| 1 | Experimental study on the laminar flame speed of hydrogen/natural gas/air mixtures显示文摘Laminar flame speeds of hydrogen/natural gas/air mixtures have been measured over a full range of fuel compositions(0-100%volumetric fraction of H_(2))and a wide range of equivalence ratio using Bunsen burner.High sensitivity scientific CCD camera is use to capture the image of laminar flame.The reaction zone area is employed to calculate the laminar flame speed.The initial temperature and pressure of fuel air mixtures are 293 K and 1 atm.The laminar flame speeds of hydrogen/air mixture and natural gas/air mixture reach their maximum values 2.933 and 0.374 m/s when equivalence ratios equal to 1.7 and 1.1,respectively.The laminar flame speeds of hydrogen/natural gas/air mixtures rise with the increase of volumetric fraction of hydrogen.Moreover,the increase in laminar flame speed as the volumetric fraction of hydrogen increases presents an exponential increasing trend versus volumetric fraction of hydrogen.Empirical formulas to calculate the laminar flame speeds of hydrogen,natural gas,and hydrogen/natural gas mixtures are also given.Using these formulas,the laminar flame speed at different hydrogen fractions and equivalence ratios can be calculated. | Chen DONG Qulan ZHOU Xiaoguang ZHANG Qinxin ZHAO Tongmo XU Shi’en HUI | 2010 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2010,4,4: | 4 |
| 2 | Effects of Exogenous 5-Aminolevulinic Acid and 24-Epibrassinolide on Cd Accumulation in Rice from Cd-Contaminated Soil显示文摘High grain-Cd-accumulating rice variety Yongyou 9 was planted in Cd-contaminated farmland in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, China to study the effects of 5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA) and24-epibrassinolide(EBR) on Cd accumulation in brown rice. Results showed that the exogenous ALA and EBR had no significant effects on agronomic traits, soil pH and total Cd content in soil, but had some effects on the available Cd content in soil, and significantly influenced the Cd accumulation in the different parts of rice. Results also showed that 100 mg/L exogenous ALA significantly reduced the Cd accumulation in brown rice to blow the food safety standard(0.2 mg/kg), and also significantly reduced the Cd contents in the roots and culm of rice. However, 200 mg/L exogenous ALA treatment increased the Cd content in brown rice remarkably. In addition, 0.15 mg/L EBR treatment increased Cd accumulation in roots, culm, leaves and brown rice notably, whereas 0.30 mg/L exogenous EBR treatment reduced the Cd accumulation in brown rice properly, but it was not significant. | 7 | Iridium-Doped 10H-Phase Perovskite BaCo_(0.8)Fe_(0.15)Ir_(0.05)O_(3-δ)as an Efficient Oxygen Evolution Reaction Catalyst显示文摘Designing low-cost and high-performance catalysts of electrocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)has always been one of the hot topics in current research.Hexagonal perovskite materials show great application potential in this field.Here,we synthesized 5%Iridium(Ir)-doped hexagonal phase perovskite BaCo_(0.8)Fe_(0.15)Ir_(0.05)O_(3–δ)(BCFI).Using the Rietveld method to refine the structure,combining with the spherical aberration corrected high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy(HAADF-STEM)atomic imaging,we found that BCFI is a ten-layer hexagonal(10H)structure,which belongs to the Purn:x-wiley:1001604X:media:cjoc202200200:cjoc202200200-math-0001m2 space group.In addition,BCFI shows excellent OER catalytic effect and good stability in 1 mol/L KOH solution,and the overpotential reaches 294 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm^(–2).The reduction of Cobalt(Co)valence state induced by Ir doping significantly enhances the OER activity of BCFI.Meanwhile,density functional theory(DFT)calculations show that the 2p-band center of oxygen(O)in BCFI is closer to the Fermi level than that in undoped BaCo_(0.8)Fe_(0.15)Ir_(0.05)O_(3–δ)(BCF),which is beneficial to the OER.This work reveals a novel 10H-BCFI material with excellent OER performance,and provides a basis for the design of hexagonal perovskite materials in OER and other energy conversion fields. | Huimin Liu Qinxin Luo Jiaping Hu Lianwei Wei Wanqun Zhang Hui Zheng Shusheng Wu Kaibin Tang | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Chemistry2022,40,19: | 0 |
| 8 | Zebrafish Foxc1a controls ventricular chamber maturation by directly regulating wwtr1 and nkx2.5 expression显示文摘Chamber maturation is a significant process in cardiac development. Disorders of this crucial process lead to a range of congenital heart defects. Foxc1a is a critical transcription factor reported to regulate the specification of cardiac progenitor cells. However, little is known about the role of Foxc1a in modulating chamber maturation. Previously, we reported that foxc1a-null zebrafish embryos exhibit disrupted heart structures and functions. In this study, we observe that ventricle structure and cardiomyocyte proliferation are abolished during chamber maturation in foxc1a-null zebrafish embryos. To observe the endogenous localization of Foxc1a in the hearts of living embryos, we insert eyfp at the foxc1a genomic locus using TALEN. Analysis of the knockin zebrafish show that foxc1a is widely expressed in ventricular cardiomyocytes during chamber development. Cardiac RNA sequencing analysis reveals the downregulated expression of the Hippo signaling effector wwtr1. Dual-luciferase and chromatin immunoprecipitation assays reveal that Foxc1a can bind directly to three sites in the wwtr1 promoter region. Furthermore, wwtr1m RNA overexpression is sufficient to reverse the ventricle defects during chamber maturation. Conditional overexpression of nkx2.5 also partially rescues the ventricular defects during chamber development.
