| 1 | Modification on the tribological properties of ceramics lubricated by water using fullerenol as a lubricating additive显示文摘It is necessary to modify the running-in process for the application of ceramics using water as a lubricant in real conditions because ceramics sliding in water are characterized by a running-in period with severe friction and wear.Fullerenol,a kind of highly water-soluble nanoparticle,was synthesized and then used to ameliorate the tribological properties of Si 3 N 4 sliding against Al 2 O 3 in pure water.With the addition of fullerenol,the running-in period was shortened from 30 min to 100 s at a speed of 250 mm/s.The speed threshold above which ultralow friction can be obtained in a short time was expanded from 450 mm/s to 80 mm/s.Meanwhile,the load-carrying ability of water film was increased.The role of fullerenol was discussed based on observation of the wear scar by an optical interferometer and XPS characterization of the tribo-film on the wear track. | LIU YuHong WANG XiaoKang LIU PengXiao ZHENG JunPeng SHU ChunYing PAN GuoShun LUO JianBin | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,9: | 9 |

| 4 | Effect of W addition on phase transformation and microstructure of powder metallurgic Ti-22Al-25Nb alloys during quenching and furnace cooling显示文摘Powder metallurgic Ti2 AlNb alloys with W addition are sintered at 900, 1000, 1070 °C,and 1150 °C(i.e., in the O + B2, a_2+ B2 + O, a_2+ B2, and single B2 phase regions, respectively)for 12 h, followed by water quenching and furnace cooling. Comparisons of phase and microstructure between quenched and furnace-cooled W-modified alloys are carried out to illustrate the phase transformation and microstructure evolution during the cooling process. Furthermore, a comparison is also made between W-modified and W-free alloys, to reveal the function of the W alloying.W addition accelerates the solutions of a_2 and O phases during the high-temperature holding, and a Widmannsta¨tten B2 + O structure, which contributes to the properties, is induced by furnace cooling from all the phase regions. The Widmannsta¨tten structure includes a B2 matrix, primary O, and secondary O precipitates. However, W alloying refines the Widmannsta¨tten structure only when the alloys are solution-treated and then cooled from the single B2 phase. | 6 | Evolution and Domestication Footprints Uncovered from the Genomes of Coix显示文摘Coix lacryma-jobi,a plant species closely related to Zea and Sorghum,is an important food and medicinal crop in Asia.However,no reference genome of this species has been reported,and its exact phylogeny within the Andropogoneae remains unresolved.Here,we generated a high-quality genome assembly of coix comprising~1.73 Gb with 44485 predicted protein-coding genes.We found coix to be a typical diploid plant with an overall 1-to-1 syntenic relationship with the Sorghum genome,despite its drastic genome expansion(~2.3-fold)due mainly to the activity of transposable elements.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that coix diverged with sorghum~10.41 million years ago,which was~1.49 million years later than the divergence between sorghum and maize.Resequencing of 27 additional coix accessions revealed that they could be unambiguously separated into wild relatives and cultivars,and suggested that coix experienced a strong genetic bottleneck,resulting in the loss of about half of the genetic diversity during domestication,even though many traits have remained undomesticated.Our data not only provide novel comparative genomic and evolutionary insights into the Andropogoneae lineage,but also an important resource that will greatly benefit molecular breeding of this important crop. | Hongbing Liu Junpeng Shi Zexi Cai Yumin Huang Menglu Lv Huilong Du Qiang Gao Yi Zuo Zhaobin Dong Wei Huang Rui Qin Chengzhi Liang Jinsheng Lai Weiwei Jin | 2020 | Molecular Plant2020,13,2: | 4 |

| 15 | A New Type of Rare Metal Deposit:The Yushishan Leptynite-Type Nb-Ta Deposit in Eastern Altun,Gansu Province,NW China显示文摘The Yusishan deposit is a newly found leptynite-type niobium and tantalum(Nb-Ta)deposit,which is located in the Eastern Altun of Gansu Province.The leptynite of the Neoproterozoic Aoyougou Formation occurs more than 10 km long and 3 km wide.In this paper,we carried out a detailed study of the leptynite and related mineralization.The U-Pb dating of zircon reveals ages of 831±5 Ma and 790±5 Ma for the unmineralized leptynite and 491±4 Ma and 455±4 Ma for the mineralized leptynite.The petrographic and geochemical evidence identified the protolith of the leptynite as alkalin e volcanic rocks that erupted during Neoproterozoic at ca.830 Ma.At ca.490 Ma,the tectono-magmatic and metamorphic event triggered remobilization and enrichment of Nb-Ta as well as other critical metals(REE,Zr,Hf etc)with the formation of industry orebodies in the leptynite strata.The Yushishan deposit presents many similarities with the alkaline volcanic rocks related rare metal deposits in the south Qinling of China and the Brochman,Toogni and Southern Peak Range deposits in Australian.We therefore propose that the Yushishan deposit is a new type(sub-type)of Nb-Ta deposit and termed as leptynite type that represents the metamorphic counterpart of the alkaline volcanic rocks related rare metal deposits. | JIANG SHAOYONG LIU TAO ZHANG HAOXIANG CAO SHUYUN ZHENG RUOHONG LI TONGGUO YU JUNPENG WU YIBU | 2022 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2022,96,5: | 2 |
| 16 | α-Glucosidase immobilization on functionalized Fe_3O_4 magnetic nanoparticles for screening of enzyme inhibitors显示文摘Magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs) are widely used for the immobilization of enzyme owing to the unique properties such as good biocompatibility and rapid separation. Herein, we used Fe_3O_4 magnetic nanoparticles(Fe_3O_4 MNPs) as the carrier core with(3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane(APTES)modification by our approach, in which a-glucosidase was stereoscopically immobilized on the surface of Fe_3O_4 MNPs via covalent binding. The result of immobilization was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). Then we optimized some key parameters of the immobilization reaction, including the ratio of MNPs to enzyme, GA concentration,crosslinking time and immobilization time. Moreover, under the optimal conditions, pH tolerance,thermo stability and reusability of the immobilized enzyme were investigated and compared with the free one. In order to evaluate the change of the affinity of the enzyme to its specific substrate after immobilization, the Michaelis-Menten constant(K_m) was also studied. Finally, the immobilized α-glucosidase combining with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry technique(HPLC-MS/MS) was applied to screen and identify eight inhibitors from Polygonum cuspidatum extract. | 18 | Mechanical,corrosion and magnetic behavior of a CoFeMn_(1.2)NiGa_(0.8) high entropy alloy显示文摘In this study,a magnetic high entropy alloy(HEA)of CoFeMn_(1.2)NiGa_(0.8)was designed and prepared by arc melting in order to investigate its mechanical,corrosion and magnetic behavior.The results show that the alloy mainly possesses body-centered cubic(BCC)phase and face-centered cubic(FCC)phase.A high compressive strength of 1450 MPa,a strain of 18.5%and a relatively low yield strength of 303MPa in as-cast condition at room temperature can be achieved in the present alloy.In-situ high-energy X-ray diffraction technique was employed to reveal the deformation mechanism of Co Fe Mn_(1.2)Ni Ga_(0.8)under uniaxial compression and the results show that the competition between BCC phase and FCC phase plays a significant role during the compressive process.The corrosion behavior of Co Fe Mn_(1.2)Ni Ga_(0.8)was investigated in 3.5 wt%Na Cl solution and it turned out that the alloy possessed good corrosion resistance.At last,the magnetic behavior of the Co Fe Mn_(1.2)Ni Ga_(0.8)alloy was studied and it can present a high saturation magnetization of 94.5 emu/g and a coercivity of 26.4 Oe at 4 K.This work indicates that the present Co Fe Mn_(1.2)Ni Ga_(0.8)HEA has promising applications as future magnetic functional materials. | Xiaoming Sun Lingzhong Du Hao Lan Jingyi Cui Liang Wang Runguang Li Zhiang Liu Junpeng Liu Weigang Zhang | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,14: | 2 |
| 19 | Bi_(2)O_(2)Se/BP van der Waals heterojunction for high performance broadband photodetector显示文摘Broadband photodetector has wide applications in the field of remote sensing,health monitoring and medical imaging.Two-dimensional(2D)materials with narrow bandgaps have shown enormous potential in broadband photodetection.However,the device performance is often restricted by the high dark currents.Herein,we demonstrate a high performance broadband photodetector by constructing Bi_(2)O_(2) Se/BP van der Waals heterojunction.The device exhibits a p-n diode behavior with a current rectification ratio of~20.Benifited from the low dark current of the heterojunction and the effective carrier separation,the device achieves the responsivity(R)of~500 A/W,~4.3 A/W and~2.3 A/W at 700 nm,1310 nm and 1550 nm,respectively.The specific detectivity(D^(*))is up to~2.8×10^(11) Jones(700 nm),~2.4×10^(9) Jones(1310 nm)and~1.3×10^(9) Jones(1550 nm).Moreover,the response time is~9 ms,which is more than 20 times faster than that of individual BP(~190 ms)and Bi_(2)O_(2)Se(~180 ms)devices. | Xing LIU Wenhui WANG Fang YANG Shaopeng FENG Zhenliang HU Junpeng LU Zhenhua NI | 2021 | Science China(Information Sciences)2021,64,4: | 2 |
| 20 | Trace determination and characterization of ginsenosides in rat plasma through magnetic dispersive solid-phase extraction based on core-shell polydopamine-coated magnetic nanoparticles显示文摘Enrichment of trace bioactive constituents and metabolites from complex biological samples is challenging.This study presented a one-pot synthesis of magnetic polydopamine nanoparticles(Fe3O4@-SiO2@PDA NPs)with multiple recognition sites for the magnetic dispersive solid-phase extraction(MDSPE)of ginsenosides from rat plasma treated with white ginseng.The extracted ginsenosides were characterized by combining an ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to a highresolution mass spectrometry with supplemental UNIFI libraries.Response surface methodology was statistically used to optimize the extraction procedure of the ginsenosides.The reusability of Fe3O4@-SiO2@PDA NPs was also examined and the results showed that the recovery rate exceeded 80%after recycling 6 times.Furthermore,the proposed method showed greater enrichment efficiency and could rapidly determine and characterize 23 ginsenoside prototypes and metabolites from plasma.In comparison,conventional methanol method can only detect 8 ginsenosides from the same plasma samples.The proposed approach can provide methodological reference for the trace determination and characterization of different bioactive ingredients and metabolites of traditional Chinese medicines and food. | Ningning Zhao Shu Liu Junpeng Xing Zifeng Pi Fengrui Song Zhiqiang Liu | 2020 | Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2020,10,1: | 1 |
