Resource Allocation Based on DEA and Non-Cooperative Game显示文摘Resource allocation is one of the most important applications of data envelopment analysis(DEA).Usually, the resource to be allocated is directly related to the interests of decision-making units(DMUs),thus the dynamic non-cooperative game is one of the representative behaviours in the allocation process. However,it is rarely considered in the previous DEA-based allocation studies, which may reduce the acceptability of the allocation plan. Therefore, this paper proposes a DEA-based resource allocation method considering the dynamic non-cooperative game behaviours of DMUs.The authors first deduce the efficient allocation set under the framework of variable return to scale(VRS)and build the allocation model subjecting to the allocation set. Then an iteration algorithm based on the concept of the non-cooperative game is provided for generating the optimal allocation plan.Several interesting characteristics of the algorithm are proved, including i)the algorithm is convergent,ii)the optimal allocation plan is a unique Nash equilibrium point, and iii)the optimal allocation plan is unique no matter which positive value the initial allocation takes. Some advantages of the allocation plan have been found. For example, the allocation plan is more balanced, has more incentives and less outliers, compared with other DEA-based allocation plans. Finally, the proposed method is applied to allocate the green credit among the 30 Chinese iron and steel enterprises, and the results highlight the applicability of the allocation method and solution approach. Therefore, the approach can provide decision makers with a useful resource allocation tool from the perspective of dynamic non-cooperative game. | WANG Menghan LI Lin DAI Qianzhi SHI Fangnan | 2021 | Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2021,34,6: | 1
Contralateral needling at the foot of unaffected side combining with rehabilitation treatment for motor dysfunction of hand after ischemic stroke:study protocol for a randomized controlled pilot trial显示文摘This pilot study is to assess the feasibility and the effect of a combination therapy of rehabilitation treatment and contralateral needling, which is manipulated at the foot of the unaffected side, for the recovery of the paretic hand post-stroke.This prospective pilot clinical trial will recruit 72 stroke patients with paretic hands and a disease course of 14 to 90 d.Patients will be randomized into two groups:the control group will receive conventional Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture and basic treatment for the stroke;based on the control group, the observation group will receive the contralateral needling at the foot of the unaffected side combined with the rehabilitation movement of the paretic hand.12 sessions will be administrated for 2 weeks. The primary outcome,FuglMeyer Assessment, and the secondary outcomes, the handgrip strength, the range of motion, the modified Barthel index, and the Brunnstrom recovery stages, will be measured the recovery of the hand motor function during the 2 weeks'intervention. This study aims to investigate the instant effect of contralateral needling at the foot of the unaffected side combined with the rehabilitation treatment movement for patients with the paretic hand of Poststroke motor dysfunction and provide the previous evidence for the future large sample studies. | LI Menghan YAN Yan DENG Shizhe WANG Yu FU Yu SHI Lei YANG Jin ZHANG Chunhong | 2023 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,5: | 1
Recovering rare earth elements via immobilized red algae from ammonium-rich wastewater显示文摘Biotreatment of acidic rare earth mining wastewater via acidophilic living organisms is a promising approach owing to their high tolerance to high concentrations of rare earth elements(REEs);however, simultaneous removal of both REEs and ammonium is generally hindered since most acidophilic organisms are positively charged.Accordingly, immobilization of acidophilic Galdieria sulphuraria(G.sulphuraria)by calcium alginate to improve its affinity to positively charged REEs has been used for simultaneous bioremoval of REEs and ammonium. The results indicate that 97.19%,96.19%,and 98.87%of La,Y,and Sm,respectively, are removed by G.sulphuraria beads(GS-BDs).The adsorption of REEs by calcium alginate beads(BDs)and GS-BDs is well fitted by both pseudo first-order(PFO)and pseudo second-order(PSO)kinetic models, implying that adsorption of REEs involves both physical adsorption caused by affinity of functional groups such as-COO-and -OH and chemical adsorption based on ion exchange of Ca^(2+) with REEs.Notably,GS-BDs exhibit high tolerance to La,Y,and Sm with maximum removal efficiencies of 97.9%,96.6%,and 99.1%,respectively.Furthermore,the ammonium removal efficiency of GS-BDs is higher than that of free G.sulphuraria cells at an initial ammonium concentration of 100 mg L^(-1),while the efficiency decreases when initial concentration of ammonium is higher than 150 mg L^(-1).Last,small size of GS-BDs favors ammonium removal because of their lower mass transfer resistance. This study achieves simultaneous removal of REEs and ammonium from acidic mining drainage, providing a potential strategy for biotreatment of REE tailing wastewater. | Yabo Sun Tao Lu Yali Pan Menghan Shi Dan Ding Zhiwen Ma Jiuyi Liu Yupeng Yuan Ling Fei Yingqiang Sun | 2022 | Environmental Science and Ecotechnology2022,,4: | 0
A general strategy to quantify analytes through fluorescence chromaticity and luminosity显示文摘To realize a fast,easy-operation and precise way using fluorescence probes to quantify analytes is a goal to facilitate detection, especially in situ.Herein,we are reporting an approach which can be generally employed for the differentiation and quantitation of analytes through fluorescence chromaticity and luminosity.Seven representative fluorescent probes, targeting p H,cysteine, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen peroxide, palladium and hydrazine, were synthesized and tested.Without utilizing costly instrumentations, portable devices were employed to collect data of photographs from the fluorescence samples in responses to different analytes.Subsequently, the photographic images were digitally processed to generate calibration curves between chromaticity/luminosity verse concentrations after mapping to the CIE 1931 xy Y standard color space.Good linear calibration curves and quantitative analysis of unknown samples with low errors through the spectral technology demonstrated the reliability of this method. Thus,we showed the analytical method with a simple and on-site constructible/portable device which is promising for applications in more fluorescence probes. | Tianyu Liang Peiwei Yang Tianhong Wu Menghan Shi Xiayu Xu Taotao Qiang Xiaolong Sun | 2020 | Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,11: | 0
Effects of anterior sciatic nerve acupuncture on lower limb paralysis after cerebral infarction:study protocol for a randomized controlled trial显示文摘Stroke is the main cause of disability in the middle and old age.Hemiplegia, especially lower limb paralysis, often leads to the loss of self-care ability and a series of secondary injuries. The main method to improve hemiplegic limb movement is exercise therapy, but there are still many patients with disabilities after rehabilitation treatment. As one of the non-pharmacological therapies for stroke, acupuncture has been recognized to improve motor function in patients. Here,we propose a new method, anterior sciatic nerve acupuncture, which can stimulate both the femoral nerve and the sciatic nerve. We designed this study to determine the effect of this method on lower limb motor function.Sixty participants recruited with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction will be randomly assigned to the test group or control group in a 1:1 ratio. The control group will receive Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture, and the test group will receive anterior sciatic nerve acupuncture on this basis. All participants will get acupuncture treatment once a day,6 times a week for 2 weeks. The primary outcome is Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Lower Extremity and the secondary outcomes are Modified Ashworth Scale and Modified Barthel Index.Data will be collected before treatment,1week after treatment, and 2 weeks after treatment, and then statistical analysis will be performed. This study can preliminarily verify the effect of anterior sciatic nerve acupuncture on improving lower limb motor function in patients with cerebral infarction, which may provide an alternative approach for clinical treatment of hemiplegia. | LI Menghan WANG Yu RAN Dawei YANG Xinming DENG Shizhe SHI Lei MENG Zhihong | 2024 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2024,44,1: | 0
Quantum statistics of phonon radiations in optomechanical systems显示文摘We study the correlation statistics of phonon radiations in a weakly driven optomechanical system.Three dominated scattering processes are identified by the scattering theory analytically and the master equation numerically, whose interplay determines the phonon statistical properties. Our results show that for the large detuning, the driving field off-resonant with the system induces a small emission rate of two anti-bunched phonons. For the resonant driving field, there is a relatively large emission rate of two bunched phonons. | Menghan Chen Yue Chang Tao Shi | 2022 | Communications in Theoretical Physics2022,74,11: | 0
Reconciling the father tongue and mother tongue hypotheses in Indo-European populations显示文摘In opposition to the mother tongue hypothesis, the father tongue hypothesis states that humans tend to speak their fathers' language, based on a stronger correlation of languages to paternal lineages(Y-chromosome) than to maternal lineages(mitochondria). To reassess these two competing hypotheses,we conducted a genetic–linguistic study of 34 modern Indo-European(IE) populations. In this study, genetic histories of paternal and maternal migrations in these IE populations were elucidated using phylogenetic networks of Y-chromosomal and mitochondrial DNA haplogroups, respectively. Unlike previous studies, we quantitatively characterized the languages based on lexical and phonemic systems separately. We showed that genetic and linguistic distances are significantly correlated with each other and that both are correlated with geographical distances among these populations. However, when controlling for geographical factors, only the correlation between the distances of paternal and lexical characteristics, and between those of maternal and phonemic characteristics, remained. These unbalanced correlations reconciled the two seemingly conflicting hypotheses. | Menghan Zhang Hong-Xiang Zheng Shi Yan Li Jin | 2019 | National Science Review2019,6,2: | 0
