20日粮添加干牛至对荷斯坦与瘤牛杂交奶牛牛奶特征的影响显示文摘试验旨在评估奶牛日粮中添加干牛至对生牛乳理化特性和巴氏杀菌奶感官特性的影响。试验选取荷斯坦×瘤牛杂交奶牛12只,被分成3个4×4拉丁方格,在其日粮中添加不同量的干牛至。生乳样品测定浓度、冰点测定指数、蛋白质、脂肪、乳糖、总固体提取物(TSE)和干脱脂提取物(DNE)等理化指标;巴氏杀菌奶样本的微生物质量通过测定总大肠菌群和粪大肠菌群进行评估,结果表明,日粮添加干牛至3.78、12.60、3.24 g·100 g^-1对生乳脂肪、TSE、蛋白质和冰点指数均无显著影响(P〉0.05);而随着干牛至添加量的增加,乳糖、DNE和浓度的水平分别为4.82-4.64、9.22-8.88、1.033-1.032 g·m L^-1。基于微生物含量测定,牛奶微生物最适含量〈3.0×105cfu·g^-1,并且,对其感官特性没有影响。因此,研究牛饲料中添加干牛至对牛奶成分其他参数的影响是可能的。Lacerda E C Q Bauer L C Oliveira J S Silva F F Carvalho S A Macedo M S Souza D N E Simionato J I 2015饲料博览2015,0,3:1
