2Laser direct writing and characterizations of flexible piezoresistive sensors with microstructures显示文摘Functional materials with high viscosity and solid materials have received more and more attentions in flexible pressure sensors,which are inadequate in the most used molding method.Herein,laser direct writing(LDW)method is proposed to fabricate flexible piezoresistive sensors with microstructures on PDMS/MWCNTs composites with an 8%MWCNTs mass fraction.By controlling laser energy,microstructures with different geometries can be obtained,which significantly impacts the performances of the sensors.Subsequently,curved microcones with excellent performance are fabricated under parameters of f=40 kHz and v=150 mm·s^(-1).The sensor exhibits continuous multi-linear sensitivity,ultrahigh original sensitivity of 21.80%kPa^(-1),wide detection range of over 20 kPa,response/recovery time of~100 ms and good cycle stability for more than 1000 times.Besides,obvious resistance variation can be observed when tiny pressure(a peanut of 30 Pa)is applied.Finally,the flexible piezoresistive sensor can be applied for LED brightness controlling,pulse detection and voice recognition.Chenying Zhang Wei Zhou Da Geng Cheng Bai Weida Li Songyue Chen Tao Luo Lifeng Qin Yu Xie 2021Opto-Electronic Advances2021,4,4:7
3ANALYSIS OF TRANSMISSION CHARACTERISTICS OF COSINE GEAR DRIVE显示文摘Based on the mathematical model of a novel cosine gear drive,a few characteristics,such as the contact ratio,the sliding coefficient,and the contact and bending stresses,of this drive are analyzed.A comparison study of these characteristics with the involute gear drive is also carried out. The influences of design parameters including the number of teeth and the pressure angle on the contact and bending stresses are studied.The following conclusions are achieved:the contact ratio of the cosine gear drive is about 1.2 to 1.3,which is reduced by about 20% in comparison with that of the involute gear drive.The sliding coefficient of the cosine gear drive is smaller than that of the involute gear drive.The contact and bending stresses of the cosine gear drive are lower than those of the involute gear drive.The contact and bending stresses decrease with the growth of the number of teeth and the pressure angle.WANG Jian LUO Shanming CHEN Lifeng CHEN Lei HU Huarong 2008Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2008,21,3:7
4A study on solid density primary standard显示文摘The accuracy of solid density primary standard is decided mainly by the accuracy of the diameter measurement of silicon sphere. With traditional five-interferogram algorithm to unwrap phase for di- ameter measurement, the phase steps should be equal to π/2 exactly, but this is almost impossible to achieve in nanometer positioning technique. In order to overcome this defect, we have derived an im- proved five-interferogram algorithm, which not only keeps the high accuracy of traditional five-inter- ferogram algorithm, but also does not require absolute equal step to unwrap phase. Instead, the im- proved five-interferogram algorithm only needs measuring phase shifting. Based on the improved al- gorithm, we have developed a novel interferometer with special etalon, and the cavity length of this etalon can be changed by pressure from vertical direction to realize phase shifting. 5Methanogenic archaea and sulfate reducing bacteria induce severe corrosion of steel pipelines after hydrostatic testing显示文摘Complex interactions within a microbial consortium can induce severe corrosion in oil pipelines.This study investigated the mechanism of microbiologically influenced corrosion(MIC)that led to failure of X52 steel pipelines after hydrostatic testing.Laboratory hydrostatic testing with untreated lake water and underground water were used to simulate and study the events that led to the actual corrosion.Biofilm analysis,weight loss,and several electrochemical measurements demonstrated rapid corrosion rates after hydrostatic testing.Analysis of microbial community structures revealed that methanogenic archaea and sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB),introduced by the hydrotest water,formed corrosive biofilms on X52 steel coupon surfaces that induced severe pitting.Enze Zhou Jianjun Wang Masoumeh Moradi Huabing Li Dake Xu Yuntian Lou Jinheng Luo Lifeng Li Yulei Wang Zhenguo Yang Fuhui Wang Jessica A.Smith 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,13:5

9A functional hyperbranched binder enabling ultra-stable sulfur cathode for high-performance lithium-sulfur battery显示文摘Binders are of vital importance in stabilizing the cathodes to enhance the cycling stability of lithiumsulfur(Li-S) batteries. However, conventional binders are typically confronted with the drawback of inability for adsorbing lithium polysulfide(Li PS), thus resulting in severe active material losing and rapid capacity fading. Herein, a novel water-soluble hyperbranched poly(amidoamine)(HPAA) binder with controllable hyperbranched molecular structure and abundant amino end groups for Li-S battery is designed and fabricated, which can improve efficient adsorption for Li PS and stability of the sulfur cathodes. Besides, the strong intermolecular hydrogen bonds in HPAA binder can contribute to the structural stability of S cathode and integration of the conductive paths. Therefore, the Li-S battery with this functional binder exhibits excellent cycle performance with a capacity retention of 91% after 200 cycles at 0.1 C.Even at a high sulfur loading of 5.3 mg cm-2, a specific capacity of 601 mA h g-1 can also be achieved.Density functional theory(DFT) calculation further demonstrates that the enhanced electrochemical stability derives from the high binding energy between amino groups and LiP S and the wide electrochemical window(6.87 e V) of HPAA molecule. 10EGFR/BRAF/MEK co-inhibition for EGFR-mutated lung adenocarcinoma patients with an acquired BRAF^(V600E) mutation: a case report and review of literature显示文摘Despite the promising initial anti-tumor efficacy of epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitors(EGFR-TKIs),most advanced non-small-cell lung cancers(NSCLCs)progress eventually due to therapeutic resistance.V-Raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1(BRAF)^(V600E) mutation has been considered as an uncommon mutation that contributes to acquired resistance for EGFR-TKIs.In the presented case,BRAF^(V600E) mutation was detected as an acquired resistance-mediated mutation in a patient treated with osimertinib(a third-generation EGFR-TKI).The presented patient achieved partial regression and ongoing PFS of four months after the co-inhibition of osimertinib plus dabrafenib(BRAF inhibitor)and trametinib(MEK inhibitor).Our case further enriches the clinical evidence of the efficacy of EGFR/BRAF/MEK co-inhibition in patients with an acquired BRAF^(V600E) mutation,consistent with the review of the literature(eight cases).Additionally,our case highlights the important role of sample type,method,and platform of gene detection in patient management,life quality,and prognosis,as well as the understanding of acquired resistance mechanism.Ran Zeng Lifeng Luo Xianwen Sun Zhiyao Bao Wei Du Ranran Dai Wei Tang Beili Gao Yi Xiang 2021Cancer Drug Resistance2021,4,4:2

20An intravenous clarithromycin lipid emulsion with a high drug loading, H-bonding and a hydrogen-bonded ion pair complex exhibiting excellent antibacterial activity显示文摘The aim of this study was to develop an intravenous clarithromycin lipid emulsion(CLE)with good stability and excellent antibacterial activity. The CLE was prepared by the thinfilm dispersed homogenization method. The interaction between clarithromycin(CLA) and cholesteryl hemisuccinate(CHEMS) was confirmed by DSC, FT-IR and^1H NMR analysis. The interfacial drug loading, thermal sterilization, freeze–thaw stability, and in vitro and in vivo antibacterial activity were investigated systematically. DSC, FT-IR and^1H NMR spectra showed that CHEMS(CLA: CHEMS, M ratio 1:2) could interact with CLA through H-bonding and a hydrogen-bonded ion pair. The CHEMS was found necessary to maintain the stability of CLE.Ultracentrifugation showed that almost 88% CLA could be loaded into the interfacial layer.The optimized CLE formulation could withstand autoclaving at 121 °C for 10 min and remain stable after three freeze–thaw cycles. The in vitro susceptibility test revealed that the CLA–CHEMS ion-pair and CLE have similar activity to the parent drug against many different bacterial strains. The in vivo antibacterial activity showed that the ED50 of intravenous CLE was markedly lower than that of CLA solution administrated orally.
