| 2 | AN ANT COLONY ALGORITHM FOR YARD TRUCK SCHEDULING AND YARD LOCATION ASSIGNMENT PROBLEMS WITH PRECEDENCE CONSTRAINTS显示文摘This paper examines the yard truck scheduling,the yard location assignment for discharging containers,and the quay crane scheduling in container terminals.Taking into account the practical situation,we paid special attention to the loading and discharging precedence relationships between containers in the quay crane operations.A Mixed Integer Program(MIP) model is constructed,and a two-stage heuristic algorithm is proposed.In the first stage an Ant Colony Optimization(ACO) algorithm is employed to generate the yard location assignment for discharging containers.In the second stage,the integration of the yard truck scheduling and the quay crane scheduling is a flexible job shop problem,and an efficient greedy algorithm and a local search algorithm are proposed. | 3 | An On-Demand Security Mechanism for Cloud-Based Telecommunications Services显示文摘As cloud computing gains in popularity, data migrated off premises is exposed to more threats than ever before. This is because data is out of control of the owner while floating in the cloud. Traditional device-centric security systems are not efficient enough and need to be evolved to data-centric protection systems. Cloud telecommunications services require security measures in three domains: data storage, processing, and transmission. Data stored in the cloud requires a mechanism to protect it; data in transit needs to be protected either at the service or transmission level; and data being processed needs to be protected during the processing stage. | 5 | How can the Dual-atom Catalyst FeCo-NC Surpass Singleatom Catalysts Fe-NC/Co-NC in CO_(2) RR?-CO Intermediate Assisted Promotion via a Synergistic Effect显示文摘Atomically dispersed catalysts are widely adopted in CO_(2)reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)due to maximal atomic utilization and high catalytic activity.Dual-atom catalysts(DACs),with more dispersed active sites and distinct electronic structures compared with single-atom catalysts(SACs),may exhibit diverse catalytic performance.Herein,the DAC FeCo-NC and SAC Fe-NC/Co-NC are employed as probes to explore DACs advantage in CO_(2)RR.Results show that the moderate interaction between the dual-atom center and N coordination balances structural stability and catalytic activity.CO is the only product on Fe-NC/Co-NC,and the high limiting potentials from−1.22 to−1.67 V inhibit further reduction.FeCo-NC assisted with CO intermediate exhibits low limiting potentials of−0.64 V for both CH_(3)OH and CH 4,comparable to those on Cu-based catalysts.Under circumstance of applied potentials,CO_(2)RR on FeCo-NC has greater advantages in yielding CH_(3)OH and CH 4 than that on Fe-NC/Co-NC,and hydrogen evolution reaction is severely inhibited.The intrinsic essence is that dual-atom center can provide large spin-polarization and multi-electron transfer capability,rendering CO intermediates as effective electronic and geometric modifiers in CO_(2)RR.This work highlights FeCo-NC as a high-performance CO_(2)RR catalyst toward deep-reduction C1 products and elucidates CO intermediate assisted promotion mechanism via a dual-atom synergistic effect. | Shoufu Cao Sainan Zhou Hongyu Chen Shuxian Wei Siyuan Liu Xiaojing Lin Xiaodong Chen Zhaojie Wang Wenyue Guo Xiaoqing Lu | 2023 | Energy & Environmental Materials2023,6,1: | 1 |

| 10 | Crystallographic studies on the binding of coenzyme analogs to D-glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase from Palinurus versicolor显示文摘In contrast with the coezyme, two coenzyme analogs, ADP-ribose and SNAD, bind non-cooperatively to D-glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH). Palinurus versicolor (PV) GAPDH complexed with ADP-ribose and SNAD has been crystallized by the method of sitting-drop vapor diffusion. X-ray diffraction data analysis reveals that both crystals belong to the same space group (C2), and have similar cell dimensions: a =152.80 A, b =100.35 A, c =128.31 A, β=110.28° and a =153.41 A, b =100.51 A, c =128.44 A, β =110.48°, respectively. It is estimated that the asymmetric unit in each crystal contains 4 subunits. This is a novel crystal form which is quite different from that previously reported for holo- and apo-GAPDH from the same spurce. The result suggests that the binding of the two coenzyme analogs to GAPDH may lead to some significant conformational changes, which are different from those induced by the coenzyme binding.
