1The Global Landscape of SARS-CoV-2 Genomes, Variants, and Haplotypes in 2019nCoVR显示文摘On January 22,2020,China National Center for Bioinformation(CNCB)released the 2019 Novel Coronavirus Resource(2019nCoVR),an open-access information resource for the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).2019nCoVR features a comprehensive integration of sequence and clinical information for all publicly available SARS-CoV-2 isolates,which are manually curated with value-added annotations and quality evaluated by an automated in-house pipeline.Of particular note,2019nCoVR offers systematic analyses to generate a dynamic landscape of SARS-CoV-2 genomic variations at a global scale.It provides all identified variants and their detailed statistics for each virus isolate,and congregates the quality score,functional annotation,and population frequency for each variant.Spatiotemporal change for each variant can be visualized and historical viral haplotype network maps for the course of the outbreak are also generated based on all complete and high-quality genomes available.Moreover,2019nCoVR provides a full collection of SARS-CoV-2 relevant literature on the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),including published papers from PubMed as well as preprints from services such as bioRxiv and medRxiv through Europe PMC.Furthermore,by linking with relevant databases in CNCB,2019nCoVR offers data submission services for raw sequence reads and assembled genomes,and data sharing with NCBI.Collectively,SARS-CoV-2 is updated daily to collect the latest information on genome sequences,variants,haplotypes,and literature for a timely reflection,making 2019nCoVR a valuable resource for the global research community.2019nCoVR is accessible at http://gffzzdbc7b6aaae734bddsxb0b0960906q6kxo.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/ncov/.Shuhui Song Lina Ma Dong Zou Dongmei Tian Cuiping Li Junwei Zhu Meili Chen Anke Wang Yingke Ma Mengwei Li Xufei Teng Ying Cui Guangya Duan Mochen Zhang Tong Jin Chengmin Shi Zhenglin Du Yadong Zhang Chuandong Liu Rujiao Li Jingyao Zeng Lili Hao Shuai Jiang Hua Chen Dali Han Jingfa Xiao Zhang Zhang Wenming Zhao Yongbiao Xue Yiming Bao 2020Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2020,18,6:4

3Risk factors for sepsis-associated encephalopathy显示文摘Sepsis-associated encephalopathy(SAE) is a diffuse and acute cerebral dysfunction caused by sepsis.Many sepsis patients exhibit acute deterioration in mental status during the early stage of disease,and central nervous system dysfunction has been shown to increase patient mortality.The present study selected 284 sepsis patients who were admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University,from January to December 2009.The patients were assigned to SAE and non-SAE patient groups according to SAE occurrence.SAE incidence was 37.68%,and mortality was significantly greater in SAE patients compared with non-SAE patients(41.12% vs.17.51%,P < 0.01).Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated lower arterial partial pressure of oxygen and greater alanine aminotransferase and Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II scores in the SAE group compared with the non-SAE group.Arterial partial pressure of oxygen,alanine aminotransferase,and Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II scores were determined to be potential risk factors for SAE.Jian Li Ang Li Yibing Weng Shuwen Zhang Meili Duan 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,4:1

5Deletion of large-conductance calcium-activated potassium channels promotes vascular remodelling through the CTRP7-mediated PI3K/Akt signaling pathway显示文摘The large-conductance calcium-activated potassium(BK)channel is a critical regulator and potential therapeutic target of vascular tone and architecture,and abnormal expression or dysfunction of this channel is linked to many vascular diseases.Vascular remodelling is the early pathological basis of severe vascular diseases.Delaying the progression of vascular remodelling can reduce cardiovascular events,but the pathogenesis remains unclear.To clarify the role of BK channels in vascular remodelling,we use rats with BK channelαsubunit knockout(BKα‒/‒).The results show that BKα‒/‒rats have smaller inner and outer diameters,thickened aortic walls,increased fibrosis,and disordered elastic fibers of the aortas compared with WT rats.When the expression and function of BKαare inhibited in human umbilical arterial smooth muscle cells(HUASMCs),the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP2),MMP9,and interleukin-6 are enhanced,while the expressions of smooth muscle cell contractile phenotype proteins are reduced.RNA sequencing,bioinformatics analysis and qPCR verification show that C1q/tumor necrosis factor-related protein 7(CTRP7)is the downstream target gene.Furthermore,except for that of MMPs,a similar pattern of IL-6,smooth muscle cell contractile phenotype proteins expression trend is observed after CTRP7 knockdown.Moreover,knockdown of both BKαand CTRP7 in HUASMCs activates PI3K/Akt signaling.Additionally,CTRP7 is expressed in vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs),and BKαdeficiency activates the PI3K/Akt pathway by reducing CTRP7 level.Therefore,we first show that BK channel deficiency leads to vascular remodelling.The BK channel and CTRP7 may serve as potential targets for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Jing Bi Yanru Duan Meili Wang Chunyu He Xiaoyue Li Xi Zhang Yan Tao Yunhui Du Huirong Liu 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,12:0

7Expressions of apoptosis inducing factor and heat-shock protein 70 in gastric polypss and gastric cancer and their correlation with gastric cancer显示文摘Objective:To explore the effects of apoptosis inducing factor(AIF)and heat-shock protein 70(HSP70)in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer by detecting their mRNA levels in gastric polypss and gastric cancer,and provide a new way and insight for the early diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.Methods:Gastric biopsy samples of 120 patients in the Third Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were collected.According to their pathological characteristics,the samples were divided into four groups as followed:normal gastric mucosa group(n=30),gastric hyperplastic polypss group(n=30),gastric adenomatous polypss group(n=30)and gastric cancer group(n=30).The expressions of AIF and HSP70 mRNA were detected by real-time PCR.Results:The expressions of AIF and HSP70 mRNA were gradually increased in gastric hyperplastic polypss,gastril adenomatous polypss and gastric cancer,the difference was significant(p<.05).In the tissues of adenomatous polypss and gastric cancer,the expression of AIF mRNA was positively correlated with HSP70 mRNA(p<.01).Conclusions:AIF and HSP70 are correlated with the development of gastric cancer.AIF and HSP70 may act synergistically in the development of gastric cancer.Both of them can be used as markers for the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Ji Chen Hong Cui Yu Duan Meili Gao Haoshu Niu 2016Discussion of Clinical Cases2016,3,2:0
