1Efficient and Air-Stable Planar Perovskite Solar Cells Formed on Graphene-Oxide-Modified PEDOT:PSS Hole Transport Layer显示文摘As a hole transport layer, PEDOT:PSS usually limits the stability and efficiency of perovskite solar cells(PSCs) due to its hygroscopic nature and inability to block electrons. Here, a graphene-oxide(GO)-modified PEDOT:PSS hole transport layer was fabricated by spin-coating a GO solution onto the PEDOT:PSS surface. PSCs fabricated on a GO-modified PEDOT:PSS layer exhibited a power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 15.34%, which is higher than 11.90% of PSCs with the PEDOT:PSS layer.Furthermore, the stability of the PSCs was significantly improved, with the PCE remaining at 83.5% of the initial PCE values after aging for 39 days in air. The hygroscopic PSS material at the PEDOT:PSS surface was partlyremoved during spin-coating with the GO solution, which improves the moisture resistance and decreases the contact barrier between the hole transport layer and perovskite layer. The scattered distribution of the GO at the PEDOT:PSS surface exhibits superior wettability, which helps to form a high-quality perovskite layer with better crystallinity and fewer pin holes. Furthermore, the hole extraction selectivity of the GO further inhibits the carrier recombination at the interface between the perovskite and PEDOT:PSS layers. Therefore, the cooperative interactions of these factors greatly improve the light absorption of the perovskite layer, the carrier transport and collection abilities of the PSCs, and especially the stability of the cells.Hui Luo Xuanhuai Lin Xian Hou Likun Pan Sumei Huang Xiaohong Chen 2017Nano-Micro Letters2017,9,4:10
2Pitting corrosion of 2Cr13 stainless steel in deep-sea environment显示文摘Pitting corrosion of 2Cr13 stainless steel was investigated by deep-sea exposure test at various depths of 500 m,800 m and 1200 m in the South China Sea for 4 months. With the aid of electrochemical measurements in simulated deep-sea environments and grey relational analysis, the influence of deepsea environments on passive film and the mechanism of pitting corrosion were discussed. The results indicated that with the increase of sea depth, pitting depth of 2Cr13 stainless steel increased, which can be attributed to the change of chemical composition and the degradation of pitting resistance of passive film.Film growth was greatly retarded in the condition of low seawater temperature and low dissolved oxygen content of deep sea, resulting in an unstable and vulnerable film.Pitting depth was most influenced by hydrostatic pressure, which can increase the adsorption and penetration of Cl-ion,and promote the proliferation of point defects in passive film, leading to rapid deconstruction of protective oxides of the film.Pitting sensitivity of 2Cr13 stainless steel increased eventually with the combination of accelerated dissolution and suppressed self-healing of passive film in deep sea.Xinhua Wang Lin Fan Kangkang Ding Likun Xu Weimin Guo Jian Hou Tigang Duan 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,5:6
3PD-L1 expression and its effect on clinical outcomes of EGFRmutant NSCLC patients treated with EGFR-TKIs显示文摘Objective:Epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)activation was reported to upregulate programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1)expression in lung cancer cells and subsequently contribute to immune escape, indicating its critical role in EGFR-driven lung tumors. This study characterized PD-L1 expression in patients with surgically resected EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).The effect of PD-L1 expression on clinical outcomes was also investigated in advanced EGFR-mutant NSCLC treated with EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs).Methods:In total,73 patients with surgically resected NSCLC and EGFR mutations were identified.PD-L1 expression and CD8+tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte(TIL)density were assessed by immunohistochemistry.A literature review of publications that assessed the predictive and prognostic value of PD-L1 expression in advanced EGFR-mutant NSCLC patients treated with EGFR-TKIs was performed.Results:Nineteen(26.0%)patients were positive for PD-L1 expression, which was significantly associated with concomitant KRAS mutation(P=0.020)and marginally associated with higher CD8+TILs density(P=0.056).Positive PD-L1 expression was associated with markedly inferior overall survival(OS)in multivariate analysis(P=0.032).The combination of PD-L1 and CD8+TILs expression could be used to stratify the population into three groups with distinct prognoses.A meta-analysis of six publications showed that positive PD-L1 expression was not associated with OS[hazard ratio(HR)=0.90;95%confidence interval(CI),0.42–1.38]or progression-free survival(HR=1.03;95 CI,0.73–1.33)in advanced EGFR-mutant NSCLC patients receiving EGFR-TKIs.Conclusions:PD-L1 expression tended to correlate with CD8+TIL expression, concomitant KRAS mutation, and poor survival in surgically resected EGFR-mutant NSCLC.PD-L1 expression was neither the predictive nor the prognostic factor in advanced EGFR-mutant NSCLC patients treated with EGFR-TKIs.Yuchen Bai Xiaoxia Chen Likun Hou Jun Qian Tao Jiang Caicun Zhou Maciej Ciebiada 2018Cancer Biology & Medicine2018,15,4:5
4Identify Can didate Genes in the Interactio n betwee n Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus by Using Biomedical Discovery Support System显示文摘Objective To explore the candidate genes that play significant roles in the interconnection between abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA)and type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods We used the Biomedical Discovery Support System(BITOLA)to screen out the candidate intermediate molecular(CIM)'Gene or Gene Product”that are related to AAA and DM.The dataset of GSE13760,GSE7084,GSE57691,GSE47472 were used to analyze the differentially expressed genes(DEGs)of AAA and DM compared to the healthy status. We used the online tool ofVenny 2.1 assisted by manual checking to identify the overlapped DEGs with the CIMs.The Human eFP Browser was applied to examine the tissue specific expression levels of the detected genes in order to recognize strong expressed genes in both human artery and pancreatic tissue. Results There were 86 CIMs suggested by the closed BITOLA system.Among all the DEGs of AAA and DM,8 genes in GSE7084(ISG20,ITGAX,DSTN,CCL5,CCR5,AGTR1,CD19,CD44)and 2 genes in GSE 13760(PSMD12,FAS)were found to be overlapped with the 86 CIMs.By manual checking and comparing with tissuespecific gene data through Human eFP Browser, the gene PSMD12(proteasome 26S subunit,non-ATPase 12)was recognized to be strongly expressed in both the aorta and pancreatic tissue. Conclusion We proposed a hypothesis through text mining that PSMD12 might be involved or potentially involved in the interconnection between AAA and DM,which may provide a new clue for studies on novel therapeutic strategies for the two diseases.Honglin Zu Likun Hou Hongwei Liu Yuanbo Zhan Ju He 2021Chinese Medical Sciences Journal2021,36,1:1
