1地理信息系统应用于血吸虫病的监测──Ⅱ.流行程度的预测显示文摘目的探索应用GIS预测模型来预测不同区域血吸虫病流行程度的可能性和正确性。方法在FAOCLIM数据库中,选择江苏省境内及边缘地区的气象观察点资料,以改良Malone公式计算血吸虫传播指数值。以1995年AVHRR遥感资料4个季度及流行季节(3~10月)的复合图为背景得出不同季节的流行强度预测图。以Logistic回归方程分析各观察点的传播指数值与现场血吸虫病流行率的关系,并判别预测正确率。结果18个气象观察点资料分析结果显示:所有血吸虫流行区的观察点传播指数值均在900以上。空间分析所得的血吸虫传播区域分布图与江苏省血吸虫病流行区吻合,可划分出不同区域的流行强度。一月份平均最低气温为-4℃的恒值线与传播区域的北边界相吻合。AVHRR卫片图叠加分析后,得出不同区域和不同季节的流行强度预测图。预测总正确率为88.89%。结论应用改良Malone模型能预测和划分流行区域和传播强度。当与卫星遥感NDVI资料结合应用时,对现场防治及时掌握流行情况更为实用。-4℃作为流行区临界温度的发现,提出了全球气候变暖能否造成血吸虫病向中国北方扩散的问题值得研究。周晓农 胡晓抒 孙宁生 洪青标 孙乐平 闾国年 M.Fuentes J.B.Malone 1999中国血吸虫病防治杂志1999,11,2:78
2地理信息系统应用于血吸虫病的监测 Ⅲ.长江洲滩钉螺孳生地的监测显示文摘目的利用卫星遥感技术对长江南京段洲滩钉螺孳生地进行监测研究。方法收集复盖长江南京段区域的LandsatMSS遥感片和1980~1989年江苏省钉螺面积数,比较分析钉螺面积的变化趋势。以ERDASImaging支撑软件分析遥感片,将LandsatMSS4个波段的数据以“TasseledCap”主成份分析模型分类组合成3个波段和15类后,提取出湿地地物特征。结果收集到1983年和1994年3个时段共三辐LandsatMSS遥感图。3个时段的湿地空间分布模型反映了特大洪水位与丰水位间、丰水位与枯水位间的湿地变化,从而得出钉螺孳生地分布与钉螺扩散的二个空间模型。并且在遥感图像中可直接正确地测算出钉螺孳生地分布面积数和钉螺扩散潜在面积数。长江南岸和北岸因决堤洪水淹没的二大区域在1983年的遥感片上清晰地显示出来。江苏省1980~1989年江滩钉螺面积与全省有螺面积变化呈一致的指数曲线上升趋势,但以1983年特大洪水后有螺面积上升非常明显。结论这一技术为研究钉螺孳生地和钉螺扩散范围、预测下一年度钉螺面积提供新方法。周晓农 孙乐平 洪青标 孙宁生 胡晓抒 M.Fuentes J.B.Malone 1999中国血吸虫病防治杂志1999,11,4:54
3The paradigm of protein acetylation in Parkinson's disease显示文摘Acetylation is a post-translational modification that is regulated by two antagonistic enzymes,histone acetyltransferases(HATs)and histone deacetylases(HDACs).HATs transfer the acetyl group from acetyl-CoA to lysine residues of proteins while HDACs remove it(Yakhine-Diop et al.,2018b).The impairment of HAT or HDAC activity elicits changes in the protein acetylation status which disturb several cellular processes,among others,gene expression,autophagy etc.,leading finally to cell death.Both enzymes are associated with Parkinson’s disease(PD)pathogenesis.In dopaminergic cells,neurotoxins provoke apoptotic cell death by increasing histone acetylation levels.While paraquat(Song et al.,2011)and rotenone(Feng et al.,2015)reduce HDAC activity,dieldrin(Song et al.,2010)enhances HAT activity.However in vivo,paraquat-induced upregulation ofα-synuclein triggers histone hypoacetylation.Sokhna M.S.Yakhine-Diop Guadalupe Martínez-Chacón Elisabet Uribe-Carretero Mireia Niso-Santano Rosa A.González-Polo José M.Fuentes 2019Neural Regeneration Research2019,14,6:2
