2Preparation of an amphoteric flocculant having both high polymer content and low viscosity and its polymerization kinetics显示文摘It is not easy for liquid cationic flocculant diallyldimethyl-ammonium chloride(DM) homopolymer to simultaneously exhibit both low viscosity and high polymer content, which limited its application in offshore oilfield.In this paper, sodium allylsulfonate(XS) and sodium formate were used in the aqueous solution polymerization of DM.An amphoteric flocculant(PDMXS) with the properties of high polymer content(about 55 wt%) and low viscosity(efflux time measured by an Apply 4 viscometer was less than 100 s) was prepared.The optimum reaction conditions were identified as follows: the mass ratio of XS/DM was 10 wt%, the concentration of sodium formate was 2000 mg·L^(-1), reaction temperature was 55 ℃, the concentration of KPS was 0.5 wt% and the reaction time was 4 h.The polymerization kinetics was discussed.The results showed that R_p∝ [M]^(1.97)[I]^(0.68)[CTA]^(0.71) and the apparent activation energy was 72.55 kJ·mol^(-1).Shenwen Fang Manlin Wang Zipei Xu Lei Zhai Xiujun Wang Yan Xiong 2019Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2019,27,1:3

4A novel combination belief rule base model for mechanical equipment fault diagnosis显示文摘Due to the excellent performance in complex systems modeling under small samples and uncertainty,Belief Rule Base(BRB)expert system has been widely applied in fault diagnosis.However,the fault diagnosis process for complex mechanical equipment normally needs multiple attributes,which can lead to the rule number explosion problem in BRB,and limit the efficiency and accuracy.To solve this problem,a novel Combination Belief Rule Base(C-BRB)model based on Directed Acyclic Graph(DAG)structure is proposed in this paper.By dispersing numerous attributes into the parallel structure composed of different sub-BRBs,C-BRB can effectively reduce the amount of calculation with acceptable result.At the same time,a path selection strategy considering the accuracy of child nodes is designed in C-BRB to obtain the most suitable submodels.Finally,a fusion method based on Evidential Reasoning(ER)rule is used to combine the belief rules of C-BRB and generate the final results.To illustrate the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed method,a case study of fault diagnosis of rolling bearing is conducted,and the result is compared with other methods.Manlin CHEN Zhijie ZHOU Bangcheng ZHANG Guanyu HU You CAO 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,5:2

10Influence of Wind Deviation Angle on n-Hexane Evaporation Loss of Internal Floating-Roof Tanks显示文摘With the increasing attention to environmental protection,it is still necessary to strictly control the oil evaporation loss from the IFRT(internal floating-roof tank)to the atmosphere.Upon using n-hexane as a representative of light oil,the effects of the WDAs(wind deviation angles)on airflow distribution,the wind speed,the n-hexane vapor concentration,and the evaporation loss rate in the IFRT were investigated,and the mass transfer of the vapor-air was analyzed.The results are shown as follows:when the WDA is 0°,the vapor concentration in the gas space above the floating deck is the lowest;when the WDA is 22.5°,the oil evaporation loss rate is the largest;when the WDA is 45°,the vapor concentration is the highest,but the evaporation loss rate is the smallest.It is recommended to arrange the vent to the wind direction with an angle of 45°to reduce the evaporation loss and protect the atmospheric environment.Huang Weiqiu Xu Manlin Li Fei Ji Hong Fang Jie 2020China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2020,22,2:1
11Isotoosendanin exerts inhibition on triple-negative breast cancer through abrogating TGF-β-induced epithelial—mesenchymal transition via directly targeting TGFβR1显示文摘As the most aggressive breast cancer,triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC) is still incurable and very prone to metastasis.The transform growth factor β(TGF-β)-induced epithelial—mesenchymal transition(EMT) is crucially involved in the growth and metastasis of TNBC.This study reported that a natural compound isotoosendanin(ITSN) reduced TNBC metastasis by inhibiting TGF-β-induced EMT and the formation of invadopodia.ITSN can directly interact with TGF-β receptor type-1(TGFβR1) and abrogated the kinase activity of TGFβR1,thereby blocking the TGF-β-initiated downstream signaling pathway.Moreover,the ITSN-provided inhibition on metastasis obviously disappeared in TGFβR1-overexpressed TNBC cells in vitro as well as in mice bearing TNBC cells overexpressed TGFβR1.Furthermore,Lys232 and Asp351 residues in the kinase domain of TGFβR1 were found to be crucial for the interaction of ITSN with TGFβR1.Additionally,ITSN also improved the inhibitory efficacy of programmed cell death 1 ligand 1(PD-L1) antibody for TNBC in vivo via inhibiting the TGF-β-mediated EMT in the tumor microenvironment.Our findings not only highlight the key role of TGFβR1 in TNBC metastasis,but also provide a leading compound targeting TGFβR1 for the treatment of TNBC metastasis.Moreover,this study also points out a potential strategy for TNBC treatment by using the combined application of anti-PD-L1 with a TGFβR1 inhibitor.Jingnan Zhang Ze Zhang Zhenlin Huang Manlin Li Fan Yang Zeqi Wu Qian Guo Xiyu Mei Bin Lu Changhong Wang Zhengtao Wang Lili Ji 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,7:1

18A Reliable Routing Algorithm with Network Coding in Internet of Vehicles显示文摘The intelligent vehicle network uses advanced information technology to establish an efficient integrated vehicle transport system,which has received great attention in industry and academia. Internet of Vehicles(IoV)in an urban environment is operated in a wireless environment with high bit error rate and interference. In addition,the wireless link between vehicles is likely to be lost. All of this makes it an important challenge to provide reliable mobile routing in an urban traffic environment. In this paper,a reliable routing algorithm with network coding(RR_NC)is proposed to solve the above problems. A routing node sequence is discovered in IoV from source to destination by multi-metric ant colony optimization algorithm(MACO),and then clusters are formed around every node in the sequence. By adding linear encoding into the transmission of data between vehicle's clusters,the RR_NC provides much more reliable transmission and can recover the original message in the event of disorder and loss of message. 19Effect of Substrate Bias on Microstructure and Properties of Tetrahedral Amorphous Carbon Films显示文摘The microstructure and properties of tetrahedral amorphous carbon (ta-C) films deposited by the filtered cathodic vacuum arc technology has been investigated by visible Raman spectroscopy, AFM and Nano-indentor. The Raman spectra have been fitted with a single skewed Lorentzian lineshape described by BWF function defining coupling coefficient, which characterizes the degree of asymmetry and is correlated with the sp3 content. When the substrate bias is -80 V, the sp3 content is the most and simultaneously the coupling coefficient is the least, following with the minimum root mean square surface roughness (Rq=0.23 nm) and the highest hardness (51.49 GPa), Young′s modulus (512.39 GPa), and critical scratching load (11.72 mN). 20Thrombospondin-1 Expression in RPE and Choroidal Neovascular Membranes显示文摘Purpose: To investigate the expression of thrombospondin 1 (TSP-1) in retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) and choroidal neovascular membranes (CNVMs) from patients with age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Methods: Tissue sections from normal human fetal and adult eyes and surgically removed CNVMs were immunostained for TSP-1 localization. Polymerase chain reaction and Western blotting were used to analyze TSP-1 mRNA and protein from human RPE cells, respectively. TSP-1 in the supernatant of cultured RPE cells and eye explants were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. MTT assay was used to evaluate the RPE survival after TSP-1 treatment. Results: The strongest immunostaining for TSP-1 was observed in the RPE monolayer around drusen in early AMD. The intensity of TSP-1 staining in normal eye sections was much weaker than that of early AMD and CNVM. TSP-1 mRNA was positive in cultured fetal and adult RPE cells. There was increasing secretion of TSP-1 into the supernatant of cultured RPE and eye explants. The specific band of TSP-1 was identified by Western blot. No significant inhibition of RPE survival was found with the exposure to TSP-1. Conclusions: TSP-1 expression in drusen and CNVM was upregulated and associated with RPE monolayer.
