1Flexible electronics based on one-dimensional inorganic semiconductor nanowires and two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides显示文摘Flexible electronics technology is considered as a revolutionary technology to unlock the bottleneck of traditional rigid electronics that prevalent for decades,thereby fueling the next-generation electronics.In the past few decades,the research on flexible electronic devices based on organic materials has witnessed rapid development and substantial achievements,and inorganic semiconductors are also now beginning to shine in the field of flexible electronics.As validated by the latest research,some of the inorganic semiconductors,particularly those at low dimension,unexpectedly exhibited excellent mechanical flexibility on top of superior electrical properties.Herein,we bring together a comprehensive analysis on the recently burgeoning low-dimension inorganic semiconductor materials in flexible electronics,including one-dimensional(1D)inorganic semiconductor nanowires(NWs)and two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs).The fundamental electrical properties,optical properties,mechanical properties and strain engineering of materials,and their performance in flexible device applications are discussed in detail.We also propose current challenges and predict future development directions including material synthesis and device fabrication and integration.Kang Chen Junan Pan Weinan Yin Chiyu Ma Longlu Wang 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,11:1
2Asymmetric synthesis of α-aminophosphonates by means of direct organocatalytic three-component hydrophosphonylation显示文摘The direct asymmetric three-component reaction of an aromatic (or cinnamic) aldehyde, an amine and a phosphite was investigated by employing chiral BrΦnsted acid. 3Asymmetric cooperative catalysis in the conjugate addition of pyrazolones to nitroolefins and subsequent dearomative chlorination显示文摘Over the past decade many bifunctional amine-thioureas have been developed as active metal-free organocatalysts.Cooperative catalysis of these amino-thioureas allows high reaction rates and excellent transfer of stereochemical information.Despite these impressive advances,the design of new high-performance catalysts for applications in asymmetric catalytic reactions is of ongoing interest in organic chemistry.Herein we describe a cooperative catalyst system consisting of a chiral aminethiourea and an achiral organic acid that promotes the conjugate addition of 4-nonsubstituted pyrazolones to nitroolefins and subsequent dearomative chlorination.The corresponding adducts and the subsequent products were obtained in high to excellent yields(up to 99%)and high stereoselectivities(up to 99/1 dr,98%ee)under mild reaction conditions.These transformations provide an easy access to enantio-enriched pyrazole derivatives,which could possess potential pharmaceutical activity.ZHANG KeFeng LI Feng NIE Jing MA JunAn 2014Science China Chemistry2014,57,2:0
