1Effects of Forest Type and Urbanization on Carbon Storage of Urban Forests in Changchun, Northeast China显示文摘Rapid urbanization has led to dramatic changes in urban forest structures and functions, and consequently affects carbon(C) storage in cities. In this study, field surveys were combined with high resolution images to investigate the variability of C storage of urban forests in Changchun, Northeast China. The main objectives of this study were to quantify the C storage of urban forests in Changchun City, Northeast China and understand the effects of forest type and urbanization on C storage of urban forests. The results showed that the mean C density and the total C storage of urban forests in Changchun were 4.41 kg/m2 and 4.74 × 108 kg, respectively. There were significant differences in C density among urban forest types. Landscape and relaxation forest(LF) had the highest C density with 5.41 kg/m2, while production and management forest(PF) had the lowest C density with 1.46 kg/m2. These differences demonstrate that urban forest type is an important factor needed to be considered when the C storage is accurately estimated. Further findings revealed significant differences in different gradients of urbanization, and the mean C density decreased from the first ring(6.99 kg/m2) to the fourth ring(2.87 kg/m2). The total C storage increased from the first ring to the third ring. These results indicate that C storage by urban forests will be significantly changed during the process of urbanization. 4Cross-Layer Framework for Capacity Analysis in Multiuser Ultra-Dense Networks with Cell DTx显示文摘Cell discontinuous transmission(Cell DTx)is a key technology to mitigate inter-cell interference(ICI)in ultra-dense networks(UDNs).The aim of this work is to understand the impact of Cell DTx on physical-layer sum rates of SBSs and link-layer quality-of-service(QoS)performance in multiuser UDNs.In this work,we develop a cross-layer framework for capacity analysis in multiuser UDNs with Cell DTx.In particular,we first extend the traditional one-dimensional effective capacity model to a new multidimensional effective capacity model to derive the sum rate and the effective capacity.Moreover,we propose a new iterative bisection search algorithm that is capable of approximating QoS performance.The convergence of this new algorithm to a unique QoS exponent vector is later proved.Finally,we apply this framework to the round-robin and the max-C/I scheduling policies.Simulation results show that our framework is accurate in approximating 1)queue length distribution,2)delay distribution and 3)sum rates under the above two scheduling policies,and further show that with the Cell DTx,systems have approximately 30% higher sum rate and 35% smaller average delay than those in full-buffer scenarios.Qing Li Yu Chen Qimei Cui Yu Gu Guoqiang Mao 2019China Communications2019,16,9:4

6On the security of warning message dissemina-tion in vehicular Ad hoc networks显示文摘Information security is an important issue in vehicular networks as the accuracy and integrity of information is a prerequisite to the satisfactory performance of virtually all vehicular network applications.We study the information security of a vehicular Ad hoc network whose message could be tampered by malicious vehicles.An analytical framework is developed to analyze the process of message dissemination in a vehicular network with malicious vehicles randomly distributed in the network.The probability that a destination vehicle at a xed distance can receive the message correctly from the source vehicle is obtained.Simulations are conducted to validate the accuracy of the theoretical analysis.Our results demonstrate the impact of network topology and the distribution of malicious vehicles on the correct delivery of a message in vehicular Ad hoc networks,and provides insight on the design of security mechanisms to improve the security of message dissemination in vehicular networks.Jieqiong Chen Guoqiang Mao 2017Journal of Communications and Information Networks2017,2,2:2

13Optimization design of fertilizer apparatus owned arc gears based on discrete element method显示文摘To improve the uniformity of the flow when fertilizer apparatus discharges fertilizer,a kind of fertilizer apparatus owned arc gears was designed.Also,the design and working principle of its general structure and key components were analyzed theoretically.Aiming at exploring the influence of arc structural parameters to the performance of arc gears discharging fertilizer,DEM simulation was used in this study.Fertilizer apparatus owned arc gears was taken as the research object to analyze the influence of two key components including the arc radius of gears’concave-grooves and the minimal length between two mutual meshing gears.The variation coefficient of fertilizer discharging amount stability and the linear determined coefficient of fertilizer discharging amount in unit time as evaluation index were selected.Two factors and five levels quadratic rotation orthogonal experiment was applied,and Design-Expert 8.0 software was used to achieve data processing and analysis.The results of experiment indicated that the arc radius of gears’concave-grooves had significant effect on the linear determined coefficient of fertilizer discharging amount in unit time,and the minimal length between two mutual meshing gears had significant effect on the variation coefficient of fertilizer discharging amount stability.The optimum structural parameters were 8.54 mm as the arc radius of gears’concave-grooves and 5.22 mm as the minimal length between two mutual meshing gears.Upon this circumstance,the variation coefficient was 0.28 and determination coefficient was 0.9972.The optimum apparatus was selected to conduct the bench test and field simulation test.The results indicated that the variation coefficient is 0.27,and the linear determined coefficient of is 0.9980.The results of simulation experiment were anastomotic basically with the real result,which showed that DEM simulation technology was usable to the experiment of testing fertilizer discharging.The results of this research can provide a reference to the improving of performance in discharging fertilizer.Guoqiang Dun Zhiyong Gao Yuxuan Liu Wenyi Ji Ning Mao Xingpeng Wu Wenhui Liu 2021International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,2:1
