1Holocene lake deposits of Bosten Lake,southern Xinjiang,China显示文摘A 9.25-m-long sediment core from Bosten Lake, Xinjiang, provides detailed information about changes in the water budget and biological acticity over the last 8400 calendar years. The chronology is constructed from six AMS radiocarbon dates on the terrestrial plant remains. Based on analyses of TOC, CO3, detrital compounds and biogenic SiO2, lake level fluctuations and periods of remarkably-negative water budget appeared at 8.4—8.2 cal ka, 7.38—7.25 cal ka, 5.7—5.5 cal ka, 3.7—3.4 cal ka and 3.3—2.9 cal ka, respectively. As they are in-phase with low lake levels at Sumxi Co and Bangong Co in western Tibet Plateau and with paleolakes in Inner Mongolia, a climate-induced change to somewhat drier and warmer conditions is inferred. A further drop in lake level after 1320 AD of about 200 yr duration may be attributed to a negative water balance prior to the main phase of the Little Ice Age. Deep and stable lake phases of 1500 yr and 1800 yr duration at 7.2—5.7 cal ka and 5.5—3.7 cal ka coincide with maximum moisture during the Holocene Megathermal in China. The long term trend towards aridity since about 4.3 cal ka can clearly be recognised. 2Changes in Extreme Maximum Temperature Events and Population Exposure in China under Global Warming Scenarios of 1.5 and 2.0°C: Analysis Using the Regional Climate Model COSMO-CLM显示文摘We used daily maximum temperature data(1986–2100) from the COSMO-CLM(COnsortium for Small-scale MOdeling in CLimate Mode) regional climate model and the population statistics for China in 2010 to determine the frequency, intensity, coverage, and population exposure of extreme maximum temperature events(EMTEs) with the intensity–area–duration method. Between 1986 and 2005(reference period), the frequency, intensity, and coverage of EMTEs are 1330–1680 times yr^(–1), 31.4–33.3°C, and 1.76–3.88 million km^2, respectively. The center of the most severe EMTEs is located in central China and 179.5–392.8 million people are exposed to EMTEs annually. Relative to 1986–2005, the frequency, intensity, and coverage of EMTEs increase by 1.13–6.84, 0.32–1.50, and15.98%–30.68%, respectively, under 1.5°C warming; under 2.0°C warming, the increases are 1.73–12.48, 0.64–2.76,and 31.96%–50.00%, respectively. It is possible that both the intensity and coverage of future EMTEs could exceed the most severe EMTEs currently observed. Two new centers of EMTEs are projected to develop under 1.5°C warming, one in North China and the other in Southwest China. Under 2.0°C warming, a fourth EMTE center is projected to develop in Northwest China. Under 1.5 and 2.0°C warming, population exposure is projected to increase by23.2%–39.2% and 26.6%–48%, respectively. From a regional perspective, population exposure is expected to increase most rapidly in Southwest China. A greater proportion of the population in North, Northeast, and Northwest China will be exposed to EMTEs under 2.0°C warming. The results show that a warming world will lead to increases in the intensity, frequency, and coverage of EMTEs. Warming of 2.0°C will lead to both more severe EMTEs and the exposure of more people to EMTEs. 3Meta-analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in treating functional dyspepsia of liver-stomach disharmony syndrome显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To systematically assess the clinical effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD) of liver-stomachdisharmonysyndromebymeta-analysis.METHODS:Random controlled trials(RCTs) were retrieved from databases,including Pubmed,China national knowledge infrastructure,Wanfang Data,VIP Information,and the Cochrane Library.Trials were selected according to inclusion criteria.The effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) versus prokinetic agents in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD) of liver-stomach disharmony syndrome were compared by meta-analysis.RevMan 5.0.24 was used for data analysis.The effective rate was assessed by odds ratios(ORs),and 95% confidence intervals(CIs) were calculated.The cure rate was analyzed by the Peto OR.Simple statistical analysis was chosen to assess the frequency of prescribed Chinese herbs in treating this syndrome.RESULTS:Thirteen trials were included,involving 1153 patients,and these were of poor methodological quality.Twelve studies mentioned the effective rate and cure rate.TCM therapy showed a better clinical effect rate compared with that with prokinetic agents [OR:3.2,95% CI(2.27,4.51)].The TCM group also had a better cure rate than that in the group of prokinetic agents [Peto OR:2.26,95% CI(1.61,3.18)].With regard to the frequency of Chinese herbs used in these 13 trials,Baishao(Radix Paeoniae),Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri),and Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae) were mostly prescribed,followed by Xiangfu(Rhizoma Cyperi),Zhishi(Fructus Aurantii Immaturus),Zhiqiao(Fructus Aurantii),Foshou(Citrus medica var.sarcodactylis),and Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae).No serious adverse effects were reported.CONCLUSION:TCM therapy shows a superior effective rate and cure rate compared with those in prokinetic agents in the treatment of FD of liver-stomach disharmony syndrome.However,further strictly designed RCTs are required because of the poor quality of included trials.Chuijie Wang Mingjin Zhu Wei Xia Wei Jiang Yan Li 2012Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2012,32,4:9

5Heterogeneous reactions of gaseous methanesulfonic acid with NaCl and sea salt particles显示文摘Methanesulfonic acid(MSA) has been identified as one of the most important intermediate products of DMS reactions in the atmosphere.Although considerable amounts of MSA have been found in the ma-rine boundary layer,little is known about the interaction of gaseous MSA with sea salt particles.To understand the fate of MSA in the atmosphere and its potential importance in atmospheric chemistry,the heterogeneous reactions of gaseous MSA with micron-scale NaCl and sea salt particles were studied using diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectrometry,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and scanning electron microscopy.The CH3SO3Na and CH3SO3-were the major products of the condensed phase of the reaction of gaseous MSA with NaCl and with sea salt particles.The steady-state uptake coefficient was determined to be(5.94±2.32)×10-7(1 σ) for the reaction of gaseous MSA with NaCl particles and(2.23±1.25)×10-7(1 σ) for the reaction of gaseous MSA with sea salt parti-cles.The heterogeneous reaction of MSA with NaCl particles was found to be first-order for MSA.The reaction mechanisms were discussed.TANG MingJin ZHU Tong 2009Science China Chemistry2009,52,1:7
6Lithium-based ionic liquids as novel lubricant additives for multiply alkylated cyclopentanes(MACs)显示文摘Two lithium-based ionic liquids(ILs,L-C3N3,and L-P3N3)were synthesized and evaluated as novel lubricant additives for multiply alkylated cyclopentanes(MACs).They were found to be approximately 1.0%soluble in MACs at room temperature(RT),whereas traditional ILs,such as 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate(L-B102),1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate(L-P106),and 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide(L-F102),could not be dissolved in this base oil.Friction tests indicated that these ILs exhibit excellent friction-reducing and anti-wear properties both at RT and at 100°C.They can improve the tribological properties of MACs at RT to a greater extent than the commonly used lubricant zinc dialkyldithiophosphate(T204),even at a concentration of 0.1%.The load ramp test showed that MACs with L-C3N3 and L-P3N3 also exhibit high load-carrying capabilities.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS)results indicated that physical adsorption and complex tribochemical reactions occurred between the ILs and metal surfaces during the sliding process,thereby forming a surface protective film that significantly contributed to the excellent tribological properties of the new ILs.Zenghong SONG Yongmin LIANG Mingjin FAN Feng ZHOU Weimin LIU 2013Friction2013,1,3:7

8Optimization of working parameters for puddling and flatting machine in paddy field显示文摘In order to improve the soil preparation quality,a wide puddling and flatting machine for paddy field was designed with the functionality of tillage,soil crushing,puddling,burying stubble and flatting in one-time operation,which can be equipped on tractors with high power.This study focused on the design and analysis of key components of the machine including puddling equipment,flat shovel and balance structure.Optimal results with field trials and response surface analysis showed that the machine can operate optimally when the working speed,puddling depth and angle of flat shovel were 1.05 km/h,16 cm and 31.30°,respectively.The surface flatness standard deviation was 3.7 cm,and slurry degree was 1.03 g/cm3.Field validation test results were consistent with the optimal parameters,which was able to meet agronomic requirements of mechanical planting in China.Xu Chunlin Zhang Chengliang Li Lianhao Li Mingjin 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,3:5
9A comparative study on different regeneration processes of Pt-Sn/γ-Al2O3 catalysts for propane dehydrogenation显示文摘Three different regeneration processes including hydrogen or nitrogen purging and coke-burning treatment were used to restore the Pt-Sn/γ-Al_2O_3 catalysts, through which propane dehydrogenation reaction was performed in a consecutive reaction-regeneration mode. It was found that the catalyst using hydrogen regeneration showed the best stability compared with those regenerated by nitrogen purging and coke-burning treatment, suggesting that hydrogen regeneration is an effective approach for maintaining the performance of Pt-Sn/γ-Al_2O_3 catalysts in propane dehydrogenation reaction. The effect of different regeneration atmospheres on the metal active center and the coke deposition was investigated by XRD,TEM, N_2-physisorption, TPO, TG and Raman technologies, and the results revealed that hydrogen or nitrogen regeneration resulted in little impact on the size and structure of metal active center, retaining the effective Pt Sn phase over the catalyst. Moreover, hydrogen regeneration not only removed the low dense components of the coke, but also altered the property of the residual coke through hydrogenation, leading to a higher mobility of coke, and thus a higher accessibility of the metal active centers. Whereas nitrogen regeneration only removed the low dense components of the coke. 10Study on the element geochemical charactersitics of the Shazi large-sized anatase ore deposit in Qinglong, Guizhou Province显示文摘The Shazi anatase ore deposit in Qinglong, Guizhou Province, is a large-sized anatase deposit that has been recently explored. The characteristics of major oxides in the ore are similar to those of modern laterite weathering crust and laterite in the laterite-type gold deposits in the western part of Guizhou Province. Studies on the REE characteristics of basalts and anatase ores in the study region showed that both of them do have extremely strong affinities. There are two groups of trace elements in the ores, i.e., Au-Ag-As-Sb-Hg-Tl association and Sc-TiO2-Cu-Fe-Mn association, reflecting that the formation of anatase ore is related to the formation of siliceous claystone at the early stage of eruption of the Emeishan basaltic magma. The siliceous claystones are the major country rocks for the formation of laterite-type gold ores and anatase ores. 11A Modified Hadamard Based SLM without Side Information for PAPR Reduction in OFDM Systems显示文摘High peak-to-average power ratio(PAPR) is a concern in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) systems. Hadamard based selected mapping(HSLM) which uses Hadamard code as the phase sequence in selected mapping(SLM) is an attractive technique to reduce PAPR. But it requires sending side information(SI) to the receiver for each data block, and this results in a reduction in bandwidth efficiency. In this paper, we proposed a modified PAPR reduction method called semi-Hadamard based selected mapping(semi-HSLM) to decouple the phase information matrix into a phase rotation matrix for PAPR reduction and a SI matrix for side information hiding. We proposed a semi-hadamard matrix generation method to generate the phase rotation matrix, and designed a cyclic shift matrix as the SI matrix. 16Jurassic granitoid dike in Luodian, Guizhou Province: discovery and geological significance显示文摘In this paper, the Jurassic granitoid dike that intrudes into Permian diabase was reported in Luokun,Luodian County, south Guizhou. Zircon LA-ICP-MS U–Pb dating of the granitoid dike yielded an age of 164.3 ± 2.4 Ma with the e Hf(t) range from + 7.8 to + 12.1. The high contents of SiO_2(65.2%–66.8%) and total alkali(Na_2O + K_2O: 9.01%–9.95%), and low contents of Mg, Fe, Ca, P and Ti show the characteristics of alkali-rich granite. The total contents of rare earth elements range from 289.90 to 394.23 ppm. The Rb, Ba, K, Th, U and other LILE, Ta, Sr, P, Ti are enriched, and heavy rare earth elements are depleted. Petrogeochemical characteristics show that the dike was derived from a partial melting of newly-grown basaltic crust, and contaminated by crustal materials before experiencing strong fractional crystallization. The dike was formed in the intraplate post-orogenic extension stage and indicates that parental magma rose to the shallow crust through a fault. 17Effect of Tianshu capsule in treatment of migraine:a meta-analysi of randomized control trials显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To review the efficacy of Tianshu cap sule in the treatment of migraine. METHODS: Retrieving papers from Pubmed, co chrane central register of controlled trials (CEN TRAL), Weipu database (VIP) , China biology medi cine (CBM), China national knowledge infrastruc ture (CNKI), and Wanfang Data. Two reviewers retrieved and extracted the information indepen dently. Retrieval time scale is up to August 2012,Software Review Manager 5.1 was used for analysis. RESULTS: A total of 10 studies including 937 migraine patients. The merged data shows Tianshu capsule had a higher effective rate in treating migraine, and there is no significant heterogeneity between Tianshu capsule group and control group (χ2=6.33, df=9, P=0.71, I2=0% ), OR=4.18 [95% CI (2.93,5.95)]. Tianshu capsule alone compared to conventional therapy also showed advantages, and there was low heterogeneity (χ2=4.53, df=3, P=0.21, I2 = 34%), OR=3.95 [95% CI (2.32, 6.72)]. Meta-analysis results show that clinical efficacy of Tianshu capsule was better than that of the control group in the treatment of migraine and there was a significant difference (P<0.000 01). 20Profiling the pattern of the human T-cell receptorγδcomplementary determinant region 3 repertoire in patients with lung carcinoma via high-throughput sequencing analysis显示文摘γδT cells function as sentinels in early host responses to infections and malignancies.Specifically,γδT cells recognize tumor-associated stress antigens via T-cell receptor(TCR)γδand play important roles in the antitumor immune response.In this study,we characterized the pattern of the human TCRγδcomplementary determinant region 3(CDR3)repertoire in patients with lung carcinoma(LC)via high-throughput sequencing.The results showed that the diversity of CDR3δwas significantly reduced,and that of CDR3γwas unchanged in LC patients compared with healthy individuals;in addition,LC patients shared significantly more CDR3δsequences with each other than healthy individuals.The CDR3 length distribution and N-addition length distribution did not significantly differ between LC patients and healthy individuals.In addition,the CDR3 repertoire tended to use more Vδ2 and fewer Vδ1 germline gene fragments among LC patients.Moreover,we found a combination of four TCRγδrepertoire features that focus on CDR3δand can be used as a biomarker for LC diagnosis.Our research suggests that the TCRγδCDR3 repertoire changed in LC patients due to the antitumor immune response byγδT cells in vivo,and these changes primarily focus on the amplification of certain tumor-specific CDR3δclones among patients.This study demonstrates the role ofγδT cells from the TCRγδCDR3 repertoire in tumor immunity and lays the foundation for elucidating the mechanism underlying the function ofγδT cells in antitumor immunity.Hui Chen Mingjin Zou Da Teng Yu Hu Jianmin Zhang Wei He 2019Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,3:1
