Feature Extraction Method Based on Pseudo-Wigner-Ville Distribution for Rotational Machinery in Variable Operating Conditions显示文摘In the case of fault diagnosis for roller bearings, the conventional diagnosis approaches by using the time interval of energy impacts in time-frequency distribution or the pass-frequencies are based on the assumption that machinery operates under a constant rotational speed. However, when the rotational speed varies in the broader range, the pass-frequencies vary with the change of rotational speed and bearing faults cannot be identified by the interval of impacts. Researches related to automatic diagnosis for rotational machinery in variable operating conditions were quite few. A novel automatic feature extraction method is proposed based on a pseudo-Wigner-Ville distribution (PWVD) and an extraction of symptom parameter (SP). An extraction method for instantaneous feature spectrum is presented using the relative crossing information (RCI) and sequential inference approach, by which the feature spectrum from time-frequency distribution can be automatically, sequentially extracted. The SPs are considered in the frequency domain using the extracted feature spectrum to identify among the conditions of a machine. A method to obtain the synthetic symptom parameter is also proposed by the least squares mapping (LSM) technique for increasing the diagnosis sensitivity of SP. Practical examples of diagnosis for bearings are given in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. The verification results show that the features of bearing faults, such as the outer-race, inner-race and roller element defects have been effectively extracted, and the proposed method can be used for condition diagnosis of a machine under the variable rotational speed. | WANG Huaqing LIKe SUN Hao CHEN Peng | 2011 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,4: | 8
Mycorrhizal symbiosis modulates the rhizosphere microbiota to promote rhizobia–legume symbiosis显示文摘Plants establish symbioses with mutualistic fungi, such as arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi, and bacteria, such as rhizobia,to exchange key nutrients and thrive.Plants and symbionts have coevolved and represent vital components of terrestrial ecosystems.Plants employ an ancestral AM signaling pathway to establish intracellular symbioses, including the legume–rhizobia symbiosis,in their roots.Nevertheless, the relationship between the AM and rhizobial symbioses in native soil is poorly understood. Here,we examined how these distinct symbioses affect root-associated bacterial communities in Medicago truncatula by performing quantitative microbiota profiling(QMP)of 16S rRNA genes. We found that M.truncatula mutants that cannot establish AM or rhizobia symbiosis have an altered microbial load(quantitative abundance)in the rhizosphere and roots, and in particular that AM symbiosis is required to assemble a normal quantitative root-associated microbiota in native soil. Moreover, quantitative microbial co-abundance network analyses revealed that AM symbiosis affects Rhizobiales hubs among plant microbiota and benefits the plant holobiont.Through QMP of rhizobial rpoB and AM fungal SSU rRNA genes,we revealed a new layer of interaction whereby AM symbiosis promotes rhizobia accumulation in the rhizosphere of M.truncatula.We further showed that AM symbiosis-conditioned microbial communities within the M.truncatula rhizosphere could promote nodulation in different legume plants in native soil.Given that the AM and rhizobial symbioses are critical for crop growth, our findings might inform strategies to improve agricultural management. Moreover, our work sheds light on the co-evolution of these intracellular symbioses during plant adaptation to native soil conditions. | Xiaolin Wang Huan Feng Yayu Wang Mingxing Wang Xingguang Xie Huizhong Chang Like Wang Jicheng Qu Kai Sun Wei He Chunyan Wang Chuanchao Dai Zhaohui Chu Changfu Tian Nan Yu Xuebin Zhang Huan Liu Ertao Wang | 2021 | Molecular Plant2021,14,3: | 6

Usefulness of an algorithm for endoscopic retrieval of proximally migrated 5Fr and 7Fr pancreatic stents显示文摘BACKGROUND:Proximal migration of pancreatic stent (PMPS)is an infrequent event but its management can be technically challenging and there are no standard retrieval methods. This study aimed to determine the results of an endoscopic stent retrieval algorithm in terms of feasibility and efficacy of the endoscopic procedure. METHODS:During the period from January 2008 to December 2009,15 patients(8 women and 7 men with a mean age of 51.9 years)with PMPS were included in this study.Stent retrieval was approached initially with balloon extraction followed by rat-tooth forceps and basket.A rescue approach such as using a stent retriever was attempted when other approaches failed. RESULTS:All the PMPSs(six 5Fr,nine 7Fr)were retrieved successfully within one ERCP session.Balloon extraction was successful in 9(60%)patients.In the 6 failed cases of balloon extraction,wire-guided rat-tooth forceps grasp was successful in 4,and stone extraction basket grasp was successful in 1 in whom forceps grasp failed. One stent was finally rescued with a stent retriever when balloon extraction, forceps and basket grasp all failed. In patients with successful balloon extraction,44.4% (4/9)developed post-ERCP hyperamylasemia but none of them developed post-procedure pancreatitis. CONCLUSIONS:With this algorithm,5Fr and 7Fr PMPS were successfully retrieved in all of the patients. Most PMPSs can be safely retrieved with the commonly-used approaches in this study. Those less used approaches can be used as a rescue method. | Biao Gong,Bo Sun,Li-Xiao Hao and Like Bie Department of Gastroenterology,Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine,Shanghai 200025,China Department of Gastroenterology,Shanghai Gleneagles Medical Center,Parkway Health,Shanghai 200003,China Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery,No.455 Hospital,Shanghai 200025, China | 2011 | Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Diseases International2011,10,2: | 1
TiO_(2)-supported Single-atom Catalysts:Synthesis,Structure, and Application显示文摘In recent years,single-atom catalysts(SACs)have attracted increasing attention in catalysis. However, their stability is considerably challenging. As a result,fine-tuning the interaction of metal single atoms(SA)with different types of supports has emerged as an effective strategy for improving their thermal and chemical stabilities.Owing to its non-toxicity,cost-effectiveness,high abundance, and excellent stability,as well as presence of rich, tunable, and reliable anchor sites for metal SA,TiO_(2)has been extensively explored as a superior support for SACs.In this review, recent advances of TiO_(2)-supported SACs(M1/TiO_(2))are discussed, and synthetic strategies, structure elucidation, and catalytic applications are summarized.First, the recently developed synthetic strategies for M1/TiO_(2)arehighlighted and summarized, identifying the major challenges for the precise fabrication of M1/TiO_(2).Subsequently,key characterization techniques for the structure identification of M1/TiO_(2)are discussed.Next, catalytic applications of M1/TiO_(2)are highlighted, viz.photocatalysis, electrocatalysis, and thermocatalysis. In addition, the mechanism via geometric structures and electronic states of metal centers facilitate catalytic reactions is outlined. Finally, opportunities and challenges of M1/TiO_(2)in catalysis are discussed, which may inspire the future development of M1/TiO_(2)for multifunctional catalytic applications. | LIU Zailun SUN Like ZHANG Qitao TENG Zhenyuan SUN Hongli SU Chenliang | 2022 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2022,38,5: | 0
A universal tactic of using Lewis-base polymer-CNTs composites as additives for high performance cm2-sized and flexible perovskite solar cells显示文摘Lewis-base polymers have been widely utilized as additives to act as a template for the perovskite nucleation/crystal growth and passivate the under-coordinated Pb2+ sites. However,it is uncovered in this work that the polymer on the perovskite grain boundaries would significantly hinder the charge transport due to its low conductivity, which brings about free carrier recombination and photocurrent losses. To circumvent this issue while fully exploiting the benefits of polymers in passivating the trap states in perovskite,we incorporate highly conductive multiwall carbon nanotubes(CNTs) with Lewis-base polymers as coadditives in the perovskite film.Functionalizing the CNTs with-COOH group enables a selective hole-extraction and charge transport from perovskite to the hole transporting materials(HTM).By studying the charge transporting and recombination dynamics,we revealed the individual role of the polymer and CNTs in passivating the trap states and facilitating the charge transport, respectively. As a result, the perovskite solar cells(PSCs) with polymer-CNTs composites exhibit an impressive PCE of 21.7% for a small-area device(0.16 cm2) and 20.7% for a large-area device(1.0 cm2).Moreover,due to the superior mechanical flexibility of both polymer and CNTs,the polymer-CNTs composites incorporation in the perovskite film encourages the fabrication of flexible PSCs(f-PSCs) with an impressive PCE of 18.3%,and a strong mechanical durability by retaining 80%of the initial PCE after 1,000 times bending. In addition,we proved that the selection criteria of the polymers can be extended to other long-chain Lewis-base polymers, which opens new possibilities in design and synthesis of inexpensive material for this tactic towards the fabrication of high performance large-area PSCs and f-PSCs. | Chang Liu Jingsong Sun Xiao-Fang Jiang Like Huang Qiang Lou Yi-Bing Cheng Shulin Song Ziyi Ge | 2021 | Science China Chemistry2021,64,2: | 0
