotherapy remains unrevealed.The key challenge to synergistically combine COX-2 inhibition and anti-PD-1/PD-L1 lies in the different pharmacokinetic profiles and the spatial obstacles since PD-1/PD-L1 interaction occurs extracellularly and COX-2 locates intracellularly.Thus,the programmed release nanoparticles(termed as Cele-BMS-NPs)are rationally designed,which are composed of pH-sensitive human serum albumin derivative,BMS-202 compound as PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor,glutathione(GSH)-activatable prodrug of celecoxib(COX-2 inhibitor).The in vitro experiments demonstrate that this smart Cele-BMS-NPs could extracellularly release BMS-202 under the acidic tumour microenvironment,and the intracellularly release of celecoxib in response to the elevated GSH concentration inside tumour cells.After systemic administration,the intratumoral infiltration of CD8+T cells is significantly enhanced and meanwhile immunosuppressive M2,Treg,and PGE2 are reduced,thereby eliciting the anti-tumour immune responses toward low immunogenic tumours and postsurgical tumour recurrences.Liandong Feng Li Yang Longjie Li Junying Xiao Nana Bie Chao Xu Jun Zhou Hongmei Liu Lu Gan Yuzhou Wu 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:1
