| 1 | Sdr4 dominates pre-harvest sprouting and facilitates adaptation to local climatic condition in Asian cultivated rice显示文摘Pre-harvest sprouting(PHS),which reduces grain yield and quality,is controlled by seed dormancy genes.Because few dormancy-related genes have been cloned,the genetic basis of seed dormancy in rice(Oryza sativa L.)remains unclear.Here,we performed a genome-wide association study and linkage mapping to dissect the genetic basis of seed dormancy in rice.Our findings suggest that Seed Dormancy4(Sdr4),a central modulator of seed dormancy,integrates the abscisic acid and gibberellic acid signaling pathways at the transcriptional level.Haplotype analysis revealed that three Sdr4 alleles in rice cultivars already existed in ancestral Oryza rufipogon accessions.Furthermore,like the semi-dwarf 1(SD1)and Rc loci,Sdr4 underwent selection during the domestication and improvement of Asian cultivated rice.The distribution frequency of the Sdr4-n allele in different locations in Asia is negatively associated with local annual temperature and precipitation.Finally,we developed functional molecular markers for Sdr4,SD1,and Rc for use in molecular breeding.Our results provide clues about the molecular basis of Sdr4-regulated seed dormancy.Moreover,these findings provide guidance for utilizing the favorable alleles of Sdr4 and Rc to synergistically boost PHS resistance,yield,and quality in modern rice varieties. | Bo Zhao Hui Zhang Tianxiao Chen Ling Ding Liying Zhang Xiali Ding Jun Zhang Qian Qian Yong Xiang | 2022 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,6: | 3 |

| 5 | Relationship between NO_2 Concentration and Meteorological Factors in the Urban Area of Wanzhou District显示文摘Firstly,the daily variations of NO2 concentration in the urban area of Wanzhou in 2012 were analyzed,and then the relationship between NO2 concentration and meteorological factors( precipitation,atmospheric pressure,wind speed,temperature,relative humidity and sunshine hours) was discussed. Finally,the multiple linear regression equation was established to predict NO2 concentration. The results showed that NO2 concentration in the urban area of Wanzhou did not exceed 80 μg /m3in most days from January 1 to December 31 in 2012. Among the six meteorological factors,NO2 concentration correlated significantly with three meteorological factors,that is,NO2 concentration correlated negatively with atmospheric pressure and wind speed but positively with relative humidity. NO2 concentration in the urban area of Wanzhou could be predicted using the multiple linear regression model. | 13 | Predicting the utilization factor of blasthole in rock roadways by random forest显示文摘The utilization factor of blasthole is a crucial indicator of the effectiveness of blasting in rock roadways.A significant value means that the explosive energy is fully utilized,the single-cycle advance is high,and the excavation rate is fast.A good blasting programme is a prerequisite for improving the utilization rate and predicting the utilization rate before blasting operations can verify the feasibility of the blasting programme.Firstly,a database of rock roadway blasting covering different geological and production conditions is estab-lished.Secondly,error analysis and the Gini coefficient method are used to weight the characteristic variables,quantify the importance of the variables and identify eight key indicators affecting the blasting hole utilization rate.Then,a random forest algorithm-based model for predicting utilization factor of blasthole is proposed,and the results of the model on the test set are:root mean square error(RMSE)is 0.0137,mean absolute error(MAE)is 0.0087,and coefficient of determination(R^(2))is 0.905.The performance of this method is com-pared with that of the neural network and support vector machine models on the test sets to verify the superiority of the random forest algorithm.Finally,to verify the generalization ability and practicality of the random forest prediction model,the model is applied to the rock roadway blasting construction of Gu Bei coal mine in Anhui Province.The results show that R2 is 0.913,so the model is reliable and accurate,which can meet the actual engineering requirements and lay the foundation for the promotion and application of this technology. | Xinmin Ma Zhenyu Chen Pan Chen Haozhang Zheng Xingyu Gao Junjie Xiang Liying Chen Yipei Huang | 2023 | Underground Space2023,,4: | 0 |
