1Progresses on microwave remote sensing of land surface parameters显示文摘Highly accurate observations at various scales on the land surface are urgently needed for the studies of many areas,such as hydrology,meteorology,and agriculture.With the rapid development of remote sensing techniques,remote sensing has had the capacity of monitoring many factors of the Earth's land surface.Especially,the space-borne microwave remote sensing systems have been widely used in the quantitative monitoring of global snow,soil moisture,and vegetation parameters with their all-weather,all-time observation capabilities and their sensitivities to the characteristics of land surface factors.Based on the electromagnetic theories and microwave radiative transfer equations,researchers have achieved great successes in the microwave remote sensing studies for different sensors in recent years.This article has systematically reviewed the progresses on five research areas including microwave theoretical modeling,microwave inversion on soil moisture,snow,vegetation and land surface temperatures.Through the further enrichment of remote sensing datasets and the development of remote sensing theories and inversion techniques,remote sensing including microwave remote sensing will play a more important role in the studies and applications of the Earth systems.SHI JianCheng DU Yang DU JinYang JIANG LingMei CHAI LinNa MAO KeBiao XU Peng NI WenJian XIONG Chuan LIU Qiang LIU ChenZhou GUO Peng CUI Qian LI YunQing CHEN Jing WANG AnQi LUO HeJia WANG YinHui 2012Science China Earth Sciences2012,55,7:24
2The foxtail millet Si69 gene is a Wali7 (wheat aluminum-induced protein 7) homologue and may function in aluminum tolerance显示文摘We isolated a clone, named Si69, from a foxtail millet immature seed cDNA library. The protein encoded by Si69 contains a conserved Wali7 (wheat aluminum induced protein 7) domain and shares high-level homology with aluminum-induced proteins from other species including rice and Arabidopsis. The Si69 gene presents as a single locus in foxtail millet genome and is globally expressed in all tissues examined. Its expression is up-regulated by aluminum. The sequence feature and expression pattern suggest that the Si69 gene is involved in aluminum tolerance or detoxification. To confirm its biological functions, Si69 controlled by the CaMV35S promoter was introduced into Arabidopsis. Transgenic plants did not show any visible morphological changes compared to wild-type plants under normal growth conditions. However, when treated with 20 or 50 μmol/L Aluminum (Al), the root apices of wild-type plants were heavily stained by hematoxylin, whereas those of Si69 transgenic plants were not stained when treated with 20 μmol/L Al and slightly stained when treated with 50 μmol/L Al. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results further demonstrated that the damage of the root apices was se- verer in wild-type plants than in transgenic plants. Inhibition of root growth and accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA), an indicator of lipid peroxidation, were lower in transgenic plants than in wild-type plants. 3Viscoelasticity of Asphalt Modified With Packaging Waste Expended Polystyrene显示文摘In view of environmental and economic aspect,asphalt was modified with recycled packaging waste expended polystyrene(WEPS)instead of common polymer.The differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),rotational viscometer and dynamic shear rheology(DSR)were used to analyze and evaluate the viscoelasticity of modified asphalt.Results indicate that the sensitivity of modified asphalt to temperature is decreased while the rut resistance of asphalt is increased.In addition,the viscoelasticity of asphalt is improved after the modification with WEPS.Besides,the modified asphalt has high viscosity at low temperature and low viscosity at high temperature,which is favorable for construction.Changqing Fang Linna Jiao Jingbo Hu Qian Yu Dagang Guo Xing Zhou Ruien Yu 2014Journal of Materials Science & Technology2014,30,9:3
4cFos-ANAB:A cFos-based Web Tool for Exploring Activated Neurons and Associated Behaviors显示文摘cFos is one of the most widely-studied genes in the field of neuroscience.Currently,there is no systematic database focusing on cFos in neuroscience.We developed a curated database-cFos-ANAB-a cFos-based web tool for exploring activated neurons and associated behaviors in rats and mice,comprising 398 brain nuclei and sub-nuclei,and five associated behaviors:pain,fear,feeding,aggression,and sexual behavior.Direct relationships among behaviors and nuclei(even cell types)under specific stimulating conditions were constructed based on cFos expression profiles extracted from original publications.Moreover,overlapping nuclei and sub-nuclei with potentially complex functions among different associated behaviors were emphasized,leading to results serving as important clues to the development of valid hypotheses for exploring as yet unknown circuits.Using the analysis function of cFos-ANAB,multi-layered pictures of networks and their relationships can quickly be explored depending on users’purposes.These features provide a useful tool and good reference for early exploration in neuroscience.The cFos-ANAB database is available at www.cfos-db.net.Fan Wang Wenjie Sun Lei Chang Kefang Sun Leying Hou Linna Qian Chaoyin Jin Jiandong Chen Jiali Pu Panmeng Ye Shuang Qiu Jianhong Luo Shumin Duan Baorong Zhang Zhihua Gao Xiaojun Hu 2021Neuroscience Bulletin2021,37,10:0
5Electrochemical synthesis of dipyrazolo/dipyrimidine-fused pyridines via oxidative domino cyclization of C(sp^(3))–H bonds显示文摘An electrochemically oxidative domino cyclization reaction of methyl azaarenes/ketones with pyrazol-5-amines and 6-amino-pyrimidine-2,4-diones was developed, providing a variety of dipyrazolo[3,4-b:4’,3’-e]pyridines and dipyrimidine-fused pyridines with moderate to good yields. The reaction involved two C–C bond formations and one C–N bond formation in one pot. 6Pure Red Cell Aplasia Caused by Parvovirus B19 in Patients with Human Immunodeficiency Virus Infection: A Series of Four Cases显示文摘Parvovirus B19(B19V)infection can cause pure red cell aplasia(PRCA)in patients with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection.Intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG)is a preferred treatment option.From July 2019 to March 2022,four patients with HIV infection were admitted to Guangzhou Eighth People’s Hospital with dizziness and fatigue and were diagnosed with PRCA.Blood investigations revealed severe anemia and the B19V genome.Therefore,the four patients were diagnosed with B19V-induced PRCA.All four patients received red blood cell transfusion in the setting of antiretroviral therapy,and two of the four patients received intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG).After 3-7 months of treatment,all four patients recovered,although two did not receive IVIG.This suggests that IVIG is not always necessary for the treatment of PRCA in patients with HIV infection and that effective antiretroviral therapy and immunological reconstitution play an important role in the eradication of parvovirus.Feilong Xu Yulong Wang Linjin Fan Yaozu He Xiejie Chen Pengfei Ye Linna Liu Jun Qian Linghua Li 2023Infectious Diseases & Immunity2023,3,3:0
