| 2 | Efficacy of Metoprolol Succinate Sustained Release Tablets Combined with Wenxin Granules in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Arrhythmia显示文摘Objective:To explore the effect of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets combined with Wenxin Granules in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with arrhythmia.Methods:The research objects were 50 patients with arrhythmia who were treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(Wenxin Granule+metoprolol succinate treatment)and control group(metoprolol succinate treatment),25 cases in each group.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,there was no significant difference in rnn50,RMSSD,sdnni and SDANN between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the SDNN in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the above indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 92.00%and 68.00%respectively,and the curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia,Wenxin Granule Combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets has significant effect,which can effectively improve the dynamic electrocardiogram indexes of patients,improve the clinical efficacy,and has high safety. | Guangqing Zhao Liling Yao | 2021 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2021,5,2: | 1 |
| 3 | Hyperspectral detection of walnut protein contents based on improved whale optimized algorithm显示文摘Nondestructive and accurate estimation of walnut kernel protein content is important for food quality grading and profitability improvement of walnut packinghouses.Hyperspectral image technology provides potential solutions for walnuts nutrients detection by obtaining both spectral and textural information.However,the redundancy and large computation of spectral data prevent the widespread application of hyperspectral technology for high throughput evaluation.For walnut kernel protein inversion from hyperspectral image,this study proposed a novel feature selection method,which is named as improved whale optimized algorithm(IWOA).In the IWOA,a comprehensive feature selection criterion was applied in the iterative process,which fully considered the relevance of spectra information with target variables,representative ability of the selected wavebands to entire spectra,and redundancy of the selected wavebands.Especially in the relevance with target variables,the amplitude and shape characteristics of the spectra were both taken into consideration.Eight wavelengths around 996,1225,1232,1377,1552,1600,1691 and 1700 nm were then selected as the sensitive wavelengths to walnut protein.These wavelengths showed good correlation with certain chemical compounds related to protein contents mechanistically.Then three protein prediction models were established.After analysis and comparison,the model based on the selected wavelengths got better results with the one based on the full spectrum.Compared to the models based on solely spectral information,the model that combine spectral and textural information outperformed and got the best prediction results.The R2 in the calibration group was 0.9047,and the root mean square errors(RMSE)was 11.1382 g/kg.In the validation group,the R2 was 0.8537,and the RMSE was 18.9288 g/kg.The results demonstrated that the combination of the selected wavelengths through the IWOA with the textural characteristics could effectively estimate walnut protein contents.And the proposed method can be extended to the detection and inversion of other nutritional variables of nuts. | Yao Zhang Zezhong Tian Wenqiang Ma Man Zhang Liling Yang | 2022 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,4: | 0 |

| 5 | Intervention Value of Unprotected Midwifery Nursing in Natural Delivery of Primipara显示文摘Objective:This paper mainly explores the application value of unprotected midwifery care for primipara natural childbirth.Methods:120 primiparas in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were divided into routine group and Research Group,60 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine perineal protection midwifery,and the Research Group was given routine midwifery nursing.The nursing intervention effects of the two groups were compared statistically.Results:After statistics,VAS score and bleeding volume of perineal pain in the Research Group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the length of hospital stay in the Research Group was less than that in the conventional group,P<0.05;There was no significant difference in the time of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor between the Research Group and the conventional group(P>0.05);The incidence of complications in the Research Group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of unprotected midwifery nursing intervention in primipara natural childbirth is significant. | Liling Yao Guangqing Zhao | 2021 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2021,5,2: | 0 |
