| 1 | 基于近红外高光谱图像的冬枣损伤早期检测显示文摘为了对冬枣损伤进行早期检测,采用近红外高光谱图像技术对损伤区域成像。针对高光谱图像波长多的特点,分别采用连续投影算法、相关特征选择算法、一致性(Consistency)算法选择冬枣损伤的特征波长,对提取的特征波长分别应用k-邻近、朴素贝叶斯(naive bayes,NB)、支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)3种分类方法进行损伤区域识别。结果表明:所有方法选择的一致特征波长在1 353 nm和1 691 nm附近。Consistency算法选择的特征波长在SVM分类器下分类识别正确率达到95.16%,一致特征波长在NB分类器下分类识别正确率达到84.26%,验证了一致波长的有效性,为多光谱成像技术实现在线检测冬枣损伤提供参考依据。 | 孙世鹏 彭俊 李瑞 朱兆龙 Vázquez-Arellano MANUEL 傅隆生 | 2017 | 食品科学2017，38，2： | 26 |
| 2 | Alcoholic liver disease:Utility of animal models显示文摘Alcoholic liver disease(ALD) is a major cause of acute and chronic liver injury. Extensive evidence has been accumulated on the pathological process of ALD during the past decades. However, effective treatment options for ALD are very limited due to the lack of suitable in vivo models that recapitulate the full spectrum of ALD. Experimental animal models of ALD, particularly rodents, have been used extensively to mimic human ALD. An ideal animal model should recapitulate all aspects of the ALD process, including significant steatosis, hepatic neutrophil infiltration, and liver injury. A better strategy against ALD depends on clear diagnostic biomarkers, accurate predictor(s) of its progression and new therapeutic approaches to modulate stop or even reverse the disease. Numerous models employing rodent animals have been established in the last decades to investigate the effects of acute and chronic alcohol exposure on the initiation and progression of ALD. Although significant progress has been made in gaining better knowledge on the mechanisms and pathology of ALD, many features of ALD are unknown, and require further investigation, ideally with improved animal models that more effectively mimic human ALD. | 3 | Epidemiological Evolution of Lung Cancer in the South of Spain from 1990 to 2010显示文摘Background: Changes in lung cancer has been characterized by the increase of cases among women and the increase in adenocarcinomas among other histological subtypes.Methods: Descriptive analysis of cases diagnosed with lung cancer in Hospital Virgen de las Nieves(Spain) from 1990 to 2010,based on five variables(age, sex, smoking, histology and pathological anatomy). | 4 | 基于果萼图像的猕猴桃果实夜间识别方法显示文摘根据猕猴桃的棚架式栽培方式,提出了一种适用于猕猴桃采摘机器人夜间识别的方法。采用竖直向上获取果实图像的拍摄方式,以果萼为参考点,进行果实的识别,并测试该方法对光照的鲁棒性。试验结果表明:基于果萼能够有效的识别猕猴桃果实,成功率达94.3%;未识别和误识别的果实一般出现在5果及5果以上的簇中,原因是果实相互挤压导致的果萼部分不在果实图像的中心区域,以及果实之间的三角区形成暗色封闭区域;光照过小或过大会导致成像模糊或过曝,对正确率有细微影响;识别速度达到了0.5 s/个。因此,基于果萼的猕猴桃果实夜间识别方法在正确识别率和速度上都有很大提升,更接近实际应用。 | 傅隆生 孙世鹏 Vázquez-Arellano Manuel 李石峰 李瑞 崔永杰 | 2017 | 农业工程学报2017，33，2： | 15 |
| 5 | 冬枣果实物理参数与生物特性研究显示文摘为确定冬枣的机械选择性收获参数,试验测定不同成熟度果实的物理及生物特性参数,对其物理及生物特性参数之间的关系进行研究。结果表明:未熟期、白熟期和脆熟期的冬枣果实密度分别为902.15、911.68和947.06kg/m3,硬度分别为17.26、16.24和13.9kg/cm2,果实成熟度越高果实密度越大而果实硬度越小,脆熟期果实的密度及硬度与白熟期和未熟期果实的密度及硬度都存在显著性差异;未熟期、白熟期和脆熟期果实的树枝与果柄分离力都大于果实与果柄分离力,在机械振动收获时,果实脱落发生在果实与果柄连接处,分离力都随着成熟度的增加而减小,白熟期和脆熟期果实的果实与果柄分离力存在显著性差异,有望实现选择性收获;白熟期和脆熟期果实的压缩曲线趋势相似,都没有明显的生物屈服点。白熟期果实的破裂力为145.77N显著大于脆熟期果实的破裂力128.95N,果实和脆熟果实的压缩弹性模量均值分别为2.09和1.89 MPa,二者无显著性差异。果实破裂前,果实所受压力与变形呈近似线性关系。 | 彭俊 MANUEL Vázquez-Arellano 孙世鹏 李瑞 杨有刚 崔永杰 傅隆生 | 2017 | 中国农业大学学报2017，22，8： | 10 |

| 7 | Timely reperfusion for ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction:Effect of direct transfer to primary angioplasty on time delays and clinical outcomes显示文摘Primary percutaneous coronary intervention(PPCI) is the preferred reperfusion therapy for patients presenting with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI) when it can be performed expeditiously and by experienced operators. In spite of excellent clinical results this technique is associated with longer delays than thrombolysis and this fact may nullify the benefit of selecting this therapeutic option. Several strategies have been proposed to decrease the temporal delays to deliver PPCI. Among them,prehospital diagnosis and direct transfer to the cath lab,by-passing the emergency department of hospitals,has emerged as anattractive way of diminishing delays. | 8 | 从单核细胞分化的树突状细胞的低温保存及其临床应用(英文)显示文摘树突状细胞 (dendriticcells,DCs)作为专职的抗原递呈细胞 ,已被广泛地应用于临床的肿瘤疫苗治疗。目前的临床方案大多为分次给病人注射 >10 6 个细胞 /次 ,不同批次培养的DCs,连续 4 - 6周。为了提高疗效 ,简化治疗程序及规范疗程 ,有必要将DCs低温保存 ,使患者在治疗过程中得到同批次的培养的DCs。本实验从患者外周血采取单个核细胞 ,经细胞淘洗分离单核细胞 ,在 80 0U/mlGM CSF + 10 0ng/mlIL 13的培养条件下 ,将单核细胞于Teflon疏水袋中诱导产生DCs。将DCs以 - 1℃梯度降温及不控温两种方式将DCs冻存于 - 80℃及液氮中。 1个月后 ,4 2℃快速复温。检测其免疫表型 (CD1a ,CD14,CD4 0 ,CD80 ,CD83,CD86,CD5 4 ,CD5 8,CD16,CD32 ,CD64,HLA DR)及其对自体及异体淋巴细胞的刺激作用。结果表明 ,2种方式的低温保存及复温过程不改变DCs的免疫表型及对淋巴细胞的刺激功能。结论 :应用Teflon袋 ,能够从外周血单核细胞中诱导出大批量的DCs ,这些DCs可被低温保存而不改变其功能 。 | VERG Véronique MARTINACHE Chantal LEON Anne GORIN Norbert-Claude BERNARD Jacky LOPEZ Manuel | 2000 | 中国实验血液学杂志2000，8，4： | 6 |

| 10 | 冬枣压缩特性实验与计算仿真研究显示文摘为了研究冬枣果实在收获、分选、运输及贮藏过程的力学特性,对冬枣果实进行压缩实验和有限元仿真,分析不同成熟度白熟期和脆熟期冬枣在不同压缩方向下的弹性模量以及接触应力。压缩实验结果表明:白熟果实的破裂力大于脆熟果实;二者的压缩曲线相似,横向压缩曲线有较明显的生物屈服点,纵向压缩时没有明显的屈服点。横向压缩时,白熟果实的平均弹性模量计算值与仿真值分别为3.527 MPa和3.263 MPa,平均误差为11.38%;脆熟果实的平均弹性模量计算值与仿真值分别为3.131 MPa和2.877 MPa,平均误差分别为12.96%。纵向压缩时,白熟和脆熟果实的弹性模量计算值与仿真值平均误差分别为26.24%和27.66%。压缩应力云图显示:上压头接触面的最大应力大于与固定底板接触面的最大应力;横向压缩时,上下表面的接触应力呈现对称分布;相同的压缩方向,白熟果实的计算最大应力和仿真最大应力都大于脆熟果实;最大应力的计算值和仿真值的误差较大,最小平均误差为26.24%。研究结果可为冬枣运输、分级及贮藏过程中选择合适的包装设计和摆放方式提供理论参考。 | 彭俊 谢洪起 冯亚利 傅隆生 VáZQUEZ-ARELLANO Manuel 李瑞 | 2017 | 食品科学2017，38，17： | 4 |
