6Molecular insights of nanozymes from design to catalytic mechanism显示文摘Emerging as cost-effective potential alternatives to natural enzymes,nanozymes have attracted increasing interest in broad fields.To exploit the in-depth potential of nanozymes,rational structural engineering and explicit catalytic mechanisms at the molecular scale are required.Recently,impressive progress has been made in mimicking the characteristics of natural enzymes by constructing metal active sites,binding pockets,scaffolds,and delicate allosteric regulation.Ingenious in-depth studies have been conducted with advances in structural characterization and theoretical calculations,unveiling the“black box”of nanozymecatalytic mechanisms.This review introduces the state-of-art synthesis strategies by learning from the natural enzyme counterparts and summarizes the general overview of the nanozyme mechanism with a particular emphasis on the adsorbed intermediates and descriptors that predict the nanozyme activity.The emerging activity assessment methodology that illustrates the relationship between electrochemical oxygen reduction and enzymatic oxygen reduction is discussed with up-to-date advances.Future opportunities and challenges are presented in the end to spark more profound work and attract more researchers from various backgrounds to the flourishing field of nanozymes.Yuan Xu Zhixin Zhou Nankai Deng Kangchun Fu Caixia Zhu Qing Hong Yanfei Shen Songqin Liu Yuanjian Zhang 2023Science China Chemistry2023,66,5:1

9Electrofluorochromic imaging analysis of dopamine release from living PC12 cells with bipolar nanoelectrodes array显示文摘The coupling of bipolar electrode(BPE)arrays and electrofluorochromic(EFC)imaging has exhibited great abilities in bioanalysis.However,the imaging resolution and analytical performance are hampered by the large size of the electrode and the rapid diffusion of EFC molecules on the electrode surface.Here,to address the challenges,bipolar nanoelectrodes(BPn E)array and in situ immobilization strategy of EFC molecules were proposed.Anodized aluminum oxide(AAO)template-assisted Au nanoelectrodes array with high density was fabricated as BPn E array for high spatial imaging resolution.By electrically polymerizing EFC molecules on the surface of single Au nanoelectrode,the rapid diffusion of EFC molecules on the electrode surface was not only avoided,but also realizing electrofluorescent imaging on an individual nanoelectrode.Using dopamine(DA)released from living PC12 cells as a model,the proposed strategy exhibited an ultra-high sensitivity for DA analysis with a detection limit of 0.45 nmol/L and the DA release amount from a single cell was calculated to be 0.13 pmol/L.Moreover,the dynamic change of DA release under the drug stimulation from living PC12 cells could also be monitored.Zhaoyan Tian Xiang Qin Fengying Shao Xiuxiu Li Zhi Wang Songqin Liu Yafeng Wu 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,1:1

17Preparation of carbon nitride nanoparticles by nanoprecipitation method with high yield and enhanced photocatalytic activity显示文摘As an emerging 2D conjugated material,graphitic carbon nitride(CN) has attracted great research attention as important catalytic medium for transforming solar energy.Nanostructure modulation of CN is an effective way to improve catalytic activities and has been extensively investigated,but remains challenging due to complex processes,time consuming or low yield.Here,taking advantage of recent discovered good solvents for CN,a nanoprecipitation approach using poor solvents is proposed for preparation of CN nanoparticles(CN NPs).With simple processes of CN dissolution and precipitation,we can quickly synthesize CN NPs(^40 nm) with a yield of up to 50%,the highest one to the best of our knowledge.As an example of potential applications,the as-prepared CN NPs were applied to photocatalytic degradation of dyes with an evident boosted performance up to 2.5 times.This work would open a new way for batch preparation of nanostructured CN and pave its large-scale industrial applications.Ziyu Gan Chaofeng Huang Yanfei Shen Qing Zhou Dan Han Jin Ma Songqin Liu Yuanjian Zhang 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,2:1
