1A review on China's constructed wetlands in recent three decades:Application and practice显示文摘Constructed wetlands(CWs)have been introduced to and developed in China for environmental engineering over the most prosperous three decades(1990–2020).To study the origin,development process,and future trend of CWs,this review summarized a wide range of literatures between 1990 and 2020 by Chinese authors.Firstly,the publication number over years,research highlights,and the author contributions with the most published papers in this field were conducted through bibliometric analysis.Secondly,the most principal components of CWs,substrates and macrophytes were summarized and analyzed.Thirdly,the typical application cases from traditional CWs,pond systems to combined pond-wetland systems were presented.In China,CWs were predominately distributed in the east of the so-called'Hu Huanyong Line'.Therefore CWs were limited by the socio-economic level and climatic conditions.It is unquestionable that the overall level of China's CWs has improved significantly,and one of the most prominent features has started towards the plural pattern development.There has been a trend of large-scale or low-cost CW application in the recent years.However,lifecycle research and management are required for better strategies in the future.Hong Zhang Wenzhong Tang Weidong Wang Wei Yin Honglei Liu Xiaomin Ma Yiqi Zhou Pei Lei Dongyang Wei Litian Zhang Cao Liu Jinmiao Zha 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,6:13

8Research and applications of biochip technologies显示文摘Biochip as a new research field has enjoyed its rapid development in the past 10 years. Using microfabrication technology, thousands or hundred thousands of biological molecules can be assembled on a centimeter square microchip. 14Design and fabrication of a silicon miniature condenser microphone显示文摘Micromachining miniature microphone is one of the most challenging tasks in research and development today. For micromachining membrane, there is a significant internal (residual) stress, which strongly decreases the mechanical sensitivity of membrane. As predicted by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, a corrugated diaphragm can greatly increase the mechanical sensitivity of the microphone diaphlagms due to the reduction of the initial stress effect without changing the process conditions. A silicon condenser miniature for crophone with corrugated diaphragm has been designed, fabricated and tested. The fabrication process is simple, efficient and fully compatible with standard IC process. Wafer level measurement has been carried out. An open circuit sensitivity of 40 my/Pa up to 7 kHz could be achieved under a low bias voltage of 10 V with only 1.5× 1.5 mm2 chip area. 16Fast RSA decryption through high-radix scalable Montgomery modular multipliers显示文摘This paper improves the quotient-pipelined high radix scalable Montgomery modular multiplier by processing w-bit and k-bit words in carry save form instead of some(w + k)-bit length operands. It directly reduces both the critical path and the area overhead of the original processing elements. Then based on this improved high-radix scalable Montgomery modular multiplier, we propose an efficient hardware architecture for RSA decryption with Chinese Remainder Theorem. With simple configuration logics, the hardware unit works in three modes:(1) scalable modular reduction for precomputation,(2) scalable Montgomery modular multiplication for modular exponentiation, where an approximation method is developed to reduce the expanded result below the modulus, and(3) scalable multiplication for post-processing. Hardware implementation shows that the proposed architecture is optimal with reference to the literature in terms of speed, area, and frequency.A 4096-bit RSA decryption in XC2V6000-6 FPGA can be completed in 11.05 ms with 14041 slices/17409 LUTs,128 16 × 16 multipliers, and 70 kbits of block RAMs. Finally, by the use of Montogmery powering ladder the modular exponentiation unit based on the improved high radix scalable Montgomery modular multiplier can be built resistant to fault and simple power attacks. 17Exosomal lncRNA LINC01268 promotes pancreatic cancer progression via the miR-217-KIF2A-PI3K/AKT axis显示文摘Pancreatic cancer(PaCa)is one of the most aggressive and lethal malignancies with rapid progression and poor prognosis with the 5-year survival rate remaining less than 5%because approximately 80%of PaCa patients are diagnosed at an advanced stage and lose the chance of curative resection.1 Accumulated evidence has revealed that noncoding RNAs(ncRNAs)are involved in the pathogenesis of PaCa and serve as potential biomarkers for PaCa.2,3 Exosomal lncRNAs also play a vital role in tumorigenesis and some exosomal lncRNAs have been reported to accelerate tumor progression.4 In this study,we first employed RNA-seq of PaCa plasma samples to identify significantly differentially expressed lncRNAs in PaCa patients and revealed that LINC01268 was up-regulated in PaCa tumor tissues and plasma.LINC01268 is an emerging lncRNA associated with glioma malignancy grade.5 Thus.we further analyzed the malignant biological behaviors of this lncRNA in PaCa and found that LINC01268 promoted cell proliferation,migration,and invasion as an oncogene,which promoted epithelial–mesenchymal transition(EMT)in PaCa via the miR-217-KIF2A-PI3K/AKT axis.Shanshan Liu Yang Di Qiuyue Li Litian Chen Yan Ma Xiaomeng He Christopher Corpe Xiaoyan Zhang Jianqing Xu Jin Wang 2023Genes & Diseases2023,10,5:0
18Design of Magnetic RF Inductor in CMOS显示文摘Traditional planar inductors in Radio Frequency (RF) Integrated Circuits (ICs) are plagued by large areas, low quality, and low frequencies. This paper describes a magnetic-based CMOS-compatible RF in-ductor. Magnetic-core inductors with various ferrite-filled structures, spiral structures, and magnetic material permeabilities were simulated to show that this inductor greatly improves the inductance by up to 97% and quality factor by 18.6% over a multi-GHz frequency range.
