| 1 | 北京地区儿童急性下呼吸道感染的病原学研究显示文摘目的 探讨儿童急性下呼吸道感染 (ALRI)的病原学。方法 采用血培养及常用的抗原、抗体检测方法检测 10 2例ALRI患儿常见的致病原。结果 (1) 10 2例儿童ALRI中 ,明确病原诊断的有 6 0例 (5 8.8% )。 (2 )在检出病原的 6 0例中 ,单纯细菌感染 15例 (2 5 % ) ,单纯病毒感染 19例(32 % ) ,单纯支原体感染 8例 (13% ) ,单纯衣原体感染 1例 (2 % ) ,混合感染 17例 (2 8% )。 (3)检出的主要病原 :10 2例ALRI,患儿中 ,呼吸道合胞病毒 (RSV) 2 9例 (2 8.4% ) ,其后依次是肺炎链球菌 17例(16 .7.% ) ,b型流感嗜血杆菌 (Hib) 14例 (13.7% ) ,支原体 11例 (10 .8% ) ,卡他摩拉菌及衣原体急性感染各 2例 (2 .0 % )。结论 RSV是儿童ALRI最常见的病原 ,其次是肺炎链球菌、b型流感嗜血杆菌。 | 王亚娟 姚德秀 燕润菊 王春莲 幺远 Anne Jaakkola Maija Leinonen Didier Leboulleux Heikki Peltola 杨永弘 | 2000 | 中华儿科杂志2000，38，3： | 133 |
| 2 | Abnormal β-catenin gene expression with invasiveness of primary hepatocellular carcinoma in China显示文摘AIM To study the abnormal expression of β-catenin gene and its relationship with invasiveness of primary hepatocellular carcinoma among Chinese people.METHODS Thirty-four hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) specimens and adjacent para-cancerous tissues, 4 normal liver tissues were immunohistochemically stained to study subcellular distribution of β-catenin. Semiquantitive analysis of expression of β-catenin gene exon 3 mRNA was examined by RT-PCR and in situ hybridization. The relationship between expressions of both β-catenin protein, mRNA and clinicopathological characteristics of HCC was also analyzed.RESULTS Immunohistochemistry showed that all normal liver tissues and para-cancerous tissues examined displayed membranous type staining for β-catenin protein,occasionally with weak expression in the cytoplasm.While 21 cases (61.8%) of HCC examined showed accumulated type in cytoplasms or nuclei. The accumuled type Labling Index (LI) of cancer tissue and paracancarous tissue was (59.9 ± 26.3) and (18.3 ± 9.7)respectively (P<0.01). Higher accumulated type LI was closely related with invasiveness of HCC. Results of RTPCR showed the β-catenin gene exon 3 mRNA Expression Index (El) of 34 HCCs was higher than that of paracancerous tissue and normal liver tissue. Using in situ hybridization, the signal corresponding to β-catenin gene exon 3 mRNA was particularly strong in cytoplasm of HCC when compared with those of para-cancerous and normal liver tissues. Over expression of β-catenin exon 3 was also found to be correlated with high metastatic potential of HCC.CONCLUSION Abnormal expression of β-catenin gene may contribute importantly to the invasiveness of HCC among Chinese people. | Maija H Zile | 2001 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2001，7，4： | 22 |
| 3 | 肺炎衣原体在儿童急性下呼吸道感染中的情况显示文摘目的 探讨肺炎衣原体在急性下呼吸道感染 (ALRI)中的感染情况。方法 收集 1997年和 1998年两年冬、春季节、年龄在 3个月~ 14岁、起病在 1周以内、诊断为ALRI的 2 0 1例患儿的配对血清标本 ,其中 1997年 10 0例 ,1998年 10 1例 ,通过使用荧光免疫 (MIF)方法检测其肺炎衣原体抗体。结果 2 0 1例ALRI儿童中 ,急性肺炎衣原体感染 2 3例 ( 11 4%) ,既往感染 63例 ( 3 1 3 %)。在1997年检测的 10 0例中 ,急性感染 2 1例 ( 2 1 0 %) ,既往感染 3 3例 ( 3 3 0 %) ;1998年检测的 10 1例中 ,急性感染仅 2例 ( 2 0 %) ,既往感染 3 0例 ( 2 9 7%)。两年度比较 ,既往感染率接近 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而急性感染率差异有非常显著意义 ,1997年急性感染率随年龄的增长而上升 ,1998年未显示年龄间差异。结论 在ALRI患儿中 ,存在肺炎衣原体感染 ,1997年的感染率高于 1998年。 | 王亚娟 沈叙庄 佟月娟 姚德秀 燕润菊 王春莲 幺远 刘钢 Mikka Paldanius Maija Leinonen Heikki Peltola 杨永弘 | 2001 | 中华儿科杂志2001，39，9： | 22 |
| 4 | 急性肺炎多病原混合感染的检测及分析显示文摘目的 了解急性肺炎时肺炎链球菌 (SP)、流感嗜血杆菌 (Hi)、卡他布兰汉菌 (BC)、肺炎支原体 (MP)及肺炎衣原体 (CP)等多病原混合感染的发病情况。方法 采用酶免疫分析法 ,对 5 3例住院急性肺炎患儿的双份血清进行不定型Hi抗体、B型Hi荚膜多糖抗体和全菌抗体进行检测 ,SP溶血素抗体和C 多糖抗体 ,循环免疫复合物中SP溶血素抗体、表面蛋白A抗体和C 多糖抗体 ,CB全菌抗体及MP抗体的检测 ;采用免疫荧光法检测患儿双份血清中CP抗体 ;并同时进行血液普通细菌培养。结果 5 3例肺炎患儿中 32例 (占 6 0 .4 % )病原学检测阳性。其中单一病原体感染 2 1例 ,2种和 3种病原体混合感染分别为 8例和 3例。在各种病原体中 ,SP和CP感染最常见 (各占 2 0 .8% ,11/ 5 3) ,其次为MP感染 (占 16 .7% ,7/ 4 2 )和Hi感染 (占 13.2 % ,7/ 5 3)。结论 急性肺炎时SP、CP、MP和Hi等是常见的病原 ,在小儿肺炎经验治疗时 ,多病原体混合感染情况应予以重视。 | 王亚亭 杨永弘 胡允文 王亚娟 Didier Leboulleux Maija Leinonen Heikki Peltola | 2004 | 实用儿科临床杂志2004，19，6： | 15 |

| 7 | Matrix metalloproteinases in the restorative proctocolectomy pouch of pediatric ulcerative colitis显示文摘AIM:To investigate matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) and their tissue inhibitors(TIMPs) in pouch mucosa of pediatric onset ulcerative colitis(UC).METHODS:In this cross-sectional study,28 patients with pediatric onset UC underwent ileal pouch biopsy 13 years(median) after proctocolectomy.Expression of MMPs-3,-7,-8,-9,-12 and-26 and TIMPs-1,-2 and-3 in samples was examined using immunohistochemichal methods,and another biopsy was used to evaluate the grade of histological inflammation.Two investigators independently graded the immunohistochemical specimens in a semiquantitative fashion,using a scale marking staining intensity as follows:0 = less than 20 positive cells;1 = 20-50 positive cells;2 = 50-200 positive cells;3 = over 20 positive cells.Fecal calprotectin and blood inflammatory markers [serum C-reactive protein(CRP) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate] were determined during a follow-up visit to examine correlations between these markers and the expression of MMPs and TIMPs.RESULTS:Of the 28 patients with pediatric onset UC,nine had not experienced pouchitis,whereas thirteen reported a single episode,and six had recurrent pouchitis(≥ 4 episodes).At the time of the study,six patients required metronidazole.In all of the others,the most recent episode of pouchitis had occurred over one month earlier,and none were on antibiotics.Only four samples depicted no sign of inflammation,and these were all from patients who had not had pouchitis.Two samples were too small to determine the grade of inflammation,but both had suffered pouchitis,the other recurrent.No sample depicted signs of colonic metaplasia.Most pouch samples showed expression of epithelial(e) and stromal(s) MMP-3(e,n = 22;s,n = 20),MMP-7(e,n = 28;s,n = 27),MMP-12(e,n = 20;s,n =24),TIMP-2(e,n = 23;s,n = 23) and MMP-3(e,n = 23;s,n = 28) but MMP-8(e,n = 0;s,n = 1),MMP-9(e,n = 0;s,n = 9) and MMP-26(e,n = 0;s,n = 3) and TIMP-1(n = 0,both) were lacking.In samples with low grade of inflammatory activity,the epithelial MMP-3 and MMP-7 expression was increased(r =-0.614 and r =-0.472,respectively,P < 0.05 in both).MMPs and TIMPs did not correlate with the markers of inflammation,fecal calprotectin,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,or CRP,with the exception of patients with low fecal calprotectin(< 100 μg/g) in whom a higher expression of epithelial MMP-7 was found no differences in MMPor TIMP-profiles were seen in patients with a history of pouchitis compared to ones with no such episodes.Anastomosis with either straight ileoanal anastomosis or ileoanal anastomosis with J-pouch did depict differences in MMP-or TIMP-expression.CONCLUSION:The expression of MMPs pediatric UC pouch in the long-term shares characteristics with inflammatory bowel disease,but inflammation cannot be classified as a reactivation of the disease. | Laura Mkitalo Maija Piekkala Merja Ashorn Mikko Pakarinen Antti Koivusalo Riitta Karikoski Johanna Natunen Ulpu Saarialho-Kere Risto Rintala Kaija-Leena Kolho | 2012 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2012，18，30： | 2 |
