| 1 | The Method for Avoidance of Palladium/Carbon Catalyst Poisoning and Its Commercial Application显示文摘After utilizing an improved method for adding a non-precious promoter to the precious Pd/C catalyst during hydrogenation of benzoic acid, a new understanding concerning regeneration of deactivated Pd/C catalyst has been obtained, and an improved process has emerged. The improved process can avoid the conventional technical shortcomings related with hydrogenation of benzoic acid such as the quick decline of catalyst activity in a relatively short period of time and low palladium recovery from the spent catalyst. | 7 | Validation results of NmF2 and hmF2 derived from ionospheric density profiles of GNOS on FY-3C satellite显示文摘The first Global Navigation Satellite System Occultation Sounder(GNOS) which is compatible of both Bei Dou System(BDS)and Global Positioning System(GPS) was successfully launched into orbit onboard the Feng Yun 3 C satellite(FY-3 C) on September 23, 2013, and it has already gathered a large amount of ionosphere radio occultation(RO) data so far. However, the detailed analysis and validation of GPS ionosphere RO data have not been done up to now. Therefore, this paper discusses the configuration of the FY-3 C GNOS, the methods and results of GPS ionosphere occultation processment, the quality analysis of the GPS ionosphere RO products, and the precision consistency between the GNOS GPS ionosphere RO product and ionosonde data. The peak electron density(Nm F2) correlation coefficient is 0.97, the corresponding standard deviation is 16.08%. The peak value altitude(hm F2) correlation coefficient is 0.89, and the corresponding standard deviation is 23.79 km. | 12 | Performance Evaluation of Three Parameterizations on Internal Tidal Mixing in the Northern Pacific显示文摘The accurate assessment of the energy dissipation of internal tides(ITs)is of great importance because ITs contribute significantly to abyssal mixing.Thus,in this study,the IT-driven dissipation and diapycnal diffusion in the northern Pacific are esti-mated using parameterizations proposed by St.Laurent et al.(2002),Koch-Larrouy et al.(2007),and de Lavergne et al.(2020)(hereaf-ter referred to as LSJ02,KL07,and dL20,respectively).The performances of the three parameterizations are evaluated by comparing the calculated results with fine structure observations.In particular,the dissipation estimated by LSJ02 parameterization shows a bottom-intensified characteristic,with the patterns showing good agreement with the observations near seamounts.Moreover,43%of the results calculated using the LSJ02 parameterization have errors lower than one order of magnitude in the generation sites of ITs.Meanwhile,the strongest dissipation estimated by the KL07 parameterization shifts to the thermocline,with the results showing the highest level of consistency with observations in the generation sites.The proportion of results with errors lower than one order of magnitude is 80.7%.Furthermore,the results calculated by dL20 parameterization agree well with the observations in the upper and middle layers,with the parameterization showing an accurate estimation of the remote dissipation.The percentages of the errors lower than one order of magnitude between the dL20 parameterization and observations account for 77.1%and 88.7%in the genera-tion sites and far-field regions,respectively. | TAN Jiao MENG Jing CHEN Xu JIA Cun DU Tao YANG Xiaoxin LIU Tianyang | 2023 | Journal of Ocean University of China2023,22,3: | 0 |
| 13 | Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy With Segmental Renal Artery Clamping:Technique and Clinical Outcomes显示文摘Background:Warm ischemic injury is one of the most important factors affecting renal function in partial nephrectomy(PN).The technique of segmental renal artery clamping emerges as an alternative to conventional renal artery clamping for renal hilar control.Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and efficiency of laparoscopic PN(LPN) with segmental renal artery clamping in comparison with the conventional technique.Design,setting,and participants:A total of 75 patients underwent LPN from June 2007 to November 2009.All patients had T1a or T1b tumor in one kidney and a normal contralateral kidney.Thirty-seven patients underwent surgeries with main renal artery clamping,and 38 underwent surgeries with segmental artery clamping.Intervention:All procedures were performed by the same laparoscopic surgeon.Measurements:Blood loss,operation time,warm ischemia(WI) time,and complications affected renal function before and after operation were recorded.Results and limitations:All LPNs were completed without conversion to open surgery or nephrectomy.The novel technique slightly increased WI time(p < 0.001) and intraoperative blood loss(p = 0.006),while it provided better postoperative affected renal function(p < 0.001) compared with the conventional technique.The total complication rate was 12%.Among the 38 cases where segmental renal artery clamping was performed,7 had to convert to the conventional method.Tumor size and location influenced the number of clamped segmental arteries.Long-term postoperative renal function is still awaited.Conclusions:LPN with segmental artery clamping is safe and feasible in clinical practice.It minimizes the intraoperative WI injury and improves early postoperative affected renal function compared with main renal artery clamping.(C) 2010 European Association of Urology.Published by Elsevier B.V.All rights reserved. | Shao,P.F.
