1Two Ultraviolet Radiation Datasets that Cover China显示文摘Ultraviolet(UV) radiation has significant effects on ecosystems, environments, and human health, as well as atmospheric processes and climate change. Two ultraviolet radiation datasets are described in this paper. One contains hourly observations of UV radiation measured at 40 Chinese Ecosystem Research Network stations from 2005 to 2015. CUV3 broadband radiometers were used to observe the UV radiation, with an accuracy of 5%, which meets the World Meteorology Organization's measurement standards. The extremum method was used to control the quality of the measured datasets. The other dataset contains daily cumulative UV radiation estimates that were calculated using an all-sky estimation model combined with a hybrid model. The reconstructed daily UV radiation data span from 1961 to 2014. The mean absolute bias error and root-mean-square error are smaller than 30% at most stations, and most of the mean bias error values are negative, which indicates underestimation of the UV radiation intensity. These datasets can improve our basic knowledge of the spatial and temporal variations in UV radiation. 6Pelagic Manganese Nodules--A New Type of Oncolites显示文摘Pelagic manganese nodules from the East Pacific Ocean have been studied using polarizing,scanning electron and transmission electron microscopes. It has been revealed that the manganesenodules are composed of cores and stromatolite coatings. The structures and textures of thesenodules are peculiar to oncolite. Consequently, the pelagic manganese nodules are manganeseoncolites. Based on the stromatolites in the coatings, the manganese oncolites from the East Paci-fic Ocean can be divided into two types. One is smooth on surface and dense inside. Its coatingsare composed mainly of Minima. The other has a knobby surface and is loose internally. Itscoatings consist mainly of Admirabilis. The TEM investigation has also revealed that the con-structors of the manganese oncolites are ultra-microbes. 8Investigation of adsorption/desorption behavior of Cr(Ⅵ) at the presence of inorganic and organic substance in membrane capacitive deionization(MCDI)显示文摘The adsorption and desorption behavior of Cr(Ⅵ) in membrane capacitive deionization(MCDI) was investigated systematically in the presence of bovine serum albumin(BSA) and KCl with different concentrations, respectively. Results revealed that Cr(Ⅵ) absorption was enhanced and the adsorption amount for Cr(Ⅵ) increased from 155.7 to 190.8 mg/g when KCl concentration increased from 100 to 200 mg/L in the adsorption process, which was attributed to the stronger driving force. However, the adsorption amount sharply decreased to 90.2 mg/g when KCl concentration reached up to 1000 mg/L suggesting the negative effect for Cr(Ⅵ) removal that high KCl concentration had. As for the effect of BSA on ion adsorption, the amount for Cr(Ⅵ) significantly declined to 78.3 mg/g and p H was found to be an important factor contributing to this significant reduction. Then, the desorption performance was also conducted and it was obtained that the presence of KCl had negligible effect on Cr(Ⅵ) desorption, while promoted by the addition of BSA. The incomplete desorption was obtained and the residual chromium ions onto the electrode after desorption was detected via energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS). 9吉西他滨联合顺铂在局部晚期肺癌术前诱导化疗的疗效分析(英文)显示文摘Objective:The purpose of this study was to assess the curative effect and adverse reaction of preoperative induction chemotherapy with gemcitabine combined with cisplatin for locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:This prospective randomized controlled trial included 115 patients with locally advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into experimental and control groups and were treated from January 2007 to January 2010.The experimental group of 63 cases was treated with two cycles of induction chemotherapy before operation,radical surgery had been performed about three weeks after completion of chemotherapy,followed by received two cycles of chemotherapy.And the control group(52 cases) was treated at first with radical surgery,then treated with four cycles of chemotherapy.Two groups of the cases received routine thoracic radiotherapy with a total dose of 45 Gy.One cycle of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin regimen included gemcitabine 1000 mg/m2 on day 1 and day 8 and cisplatin 25 mg/m2 on day 1,day 2 and day 3 by intravenous infusion,with 21 days as one cycle.The tumor recurrence was evaluated by chest CT and abdominal B-ultrasound.Efficacy and toxicity results were compared by two groups.Results:All patients were followed up for three months to two years.The surgical stage of the experimental group reduced,two-years disease-free survival and postoperative recovery in the experimental group were better than in the control group,the difference was statistical significant.Toxicity and side effect after chemotherapy were mainly bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reactions,other complications included thrombocytopenia,leukopenia,anemia,liver and kidney dysfunction were no significant difference in two groups.Conclusion:Preoperative induction chemotherapy with gemcitabine combined with cisplatin for locally advanced lung cancer can reduce the surgical staging and extend the postoperative disease-free survival.Ojanping Li Jianjun Wang Jun Zhang Chengyi Lin 2012The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2012,11,5:0
10Hot-melt extrusion promotes dissolution,extends“spring-parachute”process and inhibits crystallization in supersaturating microparticle systems显示文摘Despite the potential advantages of amorphism-induced supersaturation,the merit of new amorphiza-tion formation methods on the properties of the amorphous drug including the stability of the amor-phous state,dissolution/solubility,supersaturation,and'spring-parachute'process is still poorly understood,particularly for certain amorphous supersaturating drug delivery systems(aSDDS).The present work aimed to explore the detailed merit of current attractive amorphization manufacturing methods(i.g.,hot-melt extrusion(HME)technique)on the property improvement of aSDDS in form of amorphous solid dispersion microparticles by employing a model Bcs II drug nitrendipine and a polyvinylpyrrolidone-based model polymer copovidone.Many asDDS systems were developed by various methods,and their physicochemical properties were characterized by SEM,PXRD and DSC.HME-triggered amorphization induced superior supersaturation by the observation of the highest dissolution and solubility.HME induced the optimal supersaturation duration by the observed greatest extension of'spring-parachute'process(e.g,maximum AUCspring-parachute).HME technique is comparable with other techniques for the stabilization of amorphous state during storage.All aSDDS systems by HME and other methods showed improved long-term stability of the amorphous state in comparison to the pure amorphous drug.Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy,Noyes-Whitney equation,nucleation theory and Gibbs free energy of transfer(△G)were used to analyze the underlying mechanisms.Mo-lecular mechanism studies indicated that HME caused a stronger crystallization inhibition effect in the asDDS systems than other methods,but molecular interaction is not a dominant mechanism for property enhancement caused by HME.For the mechanism associated with the polymer itself(PVPVA64),it could inhibit the drug recrystallization,solubilize the drug spontaneously and cause the improved molecular interactions in all aSDDS systems.This study provided a deep insight into detailed advantage of HME-triggered supersaturation/amorphization and facilitated the applications of the technique both in the field of particuology and in pharmaceutical industry.Yanfei Zhang Huifeng Zhang Huan Yu Yinghui Ma Chengyi Hao Xiaoying Lin Yong Zhang Zhengqiang Li Xianrong Qi Jia Zeng Nianqiu Shi 2023Particuology2023,,7:0
11Ultralow Interfacial Thermal Resistance of Graphene Thermal Interface Materials with Surface Metal Liquefaction显示文摘Developing advanced thermal interface materials(TIMs)to bridge heat-generating chip and heat sink for constructing an efficient heat transfer interface is the key technology to solve the thermal management issue of high-power semiconductor devices.Based on the ultra-high basal-plane thermal conductivity,graphene is an ideal candidate for preparing high-performance TIMs,preferably to form a vertically aligned structure so that the basal-plane of graphene is consistent with the heat transfer direction of TIM.However,the actual interfacial heat transfer efficiency of currently reported vertically aligned graphene TIMs is far from satisfactory.In addition to the fact that the thermal conductivity of the vertically aligned TIMs can be further improved,another critical factor is the limited actual contact area leading to relatively high contact thermal resistance(20-30 K mm^(2) W^(−1))of the“solid-solid”mating interface formed by the vertical graphene and the rough chip/heat sink.To solve this common problem faced by vertically aligned graphene,in this work,we combined mechanical orientation and surface modification strategy to construct a three-tiered TIM composed of mainly vertically aligned graphene in the middle and micrometer-thick liquid metal as a cap layer on upper and lower surfaces.Based on rational graphene orientation regulation in the middle tier,the resultant graphene-based TIM exhibited an ultra-high thermal conductivity of 176 W m^(−1) K^(−1).Additionally,we demonstrated that the liquid metal cap layer in contact with the chip/heat sink forms a“liquid-solid”mating interface,significantly increasing the effective heat transfer area and giving a low contact thermal con-ductivity of 4-6 K mm^(2) W^(−1) under packaging conditions.This finding provides valuable guidance for the design of high-performance TIMs based on two-dimensional materials and improves the possibility of their practical application in electronic thermal management.Wen Dai Xing-Jie Ren Qingwei Yan Shengding Wang Mingyang Yang Le Lv Junfeng Ying Lu Chen Peidi Tao Liwen Sun Chen Xue Jinhong Yu Chengyi Song Kazuhito Nishimura Nan Jiang Cheng-Te Lin 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,1:0

13A ratiometric fluorescent probe for hypoxanthine detection in aquatic products based on the enzyme mimics and fluorescence of cobalt-doped carbon nitride显示文摘A ratiometric fluorescent probe for hypoxanthine(Hx)detection was established based on the mimic enzyme and fluorescence characteristics of cobalt-doped graphite-phase carbon nitride(Co doped g-C_(3)N_(4)).In addition to emitting strong fluorescence,the peroxidase activity of Co doped g-C_(3)N_(4)can catalyze the reaction of O-phenylenediamine and H_(2)O_(2)to produce diallyl phthalate which can emit yellow fluorescence at 570 nm.Through the decomposition of Hx by xanthine oxidase,Hx can be indirectly detected by the generating hydrogen peroxide based on the measurement of fluorescent ratio I(F_(570)/F_(370)).The linear range was 1.7-272.2 mg/kg(R^(2)=0.997),and the detection limit was 1.52 mg/kg(3σ/K,n=9).The established method was applied to Hx detection in bass,grass carp,and shrimp,and the data were verified by HPLC.The result shows that the established probe is sensitive,accurate,and reliable,and can be used for Hx detection in aquatic products.Xin Wang Chengyi Hong Zhengzhong Lin Zhiyong Huang 2024Food Science and Human Wellness2024,13,2:0

15Strong Coupling of Magnetism and Lattice Induces Near-Zero Thermal Expansion over Broad Temperature Windows in ErFe10V2−xMox Compounds显示文摘Alloys with low thermal expansion could overcome thermal stress issues under temperature-fluctuated conditions and possess important application prospects,while they are restricted to finite chemical components and temperature windows.In this study,we report a novel class of near-zero thermal expansion(near ZTE)alloys,ErFe_(10)V_(2−x)Mo_(x),over a wide temperature range(120–440 K).Neutron diffraction and magnetic measurements demonstrated that the ErFe_(10)V_(2−x)Mo_(x)compounds exhibited complex ferrimagnetic(FIM)structures below Curie temperature(TC).The near-ZTE behaviors were closely related to the itinerant Fe 3d moments in the collinear FIM states,as well as the geometric[−Fe−Fe−]linkages.Further,X-ray absorption near-edge structure(XANES)spectra revealed that the nonmagnetic substitution changed the electronic valence states of Fe atoms,which,in turn,changed Fe 3d moments and TC,hence,regulating the thermal expansion behaviors.Our work provides an insight into chemical modifications of thermal expansion in magnetic intermetallic compounds.Wenjie Li Kun Lin Yili Cao Chengyi Yu Chin-Wei Wang Xinzhi Liu Kenichi Kato Yilin Wang Jiaou Wang Qiang Li Jun Chen Jinxia Deng Hongjie Zhang Xianran Xing 2021CCS Chemistry2021,3,3:0
