| 2 | Establishment Method of Shape Standard Curve Based on Stepwise Optimization and Its Compensation Models显示文摘There are very few researches on the shape standard curve currently,and they merely remain on the level of description of the general concept and production experiences,lacking of the in-depth theoretical analysis,and the concrete principle,method and steps for determining the shape standard curve are not put forward,therefore,they are not applicable in industrial production.This is the weakest spot in the research on the basic shape theory.In this paper,the basic shape standard curve and the transverse distribution curve of the exit thickness are attained with stepwise optimization,which is based on the theoretical calculation method of the shape standard curve of strip mills proposed by authors.By calculating the shape discrimination model and the shape forecast model separately,the simultaneous iterative calculation by the previous method is avoided,and the speed and stability of calculation are improved.The compensation models of the transverse temperature difference of the strip,the shape detection roller deflection and the shape of the strip coil are established,respectively,meantime,the basic shape standard curves are compensated,and the relatively perfect theoretical establishment method of the shape standard curve is formed.The simulation and calculation are done on a 1 220 mm five-stand cold strip tandem mill.The simulation and calculation result shows that the principle,method and steps for determining the shape standard curve are correct and feasible,and the correctness of theoretical analysis and calculation is verified.This paper proposes an idea and a method for the establishment of the shape standard curve in the rolling processes of cold strip mills,which develop the theory and model of the shape standard curve and improve the quality and efficiency of the shape control in the rolling processes of cold strip mills. | SUN Yabo LIU Hongmin PENG Yan | 2011 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,1: | 1 |

| 6 | Recovering rare earth elements via immobilized red algae from ammonium-rich wastewater显示文摘Biotreatment of acidic rare earth mining wastewater via acidophilic living organisms is a promising approach owing to their high tolerance to high concentrations of rare earth elements(REEs);however,simultaneous removal of both REEs and ammonium is generally hindered since most acidophilic organisms are positively charged.Accordingly,immobilization of acidophilic Galdieria sulphuraria(G.sulphuraria)by calcium alginate to improve its affinity to positively charged REEs has been used for simultaneous bioremoval of REEs and ammonium.The results indicate that 97.19%,96.19%,and 98.87%of La,Y,and Sm,respectively,are removed by G.sulphuraria beads(GS-BDs).The adsorption of REEs by calcium alginate beads(BDs)and GS-BDs is well fitted by both pseudo first-order(PFO)and pseudo second-order(PSO)kinetic models,implying that adsorption of REEs involves both physical adsorption caused by affinity of functional groups such as-COO-and -OH and chemical adsorption based on ion exchange of Ca^(2+) with REEs.Notably,GS-BDs exhibit high tolerance to La,Y,and Sm with maximum removal efficiencies of 97.9%,96.6%,and 99.1%,respectively.Furthermore,the ammonium removal efficiency of GS-BDs is higher than that of free G.sulphuraria cells at an initial ammonium concentration of 100 mg L^(-1),while the efficiency decreases when initial concentration of ammonium is higher than 150 mg L^(-1).Last,small size of GS-BDs favors ammonium removal because of their lower mass transfer resistance.This study achieves simultaneous removal of REEs and ammonium from acidic mining drainage,providing a potential strategy for biotreatment of REE tailing wastewater. | Yabo Sun Tao Lu Yali Pan Menghan Shi Dan Ding Zhiwen Ma Jiuyi Liu Yupeng Yuan Ling Fei Yingqiang Sun | 2022 | Environmental Science and Ecotechnology2022,,4: | 0 |

| 9 | Preparation and vibrational modes of C60·2CHBr3显示文摘C60·2CHBr3 polycrystalline powder was prepared by the solution method. The vibrational modes of the sample were studied by Raman scattering and infrared adsorption techniques. The Raman spectra showed that the Ag modes were downshifted by 4-5 cm1, while the Hg(1) mode was unshifted. The analyses of the downshifts of the Ag modes revealed that a small amount of electrons were transferred from the hydrogen atoms to the C60 molecules. In the infrared spectra, the F1u modes of the pristine C60 were unshifted after the intercalation with CHBr3. However, the vibrational modes of CHBr3 changed remarkably. The C-Br stretching mode was downshifted by ~4 cm1. The adsorption of the C-H twisting mode was weakened obviously, and the adsorption of the C-H stretching mode was not observed. These results exhibited that there were nonnegligible interactions between CHBr3 and C60 molecules, and that the strongest interaction took place between the hydrogen atoms and the C60 molecules. The interaction should induce not only the changes of the vibrational modes reported here, but also those of the electronic states.
