1Research on the risk-based model for regional emergency resource allocation for ship-source oil spill显示文摘The key point for rational allocation of emergency resources is to match the oil spill response capacity with the risk of oil spill. This paper proposes an innovative risk-based model for quantitative regional emergency resource allocation, which comprehensively analyzes the factors such as oil spill probability, hazard consequences, oil properties, weathering process and operation efficiency, etc. The model calculates three major resources, i.e.,mechanical recovery, dispersion and absorption, according to the results of risk assessment. In a field application in Xiaohu Port, Guangzhou, China, and the model achieved scientific and rational allocation of emergency resources by matching the assessed risk with the regional capacity, and allocating emergency resources according to capability target. 2Effect of Different Ageing Processes on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Cast Al–3Li–2Cu–0.2Zr Alloy显示文摘The effect of different ageing processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of cast Al–3 Li–2 Cu–0.2 Zr alloy was investigated using transmission electron microscopy and tensile tests. The results showed that the mean size of δ′-Al3 Li particles and the number density of Cu-rich precipitates both increased with increasing ageing temperature from 150 to 190 °C for 24 h, resulting in increasingly high strength. In contrast, the ductility deteriorated with the increase in ageing temperature as a result of the intensified planar slip. The duplex low-to-high ageing treatment(120 °C for 6 h followed by 160 °C for 24 h) was shown to be beneficial to the ductility compared with the corresponding single-stage ageing treatment(160 °C for 24 h). 7Internal magnetic-field-enhanced photogenerated charge separation in ferromagnetic TiO_(2)surface heterojunctions显示文摘The use of the internal magnetic field of ferromagnets can effectively promote charge separation and transfer(CST)in photoelectrochemical energy conversion.However,photoelectrochemical materials with a ferromagnetic field are scarce,and the internal magnetic field is negligible in nonferromagnetic mate-rials.To address this issue,we propose a rational method for preparing ferromagnetic TiO_(2)powder using controllable oxygen vacancies in anatase TiO_(2)with co-exposed{001}and{101}facets.Accordingly,an ex-cellent saturation magnetisation of 0.0014 emu/g in TiO_(2)is achieved owing to an asymmetric and uneven charge distribution.Compared with that of nonferromagnetic TiO_(2),the efficiency of photocatalytic hydro-gen generation of ferromagnetic TiO_(2)is improved by 0.64 times.The enhancement of photocatalytic hy-drogen generation is due to the different forces exerted on the electrons and holes in the magnetic field,which significantly improve the photogenerated CST efficiency of ferromagnetic TiO_(2).This result high-lights the significant role of the synergistic regulation of the crystal structure and defects in regulating the ferromagnetic characteristics of materials.The findings of this study provide guidance for leveraging point defects to promote CST for high-efficiency solar-energy conversion systems.Guojing Wang Shirong Xiong Yonghui Chen Chunchang Wang Shasha Lv Ke Jia Yunjie Xiang Jianbo Liu Chong Liu Zhengcao Li 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,29:0
